This wasn’t a problem at launch, it was a problem right after they decided they wanted it to not work correctly. I used to use it all the time but since they intentionally broke it I haven’t touched it since.

100% terrible idea if you want minions go play necro…. Also google the meaning of RENEGADE and tell me if we should be summoning anything at all. Terrible idea on Anets part to give us ANOTHER group focused spec like herald.
Elite specs adopt stuff from other classes so adopting a Necro’s minion system isn’t a terrible idea. Instead it’s more Mesmer-ish which is meh, especially when Gwen isn’t involved. Also your complaint about the name doesn’t make sense.
Male characters onry. Playing a female or a character I can’t relate to or represent as myself isn’t as fun or immersive. I also dislike hearing high pitched grunts and screams all the time. It’s excruciatingly bad in Asian games especially since they’re into intentionally making females as loud and absurd as possible.

Does identifying them give rare/exotics? cuz it’d suck being forced to identify them when I just wanna murder all the common and masterwork junk without being flooded with sigils/runes.

They don’t care, they did it as a sick joke; just like what they did with the Legendary Medium armor~ which was designed to deliberately troll everyone who hates coats… The person or people behind armor designs literally feed off peoples’ hatred for it like bitter, twisted sadist with no respect for anyone elses’ interests. The day their Armor Fashion position is replaced with someone who actually loves fun, diversity and player choices is the day GW2 finally becomes the #1 best MMO to everyone on the planet..
Tip for those jumping puzzles: use a mesmer, or even better, a necromancer character

As someone who did every JP in the game and cleared all stages of SAB Tribulation mode in both worlds n have all the green skins and half the yellow ones I enjoy the Jumping Mechanics. :v They do have some weird edge standing positions though where you can land/walk to the point where you’re partially hovering but you just have to get used to their expectations as it’s still always the same. Maybe u could upload a short video or something if it seems weirder than normal.
I’ll agree that being stuck in combat is definitely annoying as some jumps are near impossible that way… would be nice if it ended after a period of not getting hit regardless of how close they.
Why are Corgi so popular suddenly anyways. Shiba Inu are the MLG meme dog of the internet. I think people get those two dogs confused.
Count me as one of the people who would hate it. My guildies and I avoid fighting under water as much as possible.
This mentality would probably change once underwater combat was redesigned. Would be nice if your weapons, skills, traits, etc stayed the same in water and the animation was just altered to better suit the wetness. Underwater weapon sets are kind of a failed experiment.

P/P does more but full Malice kneel 4 is heavier nuke damage. It’s situational.
Horses are boring and I dislike them in other games. I constantly want to kill my horse in BDO because he’s a boring kitten but it doesn’t allow me to attack it.
I would of never expected a Corgi mount so not sure why the disappointment. The video is 11 hours long so I don’t wanna look for the concept myself to see what’s going on. Feel free to post it.
My favorite mount is probably the simple large gray Wolf in ESO. The Jackal is cool like that but it’s made of sand which is kinda odd. I didn’t like those kinda versions of mounts in ESO.

It’ll never happen till they replace the one/s behind the current terrible armor designs with someone who knows what they’re doing instead of having someone with a selfish vendetta against everyone who’s opposed to the coat style in constant control over it. Bad luck. I gotten 77 recently in like 100 something obsidian worth of x10 attempts which is a lucky attempt. My worst was a previous legendary that took 700 obsidian worth of attempts…

You are missing the point. I tried to tell a fellow guild member he needed to turn the Teq tailpieces into Fion… and the GAME filtered the NPCs name. “Complaint amounted to nothing.” Just shows how narrow minded you can be. When the game filters an NPC name it is problem. Otherwise, I could care less.
Sometimes Name Filters make mistakes. I had to contact Support peepz before to have a normal name lifted from filter that wasn’t inappropriate and they did it.

WvW is a PvE map. The mobs are just more complicated.

Totally disagree with this point, I also came away wanting to play Holosmith and it had nothing to do with the numbers. It was enjoyable to play, the skills all worked off of the new mechanics and meshed together beautifully.
With Deadeye, Cantrips brings nothing special or even fun to the table; they don’t feel connected to the malice mechanic which is actually just a damage modifier. Furthermore Malice stacks too slow and is removed when switching targets, it’s like stacking might but it just doesn’t work as well.
Malice should influence the effectiveness of Cantrips and core rifle skills in more ways than just damage. Make it fire more bullets, or shots explode on impact, or bounce. Get rid of prone and make Malice actually do something!!!!
I mean Skill 5 to go prone is totally not needed, you could easily just make that Deaths Judgment and leave the skill 4 as the dodge, which for me was the best skill Deadeye had.
Well the build I had success with I only used the elite Cantrip which isn’t flashy or new but useful, and the aoe knockback one. I didn’t find the others worth using at the time. How could you not at least consider an aoe knockback and launch fun? Thieves been wanting it forever to complete their trollism.

Buttcapes removed or option to take scissors to them (toggle). No armor tiers, skin everything with anything. Normal clothing type skin options, like town/npc clothing (something nice about Secret World), ability to hide any armor piece, and outfits not 1 solid form.
Fix/kill off all instances of having to click something 1000+ times.
Delete green and yellow sigils/runes
Make Order and Lesser Race story choices more important, such as missions you can do within them to rank up or unique skills, cosmetics, furniture, npc allies, etc. Ability to change them; probably at a cost. A lesser race reward could include a combat tonic for that race.
Housing on par with Wildstar.
Replicate Fort Aspenwood from GW1 entirely + Cantha on release… Could probably even do an Opt in for open world PvP outside of towns and outposts with Kurzick/Luxon uniforms for fun.
Underwater weapons removed (skins could be moved to Staff and Rifle and/or added to Land Spears) and replaced with altered underwater versions of existing skills and weapons. Just stab the shark in the face with your Dagger. That way it’s easier to add tons more underwater content without worrying about balance.
All weapons for all classes already. Weapon dyes.
Norn male redesigned to look cooler, more muscular, more proportionate rather than their current deformed selves.

The reason that this particular name is blocked is entirely different than you believe. In fact, we block names that have a space around the letter “G” because that’s the most effective way to block someone from posing as a Game Master. We learned from experience in our own and other games that some people impersonate GM’s in an attempt to scam other players. They might use GM Fred or G M Fred, or they may incorporate symbols that look like “GM” at a glance. Blocking a self-standing letter “G” allows us to better prevent that unfortunate situation.
G Gray?
I found it extremely difficult to kill anyone as Weaver both as direct dmg and condi, mainly because most classes did tons more burst damage than it and the Attunement swap CD doesn’t allow me to deal with all of it fast enough. They can also keep kiting sword and keeping you from getting your barrier and then quickly burst you down, even through superspeed spam and movement skills as much as possible. When you have to swap into certain things for utility/survival you end up losing the heavier damage skills and having to wait to swap and use them again while they heal up. The Elite skill also has an absolutely massive cooldown for how desperately needed it is most of the time o.o
I’ve always wished they’d let us at least let us do that… use any head skin with any outfit since clipping issues would never exist with those parts. GW1 allowed it. Also it would be cool if outfit head skins could be put on armor as well. For example; I really love the mask on the Charr chef outfit and wanted to wear it with his normal armor. (which is T3 racial chest piece one of the few without buttcapes… wish it was for all races)
The person who designs armor for GW2 is a sadist who takes pleasure in tormenting people with bad fashion and sabotaging his workplace. It’s the one last major flaw in GW2. If they replaced him and hired someone with actual fashion sense then GW2 would become a perfect game and probably skyrocket to the #1 slot in online game popularity; completely beating CS:GO, PUB and Dota2.

Theoretical, everything is playable everywhere, except scourge until today, since he crashed WvW maps.
But the real question is, what does it offer?
Deadeye brings nothing outside of open world, except maybe trolling in WvW. Hell, it’s not like deadeye not bringing something unique, but not even being an alternative to Warrior in terms of boons, or DrD in terms of damage.
You surely can try to play a heal-engineer, but you will suck so horrible at it, that nobody would ever consider to replace druids in a raid group with them, while on the other hand you can replace some DPS roles, since the differences in DPS will be minor.
But what is deadeyes place? In it’s current state it is not just “not the peak of anything”, but not even an alternative to anything.
Well they did delete Venom Might stacking completely from Core Thief so they could give Deadeye a better version of it as well as whatever Peripheral Vision wants to do. It’s pretty good support for allies. Killing things is good support too though. Deadeye also lets Thief retain the best mobility and escapes still just like Daredevil, thankfully, otherwise I’d be bored playing it.
Anet went out of their way to make as many tells as possible for Deadeye’s abilities. It’s not our fault if other players don’t make good use of it. The class is about patience and landing the right hit at the right time. If we pull that off and 12k them then that’s just us doing the job they gave us correctly while the enemy failed to do theirs.
Death’s Retreat is completely perfect as is. If you want to leap forward you can click the ground to drop target and use about face. It’s supposed to be a retreat so I can understand them wanting it to always move away from the target. It just takes a little extra effort to use it in the opposite way. I would however love for them to improve the pathing when you got a hill/pebble behind you. I’d think they improved their technology enough by now to not make the same mistakes P/D 3 has. I guess it’s hard to notice those though when it’s a weapon set they’ve never used along with 99% of the rest of the Thieves out there.

WASD must break kneel.
Problem, some players uses the double tap option. I do as well.
Well, you shouldn’t use it. If you use double tap then you get up by pressing F key or something.
It’s fine if he really wants to. I don’t.
Spacebar to cancel Kneel is perfect and needed above all. Lotta games do it.

The only unique dagger skill is #5, which looks fantastic. The rest are all copypasted from Theif. The most disappointing thing though is when I used the burst skill and saw it was a plain normal looking Heartseeker… It really needs the daggers to be better personalized to them. I tried all the elite specs out and this one is dead last on my fun/interest scale just from how plain it is. I think it needs the treatment Daredevil got when no one liked it’s plain staff animations.

Loremaster isn’t working. Stays 90 on tool tip and on use.
Rifle is pretty fun if used well and with SA, that aside..
2- rework #4 rifle, the idea is good but the implementation isn’t.

wait till they’re all situated with non-beta equipment and know what they’re doing first though.
Kinda hard to fully test if the WvW map isnt filled to the brim. You’d get bored looking for fights.
Hidden Thief Bug: When using Deadeye Mark while auto attacking the auto attack doesn’t stop after entering stealth and fires one last normal bullet after Deadeye Mark animation finishes which immediately breaks stealth. I cant even use Sheath weapon hotkey while I’m kneeling to stop the auto attack before/after stealthing because it cancels the Kneel. If you’re fast enough you can fire the Cursed Bullet before the forced auto breaks stealth but would be nice if it was fixed. :>
Immediate thing I noticed that’d I would like added is the ability to Cancel Kneel by pressing jump/spacebar~ other games I’ve played with a kneel function allow that. It’d make life much easier/smoother.
