The Known Issue Tracker states that the Items: 20 Slot Pact bags are Soulbound on creation was Solved on 2016-06-13

I just created one and it is still soul bound.

No update since April 1st

This really sucks this is like the 5th time in a row I have wasted 2 hours trying to get a tiger and I was Finally in a map that was killing the last thing only to have the game crash on me and no way to get back in the instance even though I had like full 200% participation and was there from the beginning. I can understand pets being hard to get but seriously that much time for a tiger when it was a very common type pet in guild wars 1 it was very low lvl to get one it was outside the starter zone. Its just frustrating trying to get the new pets because seems like every time you finally get in a good map before he dies you crash and cant get back in and get no rewards or anything for your 2 hours wasted. Sigh guess I will have to spend 8+ hours again tomorrow trying to get a ranger pet

I had the exact same thing happen.

It does not matter if you win the map, if you crash, you lost your chance.
I could not even get to the chest before it crashed.
The Instance Saving is not working at all.

Thats a Shame, Every map i have been in has failed so far

Today i got my SmokeScale, One thing to note, only two spawn, however they respawned where i was today every 3 minutes or so

SCAR event bugged as it was going up the hill.
There was a group of about 6 of us defending it and it went “inactive”

Tier 3 map completed also did not spawn,

This is poor design

the Vet and plain smokescales spawn just fine,

The Ranger Pets SmokeScales do not spawn.

API Errors appear to be back for me.

I am so glad it is being addressed.

It feels like my game is back on a mechanical drive with the load times.

I tested this on my Mesmer and Ranger.

I noticed the same thing, skill 1 auto attack will not allow a skill 2 thru 5 to fire unless it finishes first.

I checked with the team and correcting the bug is still in the works. I believe that the resolution has been developed and is currently in testing, but in either case — under development or in testing — this is still very much on the list of things that will be addressed as soon as possible.

And on a personal note, I can’t figure out George’s behavior. A few days ago, I swear that he started attacking more than he had been doing, where before he was pretty consistently sitting on the sidelines cleaning his paw. I felt — and sure, this isn’t likely — that I needed to hit F1 fewer times over the course of the evening to get him on the job. But that must have been my imagination, right? Or… did anyone else notice this at all?

i noticed last night that a couple of times i hit F1, my pet stood like it was going to attack and sat back down.
on another note, more often than not, I have to spam F3 for my pet to stop whats it is doing and return.

Deleting and reinstalling did not fix the issue

user name and password are there. both boxes are checked.
Have to press log in button each time

Seed was in Vault, moved to backpack, then noticed it was a Pet Seed

I received 2 of the fossils from the first 20 chests i opened.
Due to not buying the recipe first, i got the wrong bug for one.

No problem i think, Drop rate appears to be high.

Sat down and starting farming Geodes, was lucky enough to get on a Tier 5 map for almost the entire time.

13 hours later, I don’t even want to think about the numbers of geodes I went thru,
I finally got another to drop. That’s it for me.

Same here, Crafted Lidless Eye, upgraded it to Eye of Rodgort in the Forge.

Changing the password on ncsoft works yet the game will not allow log on.
Opened a support ticket with NCsoft on the 17th, was advised it was being bumped up to a Senior Member, then they stopped answering my emails.

No reply except Request Received after 3 days. I am sure they are just backed up.

I already checked all the folders in my email account to make sure the reply did not get placed in subfolder.

yep i have the same problem, i am looking for the avian lights, but greedy people like to play the TP to much to get a set

i have not logged in today however i noticed that the fix rolled back yesterday.

DR guild bank stops working for me about 4 times a week, i have to run over to LA

So after the last patch and for the last several days,
My Frame Rates when up to 40 to 50 in Bandithaunt!

Also, the Merchant was moved away from the Black Lion Trading agent so you could actually interact with the Trader.

last night, I logged on and both of the issues are back.
FPS back down to 10 to 15 and merch right next to the trader.

Was some of the patch changes rolled back?
