Honestly i really enjoyed and still enjoy HOT the navigating the difficulty level the elite specs all of it. When it comes to POF i’ve enjoyed fighting against and with the new elites and i can tell i’m really going to love them. The only thing that truly disappointed me was the scourge. the video made it look cool and it fell flat for me. the portals are to limited and the range and distance on attacks puts you to close to danger which is not great when having to give up shroud and toughness for healing power. I had no interest in soul beast so no let down there.

I’m not yet sure how i feel about the new maps. I wasn’t a big fan of moving on the mount. My impression from using the raptor was that mounts have been created to add a challenge to the game more so than increasing the quality and ease of transportation. Nothing wrong with that but i’m not sure how much appeal it brings to me in terms of wanting to use them for exploration. I feel like they make everything a jumping puzzle.

I want to wait and give them a chance and see because many people still hate TD and I have never stopped loving it.

i think those are my only real concerns all in all hot wasn’t a big deal to me before it came out but after it brought me so much joy. I have some friends that the reverse is true they were so hyped for HOT and got disappointed now they don’t care about POF.

After playing for this many years Anet has earned the benefit of the doubt for me. I’m willing to wait and see. What about you guys?

I’m so in love with it I now properly understand which college is superior to the rest. Especially when you learn the statics are the reason they lost the old city. I love how good the suit looks on Char as well.

That’s honestly all I’m looking for.

Don’t get me wrong I know there are hundreds of GW2 players that have tons of valid issues with the lore in the game. Especially the GW1 converts so mine is just a drop in the bucket.

That being said it bothers me that their aren’t more item descriptions for special gear in the game. I had to search all over to find out where my new exo armor came from because it doesn’t say in the game. ( made by the college of dynamics on behalf of Gnashblade.) Who are the makers of the time keeper weapons? I love that we have such great weapon and armor sets I just want to know more about them.

I’m not asking for an explanation of how the magical treasure hordes that allow us to find special items work. Just these shadow weapons are mass produced by the demons enslaved by the human god of death. This spectral weapon set comes from the bones of the fallen norn sports harvested from them by the minions of Jormag. Or ascalon or what ever.

I’ve been on CD for maybe a year now through all types of fluctuations and i stay because i love it. It’s home. both my self and my guild even if we are small have poured our hearts into CD. Tonight a blanket statement was made by someone i respect that’s a major voice on CD even if that respect only goes in one direction. That if you don’t use TS than your not an asset because you aren’t really helping. I’m sure a lot of people feel that way. I know its a big help in wvw. But it was really the first time in a year i felt like wow kitten my server.

Even if we were roamers which we aren’t we are a small ops guild of seasoned vets that responds to all major calls from tags and larger guilds for aid. I feel like that’s a pretty big kitten you to people that put in time and effort but don’t use TS. I guess i just needed to vent because if I didn’t i was gonna seethe about it until i moved my entire guild to a new server.

In four years of game play I don’t think I’ve ever come to the forums to complain about anything. That being said I have to sincerely ask who’s idea was it to make black lion chest completely worthless. Lets say I could live with the drop rate which is not as good as it used to be of ticket scraps. The forced item taking you from 3 slots 2 is unfair and unreasonable and there is not even an option to turn it off. the new chest system is a really big slap in the face even if your not a person that spends your money to get keys because the grind for completing maps for keys instead of paying for them make devaluing chest even more offensive. It’s not right. It’s really not.

I have to be honest. I just remade my condi warrior into an immobilization tank. I went with Runes of the ogre and I’m in love with my rock dog. I have developed an emotional attachment. lol Someone hit’s me to hard and he’s right there pvp, wvw. And he can be healed it’s solid. 90’s is also i stellar amount of time.

Have you found a new guild yet? If not I’d be glad to take you on. My guild is DDD we are a small pvx guild on crystal desert. Active but casual players. We do mostly WvW, Dungeons and World bosses. We are a small guild and working on growing T4. We don’t tell you what builds to run or how to run them. We are a family style group looking to fill our ranks with quality people.

I would prefer to go either IOJ or NSP but I’m open what I’m looking for is stability. My guild and I moved to DR to be with friends than their entire server left. it’s a ghost town. We wanted to go EU but we can’t handle the lag.

We are small guild pvx lots of vets and quality new players. But realistically we are looking to be absorbed by a larger guild with a WvW focus. We want our next server to be our last and we would like to be some where with a healthy friendly environment that has enough people to defend their own keeps.

My guild runs with DMD all the time they are a great group of people loyal and steadfast friends and the reason I and many others have come to DR.

DDD is a family style guild of mature players focused on team work and a healthy environment. Our main focus is split between WvW and Dungeons with a solid amount of world bosses and fractals mixed in. No matter what we are doing we like to do it together. Having recently moved to DR from ET we are in the process of rebuilding our numbers. We have a even blend of vets and new players. With regular events that happen on a weekly and nightly basis. I love love love the game and A net. I love what they have built for us but as a Charr I was not willing to give up my war band for an order. I don’t feel I should of had to. I understand tyria needs to be saved but. Maybe I care more about MY war band and the high legions. I wanted the chance to fight for them. If Brimstone wanted me or needed me working with the orders that bad I should have been able to bargain for my Warband to be with me. Charr aren’t like the Norn we don’t fly solo.

Eredon Terrace has a pretty solid PVE community. There are always people around for Living world event’s and we keep the flow of information running pretty solid to keep people aware of them. So it doesnt matter if you want to go solo or join a guild there are people around for you to everything from Dungeons to Jumping puzzels with at any given point of time.

What we lack in numbers we make up for in over all community quality. We are RP friendly and WvW dedicated. Our commanders are capable, flexible and experienced at what they do.

With very little lag to speak of and new and established guilds recruiting every day we have something to offer solo players and guilds looking for a new home.

I’m from Eredon Terrace and we are a good server but we need more people to enrich our community. I was wondering if any one knew how tarnished coast became the games unofficial rp server. As well as ideas on how to stimulate server population much like the title states.

I have a very close and personal bond with my Avatars. They are all representatives of parts of me so I car for them in that way. The all share a family name which matters as much as my IRL. When people play with any of my avatars I want them to know I bring to the table a quality partnership. They are fighters, leaders, protectors and defenders.
