My biggest fail is dying way to fast in the regular game and HoT. Can’t seem to figure it out. I guess I’m just that bad at the Ranger class.

You can transfer to a new server. When you click on World Selection you’ll see Guest and Transfer next to it. You do however have to pay a fee of 1,800 gems to transfer to a new server. And like RoseofGilead said “you can transfer to a new once every seven days”; I think.

I would like to see at least 20 bank tabs. The 14 bank tabs I have are filled with seasonal items, BL items, weapons for my other characters. and over flow of crafting materials. The reason I hoard this stuff is that I have no time to play the game to the fullest. So I just keep collecting items and as the Charr say “You can never have to much treasure”.

Hello everyone hope your all well. Can’t believe it’s almost been another year come and gone. Time flies when your having fun or just working none stop and waiting for a break.

Well let’s get down to business on what the title say’s shall we?

As you all know (or some of you) that I made a post last year titled The Santa Charr Thread. It went very well and a lot of you got presents from Santa Charr AKA Krosan Beast. Plus some of might not have gotten presents from Santa Charr do to the high volume of participants and wanted to say sorry for not getting presents to you.

With this being said Santa Charr this year might not be making a return this year. Even though I said Santa Charr will return. The reason is I started a new career this year as a truck driver (18 wheeler). I’m on a dedicated account and home daily to do my ten hour break. That ten break is for sleep and nothing else sadly. I do have two days off but it’s going to be one day off a week do to high freight around the Holiday season. So it will be very hard for me to get presents for you all this year and trying to get the Wintersday achievements.

BUT HOLD ON Santa Charr might just do a giveaway instead of getting presents to you all this year. I want to make this another great time for you all and me. I know some will be very disappointed if Santa Charr does a giveaway since it will only cover X amount of people, instead of in game items to everyone like last year. I hope you all can understand. You’ll have to wait for the details for the giveaway in December. So please check the forums during the month of December so you don’t miss your chance. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS HAS NOT BEEN MADE OFFICIAL YET.

Also please be careful out there in the world and see you all in December.

I got Guild Wars 2 to work on my old laptop running Linux. Got about the same performance when running Windows on the laptop.

It would be nice to chose the option on how we can glid. I think it’s just a matter of time we get the option to but it’s all up to ArenaNet if they want to add the option or not.

From your Santa Charr that looks like a Reindeer in a way.

My favorite weapon skins in game is the Dragon’s Jade set. It’s like one of those sets no one remembers since the game never had another Dragon Bash. Plus if I remember correctly it was a one off event.

I’m currently collecting the set still have 10 more skins to get. It’s going to cost a lot of gold about 1,557 give or take.

There are no Flail weapons in game. The only thing like that was close to a flail weapon was the wipe sword that comes and goes on the Black Lion Market.

It would be nice to see a flail weapon (Skin) as a limited item for the BL Market.

Most likely. A lot of guys do play female characters for a number of reasons. I remember asking my friend why do you play female characters when you have the choice to play them. He said I don’t want to stare at a male characters A**. I was like that makes since.

As for me I don’t like playing female characters because I’m not a female. That’s my reason. I do have one female character but hardly ever play it.

If you are planing on getting a GTX1080 don’t get the Founders one. Go with one that has an aftermarket cooler on it like the one from EVGA. The reason is that the founder card thermal throttles and clock speed drops which can affect frame rate. Watch the Jayztwocents video on it. With the 1080 you might get a little better frame rate than your card while playing GW2.

I forgot to add this under the apparel part. I would personally LOVE to see CYCLING Jerseys, Shorts, and Bibs ( Shorts with suspenders ). This would be awesome if you can consider doing this. If you do consider this please do Men’s and Women’s versions.

Serious question! Can I still get this backpack if I buy the Brew of the moth membership late? This is the first time I heard of this. I want it so bad now and since I’m a Beer aficionado it makes me want even more.

Not all e-sport people complain about a game and needs to be nerft. This is also a small rant on my part. If this offends anyone I’m sorry.

It seems to me like the e-sport people just say this class is over powered and needs to be nerft. It also needs to be nerft in WvW, PvP, and PvE. Becuse this Mesmer or Ranger is killing my elite spec warrior in two seconds and it shouldn’t happen.

To me the e-sport people just complain about everything in a game no matter what.

When ArenaNet announced that there taking the game to e-sports I was not thrilled at all.

My main character is a Reindeer Charr Ranger named Krosan Beast (you might of seen me). It’s the only character I really play and not tired of it at all. Here and there I might jump on my other characters.

Other than that, I dislike the Druid ever since I tried it during beta.

Snowblind fractal woods is how nights should be across the board.

I don’t know about that dark because it would be hard to see anything. Plus some gaming/non-gaming monitors can produce rich dark’s and etc.

But, however, having really thick fuller forest would be awesome as well. The forest in the game really lack. It’s like a tree here and there, that’s it.

The temperatures are mostly based in Summer.

Lion’s Arch I was thinking more like a beach with some humidity, not much.

That’s why I gave DR a temperature of 70-80F (21-26C)
The humidity however will vary like most places in the summer.

For BC I gave it that temp. since it’s relatively close to Hoelbrak. I thought it would be cooler but dry.

For RS and TG, since they are further south. They would have hotter temperatures and higher humidity.

Anyway back on topic I would personally like to see the developers work on the Mac client or at least improve the beta they realeased in 2012. Even though I don’t have own a Mac.

The answer is yes. I’ll pre-purchase the new X pack when it’s available. Even though I have barely even played HoT.

To put this short and sweet this is my favorite game and I love supporting ArenaNet.

This is a thread for themed characters in GW2. Example: Pokemon, anime, seasonal, and etc.

To start things off I wanted to make my Charr look like a Reindeer. So I got the Stag Helm to help me get the look I wanted (plus I got the Wreath). I really didn’t get the look right as you see in the first picture. So throughout and after Wintersday I messed around with the dyes. The dyes I chose for this was, White, Cherry, and Kelly. But I still didn’t like how I did the dyes on the armor. So about a week ago I found the perfect balance between the dyes. It was the look I always wanted for my Reindeer Charr. So I’m proud to say I have my very own Reindeer Charr, with the title of Deer Commander.

So please feel free to write anything you did or how long it took you to get the look you always wanted for your character.

A few questions I decided to throw in:

•Can a Reindeer Charr swim?
Yes they can.

•Can a Reindeer Charr fly?
I wouldn’t say fly, more like glide.

I have only tried this event twice. For those two time there was a decent amount of people for it and split into three groups. Only ended kill two worms. Come to find out the third group just disappeared it to thin air (no one at the third worm and it was overrun with monsters). So all in all, just need more people to do the event but it probable wont happen unless your part of a big guild.

I would personally like to complete the Triple Trouble event once in my life time playing this game.

I have an even better IDEA of a subscription type for this game. You know the Gem Store and the Buy Gems Right (I hope you do)?

You know they have:

Can we see a 64-bit version of Guild Wars 2?

Haven’t had my coffee yet and I’m just a little brain dead today.

I believe this has been brought up before; about Runes and Sigils. I can’t really find anything about what I was searching for.

Anyway I was upgrading my Greatsword with two sigils (Superior Sigil of Force and Superior Sigil of Fire) and forgot to put one of the sigils in the empty slot. Needless to say I destroyed said sigil that was worth 8 gold on the TP (this is the part where you all laugh).

But beside that, how come we have to choose an empty slot to upgrade a two slot weapon or armor when equipping the runes or sigils?

I started this game in August of 2013 and played off an on. So my age across all characters is 659 hours and 32 minutes. My main Character however has 456 hours and 51 minutes. Forgot to add the days it’s 805

I had the same problem (crashed once so far). My game would crash in the middle of a world boss. I run my game at full graphics (everything is maxed out).
The way I limited/get rid of crashing was overclocking my CPU (don’t recommend it and it is at your own risk if you do).

I sent in a support ticket and they told to change some settings in MSCONFIG before I even overclocking my CPU but the game was still crashing. I’m not going to tell you what you should do in MSCONFIG. The reason why is that I’m by no means a computer technician (I’m currently going to school for IT). I’m just being honest here.

Hope this might help to a certain extent and lets hope you find a solution soon.

Well this post I made seems to be irrelevant now but I’ll keep it up anyway.

Hmm….. Well one suggestion if you have an open character slot. Make a race (other than Sylvari) that you want to play, level said character to a certain level or to level 80. Keep the character and never delete it. Every time you come across said character, you think to yourself I should really play that character. I need to finish leveling up or I need to farm this area to see if I can get a good drop for once.

That’s my suggestion. Try it out and it might just do the trick.
