Remind yourselves that this is a BETA post. We will be having more of these. There is no point in buffing and changing EVERYTHING only to find you over cooked it. Getting the basics right first is obviously the dev’s priority. The traits are probably being looked at but won’t be available for the next upcoming event.
If you have read the feedback given, it seems the mechanics of these new changes are pretty complex. Give them time and keep giving them feedback like they have asked.
The dev’s have shown that they care and listen. Assume they are doing the same until proven otherwise.
Having started to seriously gear my first character, I purchased a necklace twice by mistake. I was astounded to find that there is no way to actually sell that item back within a selected time period to get my tokens back (laurels in this case), even though my item had not been used for the 30 seconds I had had it for.
This is something that really needs to be implemented as genuine mistakes mean that a player feels disinterested in getting those laurels again and wasting the ones already saved throughout the levelling experience or continual dailies.
It only needs to be a 10 minute timer to sell it back and gain a refund without use.

How did you pay for them? If it’s credit card then contact your card supplier. Ask for a refund as you cannot access the items your purchased. That’s what I did, got my money back in 3 days. Credit cards are amazing things.

this is not a bug! One person must go to the jumping puzzle. Then jump down after opening the door. then follow the NPC and kill the mobs.

Most of the threads were disgusting. Some people went too far in the snack talk and went for personal attacks. I’m guilty of it due to frustration. Lies are spread behind the safety of a screen. Topics locked all the time. It’s not needed. Good riddance.

Yes but find yourself low on energy and your gone. There is far too much reliance on Shiro to escape.
I have to say, this CDI is literally amazing. I literally have nothing to contribute because everyone has either said what I thought or completely explain my idea in huge detail, far more than I ever could!

I’m from FSP and I’ve been trying to get a glimpse of them however tbey don’t even show up on OUR radar. They are invisible to us also. We’re trying our hardest to report them but it seems they have figured out god mode after all.
Apologies as we are all for fair competition, however it seems they have knowledge of an exploit nobody else does.
Please block wvw until flame ram bug has been fixed. It is game breaking.

I want them to create leagues based on server capacity and involvement. Then do what there doing with EotM and pit them as the same colour. Then, in your match ups, the points are added to create a score. That would eliminate all this massive server stacking as your grouped.
It would require lots of work, but it would be a very strong and balanced system

Maybe gem rewards for winning? Small amounts like 25 for winning 17 for 2nd and 8 for 3rd?
Eligibility would need to be establish. Maybe off the daily system?

That’s not how it works. To put out power damage you need power, critical chance and critical damage. That’s how a power build works. It’s meant to out an opponent from 100% to 0 as fast as possible.
Conditions need just condition damage to be effective, however condition builds is a game of attrition. To wear your opponent down slowly, which mean you need to be a tank. Dire gear makes you that tank. Trying for both actually hinders both sides of the coin.

Power and condition doesn’t work. Choose a power build or condition build. Not both. Defiant stance isn’t good if you want to be tanky, healing signet outshines it. PVT or VPT gear for power, Dire for condition.

Warrior is fine. You just need to learn how to counter the different builds that are out at the moment. I’m a warrior and even I’m still learning how to counter so,e builds myself.
Signet is fine, poison hits us really, really hard. Server stance is On a Long cool down. Look when we pop it, kite, then bomb. Make us use our GAO closers, force us to use cool downs that are long then we are left with nothing. Then it’s all up to you to get us down.
Pressure us hard enough and we just run out of things to use. Just make sure your clever on how you pressure us.
With regard to the runes, just put a 3 second cd on it
I like the fact that immobilise would be a CC. Stun breakers would stop that just like all the others which brings good play/counter play.
Arena net talked a HUGE amount on the love stream about this ability to counter play, example being dhunmfire and the likes. Yet there is little to no counter play to immobilise stacking in the way it’s done now.
Make it a CC. Allow stun breaks to clear. Stop the stacking. Gives it a counter play. Arena net logic applied.
Just make holding all 5 ruins give a higher ppt tick. It needs to effect points otherwise it’s pointless…get it? Pointless?
I’m disappointed by the whole thing. Few reasons
It’s not a league unless everybody plays everybody. The ranking you get at the end is meaningless because some matches haven’t happened. Possibly my biggest disappointment of it all.
Hacking has come back to the forefront with a vengeance. I hardly saw it at all before, however it’s becoming a daily thing to observe fly hacking, wall hacking, zoom hacking, ports. Reporting doesn’t work, it’s rampant and destroys the spirit of the game.
Alternative motives for disruption. DDoS on teamspeak servers. Spies following around our people whilst in the same guild as the guys were about to fight, who know our every move. Totally against the ToS yet arena net refuse to be pulled into a debate about it. Much like the hacking.
I feel deflated and exhausted by the sheer amount trolling that happens. By the same people. From the same servers. Most of which is t picked up by the mods here, which can amplify the negativity felt by everyone.
A failure? Probably not, but it’s pretty close considering.
Not even 24 hours have gone and were on page 3, and not the good kind!
The league means nothing. Why? Because not every combination of server has fought. Which is a shame. Somebody said they count this as the beta league and I’m probably going to agree with that.

In still in the ball park about putting immobilise as a CC rather than a condition

Full pvt armour with melandru runes and a mix of zerker/knights gear. Your focus is on precision and critical damage. Power is your primary.
Take healing signet, berserkers stance, bulls charge, balanced stance. Elite can be banner. I run with signet usually but I, enjoying juggernaut.
Better fast cast ground targeting:
We split this into 3 different options; so that players can more easily cater how ground targeting works for them.
- Double tap to cast
- Press the button to cast
- Release the button to cast
SO GET YO CAST ON!I would really like an option which is “Ground Target at Center of Current Target”. In other words an option to let me skip picking a place on the ground to drop the skill — instead it would put the skill reticule centered on my current target.
This would make my life so much easier as a grenade engineer.

Big emphasis on counter play in previous stream. So I’ll try and focus on that as a core.
1. Conditions being far too potent. Main problem being immobilise.
2. No counter play for trebuchets in keeps.
3. Trebuchet is a counter to every single attack strategy in large keeps, with no draw back to the defensive team. A treb should not be able to hit a gate and do no damage except to something on the other side.
4. Poison cows are too strong for the same reasons as above. Drain supply is too cheap or just too strong in general. Poison is strong enough. Make it so the main treb hit drains a certain amount of supply if hit. Poison drains supply if hitting keep supply.
5. Arrow carts are too strong. We can’t go away from the range because the treb cow will hit and drain supply, yet when we hug, 3 sup arrow carts kill people in seconds.
6. Waypoints need to be looked at. Only allowing certain amount of players in when contested.
7. Limiting golems per map. Only if treb and arrow cart changes go ahead.
8. Immobilise
9. General pass at play/counter-play. I’m big on the ability to creatively counter play scenarios. But some of the above is, and I will go as far to say this, impossible without a massive large scale golem assault. Which some servers just can’t afford.
10. Dead respawn timer set to maybe 5 minutes.
11. Immobilise.
12. Stop superior siege being sellable. Only allow normal siege. Superior is far too common, which doesn’t seem right.
Last stand does not stop damage from conditions. I’ll happily duel you with my condition spec and swap to my power spec vs your hybrid but I already know the outcome.

All in all, to people reading this, don’t use this build. It will very much kitten you in every aspect of gameplay.
There needs to be a central supply camp there. Something to focus the action. Gives a lot of dolyaks for hills bay and two smaller towers, not garrison.
In addition, capping those ruins should spawn NPCs that go or specific camps and contest them. Wasted opportunity but chances are we will have new maps at some point
Incoming 10 player parties. They have been testing it in the Halloween release.
It needs to be more rewarding. I’d love the ability to unlock new commander tags. Maybe from the gem store? Guild tags would be amazing. Something for the guild to work towards and whereby only the guild on that map can see it.
It really needs. Lot of variety and options for players. Icons of camps for camp groups, things like that.
I want the third hit on hammer 1 to be a blast finisher. So. kitten . Bad! You won’t be able to blast fire fields before a fight as you need to hit something in order to go through the skill cycle. But it would make interesting synergy with fields whilst in combat.
1200 range onn back breaker is just too much. However a little increase would be good.
Hammer 4 Is the skill I always imagine being the hammer whirlwind equivalent of the great sword whirlwind, that would knock people back in its path. Be good for clearing out bridges or disabling a grouped up Zerg. I don’t think a scream would happen as it’s not part of using a hammer. These are weapon skills after all.
Hammer 5 needs to be AoE knockdown. I don’t understand why all of the hammer is AoE except this? It’s a long enough CD to not cause too much of an issue. However I can see the earth shaker and AoE 5 pinning down 5 people as a potential issue. However that just means people need to be spread out or be wary.
I would like to see stomp targetable. I know that’s nothing to do with the hammer but I just feel that would be a good move. I would also love a 15 Minor trait in tactics or something allow burst skills to not be effected by blind. People don’t really fear us getting adrenaline, which is a shame.

Can somebody test if defy pain is still activating at 25% health rather than the intended 50%? Tooltip says 25% still but figured it was an error, however I’m seeing it at 25%.
No big loss to me. Yeah hammer damage was nerfed, but it hit like a kittening truck as well as had big CC. Mace animation is a little too much however. It’s too obvious now
And to the people still moaning about healing signet. Get over it. The healing is fine. Use poison or swap your build for burst. Because, you know, it’s ok to swap skills once in a while

I run Beserker armour, divinity runes with full cavalier trinkets. Beast damage and good survivability .
but it shouldn’t be. You shouldn’t HAVE to legend swap, it should be a choice thats based on what happening in front of you. Not because of lack of energy.
AA should generate energy.
Energy costs need to be adjusted.
Please dear lord, don’t reset the energy back to 50 when OOC.
As a side, traits needs to be addressed and could potential have some sort of energy generation in them when in a specific legend?
I’d also love to see some sort of lingering effect when swapping from one legend to another. EG, switching from malix to another would reduce condition durations applied to on you for 3 seconds.
But hey, thats another post! Energy generation is needed from different sources to develop deeper gameplay in the class.
I won’t be playing the typical wvw when the new map comes out. This season has totally burnt me out and be reward, to be blunt, was kittening bullkitten compared to the hours of blood, sweat, tears and breakdowns of everything.
Arena net kittened up wvw big time. Shorter matchups sound perfect to me, nice new dynamic map! I won’t bother with the original anymore, and especially the second season.
