Can I summon the Manifiesto Moonlit? Also, some really important information was left to one week before launch, like… things that are now outside the table (FoTM leaderboard)… and dungeons nerf… (Dungeons were my favorite way to get money, thats the ONLY reason for I which asked a refund).
People are learning to avoid pre-purcheases now, I made a mistake that I would probably do again, I would ask a refund?, I don’t know; but check the BIG DRAMA that has The Creative Assembly with Total War: Warhammer because of the pre-purchease promotion. If we keep letting Developers do what they want with poor choises that affect players and still get our money they will keep doing it, the only way that player has to raise voices is with our wallets.

1. You should be ablet to get a refund, that rule should ONLY apply after release date, not pre order date, or at least Most Digital Services work like that (Steam, Origin, uPlay confirmed)
2. If you got HoT but before you have a Core account, they will only remove and you will stay have your core account, they wont terminate it. [EDIT: I asked for a refund and I still have my core account working]
3. Ask for a refund in support, they will ask for information that you got in your e-mail when you pre-purcheased the game on Anet Site, if you got the game from a 3rd party they can’t do it. Ask to them for they refund policy.
I just go Heart of Thorns just because the Dev communication on this thread, fun read and seeing what people (like Jason Reynold) is involved in this I think I got covered as a hardcore player with raids.
The trait is kinda bugged now… I did a few test and i’m getting 9 seconds using Smoke Screen and 5 blast with or without the trait line, I was getting 11 secs before the patch…
Same for Pistol 5 + blast and Blinding powder, i’m getting 9 seconds traited and 8 untraited (the extra second is the one from Blinding powder, but not extra seconds from the 2 blast)
The only skill were the trait is working right is Shadow Refuge, 10 secs untraited and 15 traited.
I tried to fight it with some friends (Open kill, No wall) and the new lupi is kinda challenging but still a Guardian can break the fight without using wall exploit, Mace/Shield + F3+ Retreat! can mitigate most of the incoming missiles, and just for the missiles than can’t be mitigated just look when he moves his arm in your direction and dodge, use of Energy sigil is highly recommendable.
Also, since a few updates ago the Dome is more forgivable so really moving a lot while fighting Lupi to avoid or dodge the missiles isn’t near as dangerous as used to be.
It will have zero feedback from the press no matter how it ends. Blackmailing Anet with bad press will not lead anywhere.
Is not really blackmailing, any company after this kind of events takes EVERYTHING on consideration and PR is the one that always take the big responsability here, thats why they are taking so long, remember #gemgate, the press took an important role, specially Kotaku, they received an official statement WAY before the community…
None of which apply to this case since it’s a matter of an unintended error (as evident by the fact that the name of the product is “booster bundle” and not “heroic edition”), not false advertising (of which that was none, there was no sale advertised or any sort of promotion made). ANet is only obligated to refund you or credit you a booster bundle, nothing else.
It’s akin to a price tag that reads “Chips 16oz $4.00” somehow winding up on the shelf for stereos and you’re that litigious customer who’s demanding a stereo for $4 or he’ll sue.
Well, according to this image (https://dviw3bl0enbyw.cloudfront.net/uploads/forum_attachment/file/182182/boosterbundle.jpg) this booster bundle has “Guild Wars 2 game, Suit of Legacy armor, Mithril Box and 10 experienced boosters”, everything listed for 3.75 USD, this kind of mistakes (…?) happens all the time and always end with this kind of debates, depending on how Anet manage this could have a big positive or negative feedback of the press if they are following this…
Can we get a official answer from a Dev about this change? I was looking old guides to confirm the duration with traited SR and all of then said that traited SR last 18 secs, this is really an annoying bug because is making some runs a bit more harder because we need to blast even more than before.
Before the patch Traited SR lasted 18 sec, now is lasting 15 Sec… and its happening with all the stealth skills , i’m in arah, so, quick post. (traited and untraited duraction is affected)
The shield is so beautiful… but… AEGIS! Guardians are sad kittens because of the kitten aegis, please, Anet do something to the shield, give’em more effects or update Aegis if used with the legendary Shield, its really killing the appeal of my already useless shield because the focus its a way more defensive/support skill than my shield.
At least organize a bit more the collection creating one category per collection and another one for special minis like in the collection tab in the bank, at least anyone of anet can appear and said the usual “it’s on the table”…?
Question, there’s a easy way to know to what collection each mini belongs? Just look that mess on that screen, with the previous system i was able to see a tab for each collection and also i was able to easily buy the minis from THAT collection.
Now, i’m wondering what i’m suppose to do when they release set 4 to know what minis belong to that set and in that case i will need to manually search and buy each mini on the trading post.
This update its supposed to be QoL changes, to make easier my life, not more complicated.

I just deleted the mail that we get when we finish the First Chapter that talk me about the Purple stars, the Journal told me to check my mail, but when i deleted that mail the journal “reseted” and then i just need to begin to do all the steps again but i’m seeing the green steps and also the purple stars lol
this is one of that bugs that drives mad… every time that i preview any kind of Bow i can see how that bow is “backwards” in the preview, but when i equip that weapon is just fine…
We really NEED a COMPENSATION for this, c’mon guys, this is a really bad bug, today my daily was bugged again and I missed the whole dungeon run again, this is the 5TH DAY with this bug, kinda sucks really, this patch has been a total disaster for me, if Anet is trying to lose clients, well, they are in the right road.
I want to ask for a refund too, i dont like the new “Witch Costume” because i cant hide the ugly hat or dye every separed piece of the set and the Broom now takes a space of my precious inventory…
I have that backpack in my Guardian that is the character that i use for FoTM and i dont want to transmute the Backpack for another one infused, im hoping that Anet is working in a tiered update like the one in the Fractal Backpack (Bigger Wings, or bigger totem for the Grenth one), but it would be great if we have an official response here.
I would like to see a new tier of Cultural Armor, they are the best looking ones, maybe one with Exotic or Ascended Stats, or even would be great if we are able to update in tiers the actual T3 (Some tiered system similar to the new backpack)
All of those conversations and scenes in the post-release camp were done entirely by our writing team this time around. A couple of us on the content design side were able to sit down with them and actually teach them how to do basic spawning and scripting, and with that base of knowledge they were able to populate the camp with all those interesting characters, which I think of as a huge win for the studio. It’s not that we’ve not had the capability in the past, it’s just that those kind of things usually end up low on the list of priorities for those of us who do the bulk of the content authoring, because although it’s really not hard to do, it’s also usually not that intense in terms of setup and scripting. When you are faced with the decision to fix a half dozen Pri.1 and Pri2 bugs or implement an NPC with conversation, the former will always take priority. So I would like to think that this is just the tip of the iceberg and that the bar will continue to be raised on content like this.
Kudos to the Writing Team, the conversations in the camp were so fun and i really feel like i was in a “Living World”, the cinematics, all were so much great for this update, now im able to enjoy this game again, thx Anet, keep going in this path, is the right one.
I can confirm the rumour, i received some mails from ANET on my Spam tab (Outlook), but since i flagged them as NOT Spam i haven’t received any mail…
Extra info: The e-mail that i use for this game haven’t received any Phishing email before, and the only mail that i haven’t received since that day is from the authenticator… i was able to get some mails from support in the week from 23 to 28 of October.
Seriously, this “update race” is compromising the quality of the updates, most of then comes bugged as hell and keep us wasting our time like the one from Master of Baubles – SAB, they are also compromising the quality of the localization (i can told you that the Quality of the localization has been very bad in the spanish client in the last updates, at the start was uber with the Halloween update)… also we can see a lack of content with the updates, the Fight of Tequalt was a good start for revamping the world boss but the “Dragons week” was a joke.
I think this game could benefit more from a Monthly update cycle with more time for the developers to continue making his awesome job and have enough time for testing all the new content and give time for the localization teams, seriously, they need to take a look at the “Spanish Localization problems”, we are a bit abandoned there…

Yeah, they need to add some kind of effect, the weapons looks so plain right now and need a lot of materials and time (account bound items), they should be a bit more… asom
A lot of people of Dragon Brand is having problem with partys, we need to guest to another Server to enter in partys that are multi server, if we enter (using portal) in Dragon Brand we are going to another Instance, if we click Join, nothing happens, this is happening with Dungeons, FoTS and the Trials.
I bought it like 4 months ago… Oh well. T_T
