Another thread i’ve been following that i feel is troll and decided to comment on….

This game is pretty kitten causal, here is the problem CORE tyria does not teach its players how to do anything besides auto attack and maybe cast heal for the majority of the content. With HoT and a few other parts of the game it expects and hopes that you learned to do more then that. IE learned the really big and basic tells for stuns/aoe damaging moves and dodging.

With what you believe is a “casual” game is what i feel others would considering a “walking-simulator” game as they have NO/little challenge (think Firewatch/Stanly Parable). There are also games like Skyrim/Mass Effect/Witcher/Fallout in which you can set the difficulty/abuse hacks/console to overpower any/all content while living/enjoy a impressive world which seems to be what you want. Look for these games not and MMORPGS.

You want stories not a game/challenge don’t try to dumb down a game because you it does not fit what you want.

I really really feel this is a troll post but been following it as i could over the past day. Here is how i see it ; you bought x gem value with actual cash -> converted to gold -> bought x item with gold -> said item lost value after a MARKET shake-up given recent patch/PoF info -> SOMEHOW perceive you have been hoodwinked/stolen from.

Let me explain one thing that is lost on you. Every item you make/buy/throw on the AH should be treated like actual “stocks” traded in reality. Anything and everything can and will change their value overtime. If you think you are not getting said items worth, sit on them and wait maybe the market will change and you can sell for it a profit. It is what a lot of people in game do. (Also take into account this occurs in every single MMORPG with a tradepost/p2p trading system, WE the players create/set the value of items not the game company.) (with this take into account the actual money spent → gem are SET values and don’t change, the GEM→GOLD is dependent on how many people convert between to the two which is why it changes value over time.)

I feel there will be very few who hold the same option of you, but good luck trying and wasting your own time.

How can you do the raids yet not be able to do, or find people capable of doing the last story instance of HoT? So no in regards to your “want a refund complaint”.

I think Inculpatus cedo.9234 has the inforamtion you want unless for whatever reason you are talking about a few of the chest skins that overwrite the shoulder skins. If it is that… you need to use a different chest skin. (skins that come to mind are CoF chest pieces, can’t think of ours off the top of my head)

heh yea, need two of said runes equiped within your armor pieces. after that you should get the bonus (3 if you count your underwater helm). Make sure they are the same rarity as well.

bonuses highlighted in blue are what i currently get for having 4/6 of them in my armor, the other two are grey and to obtain them i would need to set in another two runes of said type. Hope this helps you.

Well congrats “Malediktus.3740” complaining WON, what signifies a achievement for your team then? Because with this statement it would appear being one of the best spvp players in your game, which you have hosted several $20k+ (of which some of those players sit within the top250) is NOT an achievement your current system.

0_o really now, it is an achievement to get that high up rank wise, let them have the AP. Sure only a few people will obtain these titles but is it any different the original “x of the Arena” titles only 200people have? Unless you want to retroactive get rid of the AP given to everyone got you has gotten the previous seasons Legendary titles. And yes they probably don’t care about the AP but what would you replace it with?? “Tournament of Legends” rewards for these people, can you image the rage that would produce then, leave it alone it is fine as is.

PS: it is sad to see this much rage over not getting some AP for something you can/do not have the ability to get, how do you feel the majority of the player base who never got/can obtain the LS1 AP. This reeks of entitlement because you can’t get one minor thing overall.

As the title states, can we have it changed to the winterberry node icon we have on the map vs the green scythe? (was confused as to where it was when i bought and went to gather)

Option 1 = EotM system, well ok guess that works well enough. Would this lead to getting rid off/condensing all servers since x amount of the time. It seems there is not enough population to maintain how many servers there is atm. How does this hamper/control the constant timezone issues we face though.

Option 2 = seems like a great way to alienate small/medium size guilds. If not that easy rage targets should x scribe buffs are not running on said objective taken

Option 3 = N/A no thoughts towards this one.

Just got kicked from my DS on MoM cause or spammed crash/error messages when i had it set on low for the map, nothing during the tower event/elsewhere on it.

No, now i have omfg how cringe worthy it appears from the outside. Only paid some attention to my local MP elects and the parties overall goals myself, thanks for this. Hopefully you can find some people for your time slots, sadly for myself and few others i know it is unworkable since we’re in the West.

Rare bug that occurs, i have had it happen to me. Log out then log back in, fixed it for me.

If you want flying pvp NCsoft has that in AION, take into account they would have to built a whole new system/skills/animations for it be done here.

Level 39 with Cliffside, most painful thing i have done in FotM. Took someone jumping on their Guard and x skill changes but we got it…. sadly Mai Trin for our Boss afterwards was a cakewalk.

No, it is the same reason why the birthday gifts in Guild Wars are character bound. Keeping a character gives you unique rewards for keeping it around, in GW1 it was x years mini/tonics chance, now it is titles & other bonuses.

If i am reading this right…. your angry about losing while playing a class you DO NOT KNOW so you complain? Take into account it is 1 of 12 dailies you do not have to do it in one segment of the game. It is a BONUS to get it done for more potions. Also if you do not know the daily bonus potion classes, just continue playing with ones you know. In the end it’ll cause less stress to you.

Also no need for a “/surrender option” people usually stop playing/afk at spawn when they are getting kittenstomped.

Feedback:

1. I understand why the mobs don’t give loot unlike the crying of everyone else wanting it. Why do i understand? I played during the Scarlet Invasions in which it became a FAIL FARM. What does that mean? We scaling x events up to spawn champs to farm, yelled at ANYONE else on map trying to complete the phase and move on. Toxic = bad environment to play in.

Events not giving karma/xp is a mistake, lower leveler players get nothing from this event, and to everyone else we just waste money in wp costs (meaning but ppl kitten & complain about it).

2. TAG & RUN, the goal of the farmer is max efficiency considering the price of stuff on the vendor. That means the majority of ppl do JUST enough (say 2-3kills, use a cata 1-2times, throw a bomb) then move on the next event. Why do they do this? the personal buff gives the event earned and NOT the map wide clear count.

Remove the ability to get the buff up more then once. Why? have it as indicitor that you were at a event to get credit at the end. Make so map wide count is all that matters for rewards. Show that during x many events you gain x many blooms with a max out (brackets 0-5, 5-10, x).

3. Vendor Cost, given that 4/16 things are old GEMSTORE skins i can see why you want them cost more. But if farm/pricing limits you to one pair gemstore skins and nothing else for a tempt weekend event it is rage inducing. Since it forcing ppl to play one part of the game and only one part. Even then they are only able to get a choice thing vs everything over time like in other maps.

4.Time limit of the event, a long weekend with no info on will it occur again before HoT. It SHOULD be, this gives people the time to get any/all rewards with farming during a segmented time.

The elite specs do not have their own symbol, they just get additional weapon/skills/trait line to use in conjunction of the core stuff. So unless you pick out say a Necro using the Greatsword you won’t know.

No, you still only need 2. And unless they recently changed it, you don’t need them maxed. Only to 400.

Inconvenient in that is was only up for 2days yes. But on the forums/reddit there was daily posts/updates about the sale. If you were only checking the highlighted items vs the promotion tab during this sale event and you missed something then that is on you.

No. Anyone can get a HoM stone to check it out, but you need to have played & linked your account to GW2 to get anything (rewards/ap/titles +GWAMM). It was a small thank you towards veterans of the series.

What exactly has been disabled? I accessed HOM last night and got the updated achievements from GW1 onto my account.

The Skins/pets from 1-30 HoM discounting the titles & ap. If your linked atm you can still get the ap/titles but nothing else.

+entry here is hoping man wish i played GW1 more consistently now but oh well x holiday/anniversary events make me play/continue work on HoM. Now if only i could figure out which weapons to get with those Proof of Legends ><"

Any weight class per tier just need 6 t1/2/3 per race for it. Buying 18 t1 for one race will not do anything for the achievement beyond the 6 for t1 it will count.

Three rounds should equate to 30min of game play. If this to much for one part of the meta achieve i do not know what to tell you. Mind i am biased i don’t find the game hard.

^ as both have mentioned, take into account the finisher stacks up to 250charges.

Roundabout.1752 I think part of the constant kittening about this mini game, is that you NEED to do it enough to get 500 correct notes for the meta.

Whenever i see/read hear this i am at a loss… they give you easy/medium/hard songs during the course of one game, never mind before the song even starts they give you the TEMPO.

Going to say RNG screwed you but i might be biased here…. over the past 3days i have only faced 2-4 4-5man teams. On that day1 13v4 — day2 14v12 — day3 15v3(today might change later on) Wins to Loses ratio.

Super fun, took me as long as the first time i did the 12key Orr (Malchor’s Leap) jp. Got lost a few times, worth it since i got the “Endless Mordrem Thrasher Tonic” from the chest.
