Lol, They nerf spiders because 8 people from a map weren’t doing the events. Now a map full of people stand waiting for a raid group…. Not doing events.

Kittens are cute. Even the most hardened internet denizen has a soft spot for kittens. :-pThe filter words in the German, French, and Spanish official forums are different.
In German, the word is “Liebsche” (a term of endearment roughly equivalent to ‘honey’)
In French, it is “papillon” (butterfly)
In Spanish, it is “minino” (the more harmless form of the word ‘kitten’ in Spanish)
The goal for these filter words is to diffuse the abrasiveness and take the bite out of posts containing profanity.

I can’t wait for HoT to become live. My new profession will be the ‘Dev’ enant and my 1 skill is the Nerf Bat auto attack which will render all skills in PvE useless.
Arenanet have ALWAYS excessively nerfed certain skills since GW1 prophecies… Why expect anything different. We’ll just have to wait and see.

I have levelled 3 alts to 80 from level 20
Even tho I’ve only gotten greens from the holo chest every time it’s been (mostly) fun
Will this fix also make the knights drop loot? I helped to kill all three getting gold for each and not a single loot item
What world are you playing on and is it an EU or US world? http://www.speedtest.net/ You could try running this test several times to see if maybe it is a problem not with your internet but on the way to Arenanet’s servers.
I’m playing on the EU ‘Gunnars Hold’ my ping is 35ms, 12.33Mbps down and 1.2Mbps up.

I can rule out the config with AV, Firewall because the problem has only started to happen yesterday and I’ve been playing since 3 day head (& beta’s) start without major problems. There isn’t anything wrong with my home network. I don’t think it’s my ISP else I would also lose connection with my teamspeak.
So that leaves routing outside of ISP control and Game Server.

@ Vain: What does specifying my platform have to do with it? My internet is stable. Teamspeak does not disconnect only the game every few minutes which would try the patience of a saint. I needed to chill after a hard days work but I guess I should have gone back to bed.
Windows 7 pro, 16G ram, 570 GTX, 13M internet connection (UK) and a partridge in a pear tree

I figure once they nerf out class into the ground, I’ll be onto another game hopefully. Least I enjoyed the long awaited GW2 (and massively delayed) to come to this
Bad players only stay bad, good players started bad and only got better.
A good player will never be nerfed, they’ll take on every challenge thrown at them.
The best baseball player in the world will still strike out if you give him a limp feather instead of a bat.

No one has been handed something that drastic yet in this game. It still works and “good” players will still do good.BUT!

No but a Thief will be able to perma tickle you from stealth and you’ll die from laughing. Their armour will also be changed to a jesters outfit
Today I bought some un-ID dyes and managed to get midnight Fuschia (sp)
When I dye my thief hood which has been transmuted many times (I’m level 60 now) it just reverts back to brown instead of midnight fuscia. If I remove the hood to my inventory bags then my game crashes to desktop and a crash dialog box. I can dye my hood to any other colour fine but the one that I want.

I too never noticed any animation bug but whatever they have done it has it has altered the timing for other skills too. I hope they will sort it out but I won’t get my hopes up for this ninja nerf… I’ll go back to my 80 Engineer or Guardian for a while.
