Having bought so much of these things and forgetting which of my guhdozens of toons they are on is problematic. This should be one of those top priority things because I bet a lot of people do not buy the gimmicky stuff if not becuase they cannot afford or do not have any want for it but because of how inconvenient it it. Being one who buys a lot of the gimmicky stuff I can attest to it being a pain to figure which of my guhdozen characters have what.

When the leak for this outfit came into being months before its release I was terribly excited over it! Unfortunatly I was hospitalized throughout its release and only recently I have been able to return to Tyrian soil. Will you, in your heart of hearts, consider re-releasing this outfit in the future?

Nevermind…I just threw all my mats at supply boxes. 187 boxes later: 19 tickets.

And no, it is not their fault how much I spend. I would spend the same amount. It’s just how little I get by how much I spend that sours the experience.

Liadri is just a rage inducing boss. If it’s not one of the one shot mechanics that takes you out it will be the other. Orbs will pull you if you miss them during the chaos of phase 2… Visions of Mortality will hump the shard and by the time you get them away the shard despawns. Running out of time is also a sure possibility.

A game reviewer from years back commented on the state of some games invoking a 1 shot mechanic. I couldn’t agree with them more: It is not fun and it is a sign of lazy game design.

So I blew through all of my 50 tickets …30 of them on the last T3 boss alone. I am broke trying to gear my thief up to exotics with sigils and runes so buying the tickets are out of the question…and like hell I’m going to exhange gems for gold. I already spend approx $200 a month in gems cause of the greedy #$% Anet and their stupid expensive prices….I’m not going to pool anymore on what should be more available considering the difficulty of the last boss (20 silver per 5 tickets is obscene and out of the question seeing as I am doing to 1g now)…

Rant over: Is there a way to acquire these tickets without going completely mad to where it provokes one to consider hopping in a car and driving to Anet HQ?

I’m glad the zone updating even while in offline mode has been fixed. However, this is the major one.

I cannot fathom why they took off the offline mode selection before logging in that they had in beta.

I would like something akin to “Don’t Starve’s” clock…since there are some foods whose buffs depend on the time of day which you cannot always tell (Inside dungeons)…I know…I know..Just don’t use that food…but still I think it would be a graceful way to handle this request.

As the attachment shows, the tallest female is still shorter than the tallest male. My question is; How many clicks on the slider is the difference between the 2? I am trying to make 2 human characters of opposite genders have the same height. Thank you!

I am now getting this EVERY night around 10-20 times. Report/Blocking them all. It is infuriating!! PLEASE we need a GW2 authenticator/IP Lock. It is obvious these are hacked accounts.

So the kit can be a part of the standard interface activated by a button and loaded with cosmetic charges from the gem store.

Depending on if the price is reasonable they will see people using it more comfortably since there would never be that thought “Is such a small change worth an entire kit??!”.. Now a small change will scale accordingly.

That is not what I was asking for. They would have their own separate charges.

But if I /were/ asking that the transumute charges…what reason would there be /not/ to use them in such a system if the cost scales according to what and how much is being changed?

This is a suggestion for the function of the kits mentioned in the title. Instead of having 3 different kits based off of appearance and identity; roll them into one. The player would open the kit as usual but instead of one use: Each change you make costs a charge, spent at the end of making all adjustments like how the wardrobe and dye system now works. Depending on the change, the charge cost can be lower or higher. Example: A simple eye scale costs 1, A new hairstyle (no color change) costs 5, Hair color change cost (independent of style change) costs 3, Name change would cost the most: 15 charges. These are just cost examples to express that each slider moved has it’s own cost value that increases or decreases back to 0 when the look is returned to the original settings. Additional Charges can be bought, just like transmutes.

This would help people who want to just make small changes without blowing an entire kit because they thought that their eyes were too close together or their skin color too pale after having a long roleplay event on Southsun Cove.

This would be a positive change that would benefit the roleplay community. In light of recent changes, we need this.

I am looking for a really weathered look for my cloth wearer. I like the tattered and frayed look of the Tactical set’s pants but I’d like far more coverage..and more tattering on the top as well. I want her to look like a rough and tumble street urchin.

ANet has announced that PvP and PvE skins are getting merged together, so that a skin unlocked in one mode will be usable in the other. I and a few others think that this might mean the introduction of a skin wardrobe that’s usable in PvE as well.

I do so hope your hypothesis is correct. As someone pointed out previously: Having the special event (account bound) skins as well would be nice too (ex: Gas Mask, Toy bag [from last wintersday], Southsun back items)

I urge ALL such items like instruments, town clothes & accessories, broom, transmute stones/crystals/splitters, unlimited harvesting tools, …ect.

One constant nuisance with acquiring all these new skins from the gem store (I spend around a hundred a month, YVW Anet) is losing track of which character has which skin/item. Also the deal with having to use up transmute stones (or even worse, crystals), on skins you have already spent the cash to earn. Then there is that terrible feeling if you accidentally destroy a skinned piece of armor (this hasn’t happened to me..yet).
It would be a WONDERFUL show of good faith if Arenanet puts all the skins and items that are relevant (instruments, keys, other such fluff) in the Hall of Monuments so that they behave EXACTLY like the heirloom gear does.

As it stands..I am becoming more and more leery of filling up my bank with skinned armor..trying to keep it safe…But allowing me the opportunity to get replacements on the fly on ANY of my characters and no longer having to spend stones and crystals to keep a look that I had already paid for with cash…

A-net…my wavering faith in you (as of late) would be fully restored.

Please…for the love of the Six…do this.

Is there a way to see if a friend already has an item from a gem store? I want to get my friends some of the skins and/or instruments for Wintersday but I don’t want to send them something they already have. Nor do I want to ask if they have said item for obvious reasons.

I am actually pretty darn upset about this. Arenanet: GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE!

I don’t know where the hell your priorities are but even Blizzard manages to keep their bugs and glitches in check. If you think you did this to avoid some clipping then, fine, avoid the clipping by actually having your staff put in that extra effort into customizing the meshes for at the very least the pieces of armor we pay for with our cash (potentially: I realize there are some really successful gold farmers out there).

Is this game in that much of a hurt that they can’t do a simply quality check?!

There has to be a balance but half the time I go for a look and it’s either clipping in some unsightly fashion -or- just completely removing the mesh. By the way, this is why I don’t like most the gem shop hats. The Secret World’s bread and butter is paper doll dress up. I spend money in their cash shop too. Sometimes I will buy things that I find out has clipping issues. You know what: I told them about it and they FIXED IT! They BLOODY FIXED IT! They have a separate (sometimes unique to the non-helm hairstyle) mesh for when you wear hair gear. This, I imagine helps people from going bald by putting on a hat and streamlines the entire designing process.

I’m just wondering..those hands…they must be going numb under your butts.

This has been on the very top of my list for clothing requests. ..That and a limping/injured animation that doe snot require stuffing your face full of pumpkin cookies.

I would spend gems on a town clothing bandage set. Just allow the option for either face or body bandage or both.

At least the home instances….for the love of RP ..PLEASE!

In the spirit of the heart-wrenching/rage-inducing news of U.Salma being closed off:

“It would be amazing if Arenanet just opened all instances up…huge roleplay events at Caudacus’ Manor! Haunted tours inside the ruins of Ascalon! Salma…well, Salma just opened to us, the roleplay community, again…Of course there is always the option for the explorer or story mode as you pass through the entrance. This would be an amazing gift Arenanet could bestow upon their RP community, who, likely contribute their fair share (if not more) in all the flavor gemstore items. I know I spend in the /cough/hundred or so/cough/ a month.

It would be amazing if they just opened all instances up with the option of persuring the content when passing through the entrances….actual huge parties at Caudacus’ Manor! Haunted tours inside the ruins of Ascalon in a larger scale!…Of course you could go back to the smaller scale by accepting the ’explorer or story mode as you pass through the entrance)….this would be an amazing gift Anet could bestow upon their RP community.
