As Fermi said sounds like your PC is currently capable, and you may just need a better video card to help with GW2 and other games. I run nearly everything on Ultra and rarely drop below 60 fps, the few times I do drop below 60 fps are during world boss events, and my PC has some age on it. Though when it was built I tried to pick parts and components that would future proof it.

((I agree, you do extremely well. Sorry, I have not posted or contributed much lately, but like others have mentioned I too have had a difficult time keeping up alone, yet being able to add to the story. I am enjoying the role play though and everyone should be commended for their contribution. ))
However, I must make note and send word to the Court, else the Nightmare itself envelope me and these fools in one fell swoop and leave all of our hard work, loyal devotion, and resources to waste. The few not so easily led are piecing together parts of the puzzle yet left unraveled, and that shall not come to pass.

I have been watching and studying you from the shadows, and from what I can tell
you seem to drink like a fish. Why not be able to swim like one? What better
way to catch a siren than be able to match her speed in the place she so often is
able to turn and elude your grasp… No? Well, this potion will do just that and
temporarily transform you into a Krait.
There are some precautions that must be taken for drinking said potion.
Never ingest this potion on an empty stomach.
Chase it with your favorite Rum, Whiskey or Ale.
The potion will take transformation and will apply immediately.
Potion only retains it’s affect for 15 minutes, if transformation lasts longer than 4 hours please contact your physician immediately.

After placing 4 legendary weapons into the mystic forge you promptly get them back and notice an odd little ^80 noting your level. Now each time you level it actually subtracts a level until you reach level 1 yet doesn’t downgrade your level any longer when you enter lower level zones. The fact each time you actually level it subtracts a physical level from your character, it no longer allows you to use your lvl 80 weapons or armor, so that each time you earn enough xp it acts as a constant reminder of how asinine that was.
For starters, I like this update. I mainly play ranger and warrior, and they buff seem to have a good update. =) For warrior, the frenzy taking 25% dmg compare to 50% is perfect for me >=)
And veterans? They are not harder… I solo hundreds of them yesterday… At the Same time! 0_0
I solo’d Champion Rotten Oakheart this aftertoon. It wasn’t easy, but occasionally a few of it’s Veterans would get dragged into the fight, and along with dealing with the Champ and it’s spawns, vets, etc.. It wasn’t so bad. Just had to keep moving and play smart.
Started in September and still love the game, and still feel very much like the player in the original post. The game does have flaws, and some glaring bugs you scratch your head in massive confusion wondering why they aren’t fixed, but overall the game is beautiful and plays well. Hopefully given a little more time it will become polished.
As many have stated it is simple to keep certain RP in private chats etc. Also, another thing that I can suggest is for those that insist on using language in /say due to the fact their “character” uses “colorful language” simply make up words that can be used in local chat, and that other RP’ers will easily recognize as being used as so.
For instance Firefly used to use “Shiny” as being a term for everything is great! So instead of using words like #$%% to curse. Use replacement words like the “Kitten” filter we have here in the forums.
There are so many ways to tackle this issue and be more mature about it than simply whine about a friend or guild mate that happened to be banned for obviously breaking the ToS.
