I got kicked out of the dungeon right at the end of CoE, but fortunately the daily dungeon chest (the one that gives gold and 40 tokkens) pop right before that player successfully kicked me out of the dungeon.
However, I did not receive the repeatable chest (the one that gives Empyreal Fragments and some money)
The case here is now about me not getting that repeatable chest, but to report player who abuse the kick system just because he doesn’t like what I said. After I blocked him, so I don’t have read his garbage, and the guy wasn’t happy about me blocking him, so he chose to kicked me instead to kitten me off.
Also shall I post the video as an evident? I caught it all on shadowplay.

but once I switch the portal to decoy, and use veil and the switch the decoy back to portal.
The portal instantly go on cd shared cd time with veil.
I knew that some people will whine that this isn’t a big deal. As a hardcore wvw player—— it is for me.
Today I hide inside keep t3 and waiting for my zerg to port them up, things gets really intense coz there’s whole zerg in front of me and my cmd is outside the wall. Then this bug happens—- it really ticked me off. It’s frustrating i’ll tell you.
So pleaaaaaaaaaaase———— fix it. WvW is only thing I cared about and when you this particular bug exist to hinder mesmer’s utility to be useful——- then why the hell should I play mesmer?

Like the title said, I wonder if rune of mesmer bugged or what.

I traited for confounding suggestion (25% daze duration) along with using rune of mesmer(33% daze duration), and i use daze mantra (originally 1 second daze) so it should be 1.5 second, but turns out it only last 1.25 second in the tooltip.
Is the tooltip wrong or the rune of mesmer daze duration doesn’t work at all.

Please, before buffing unpopular rune to make it decent, fix the condition duration on stuff like Rune of Tormenting, Rune of Perplexity and etc.
Currently it doesn’t work at all, and those +15% torment duration/ +15% confusion duration doesn’t work at all.
I propose either fix it or change it to something else.
But really, the rune of tormenting is really garbage right now. You use all 6 runes just to grab the 6th bonus AoE torment on heal and that’s it. The torment duration doesn’t work at all.
If you ever made one from the mystic forge, please give me the detail about its ingredient.
For those who doesn’t know the recipe unlock and allows you to create the “satchel of celestial exalted” which is a bag that contain all 6 pieces of celestial exalted armors.
And to those who might asked why I want to waste an extra celestial insignia, it’s because to cost of making those extras is less expensive than buying all the celestial armors recipe since I already crafted the charged quartz long ago, therefore I can’t sell those anymore.

Hi, I’m new to necromancer and have a quick question for fellow necromancer.
1. What’s the unit cap for the Mark skill (staff 2,3,4,5) is it 5 or 3.
2. Also about the spectral wall, if the whole zerg pass it without stability will they all get feared? or it only cap at the maximum of 5 people.
3. Considering the fact that Greater Marks trait make Mark skill unblockable.
Is the trait worth taking at all? because when u crash with the other organized zerg, I simply can’t seems to be able to hit them with mark at all (or I actually did but didn’t see the damage)
Also will the opponent get hit even if they dodge pass the mark when it triggered?
4. Is there a cap for Well of Darkness blind field?

It’s been hell of a long time this hasn’t got fixed yet.
When you run FotM and in 3rd fractal and the owner of the dungeon is afk/dc and you can’t progress since there is not enough people, and you accidently kick the owner and got ported out and have to redo the 45 mins run all over again.
It’s been year now and this hasn’t been fixed yet.
Dear Anet, you can just allow the ownership to transfer to the next person who join the party. And fix this frustration. You don’t know how frequently this happen and how I want to smash my head against the door.

I know that you always busy about making living story balancing WvW and PvP. I’m a wvw person too and don’t want to spend time doing dungeon for the stupid mistake that I made. please fix this.
Well, no one actually tells me how to play engineer. It’s just me who wonder what is better in term of dps.
I’m a hardcore WvW player and I consider myself know the engineer class well enough. It’s just that I want to know what is the best in term of dps because I recently have just started doing fotm again (which I hate the most in this game) to get the ascended dire trinket.
And I know that in high lvl fractal you need to down the mobs as fast as you can that’s why I created this thread. But as I read all of you guys post, going zerker probably is the best. gonna make zerker armor when ascended armor hit then.
I know that people would just say zerker blindly since it is the best dps armor for “most” class.
However, if you play grenadier engineer. You would know that the grenade itself apply tons of condition. Actually, all of condition player have access to.
So my question is, has anyone ever compare dps between zerker and rampager?
Since the crit. damage only benefits from a skill that deals tons of damage (while grenade only deals minimal damage in term of the spike but are high in number)
Would rampager actually has better dps compare to zerker?
TBH, I get CC all the time when i’m in zerg fight, but I still survive.
Mostly when you do a zerg fight and die quite a lot, the problem is usually your positioning.

Do note that i didn’t even maximize the toughness but I still find myself able to live thru zerg fight when my zerg collide with bigger zerg. The highest ratio that I’m able to live thru is like 1:2.
Things to note thou, you need to know how the other zerg crash and their tactics. I usually go from the side and dive thru the zerg and get to thier backline and dps the hell out of my bombs and grenade. So, my problem is how can I not die when I first crash with the zerg. The problem is solve w/ elixir S. Also with the help of protection boon. I can survive most of the time even I got CC like 30% of the time when I first crashes with the zerg.
Just need to stack near commander and dodge/roll as you need.
Things about stability is that us engineer doesn’t really have a reliable stability so I guess to compensate that, we got ourselves a protection on CC’d, so you just need to trait it. If u still have problem surviving try drop sth. for protection injection. Do note that I didn’t even use a food, so if you’re still having trouble surviving, feel free to grab a defensive food (decrease incoming dmg. while getting cc’d or – condition duration).
There’s master trait in alchemy that allow you to cure condition when you use elixir.
Also, med kits, and overcharged healing turret cure condition.

well the burning overlapping part is not usually the case.
I’m in BG and when I do small OPs run with guildies is usually in other BL which is most of the time. my guilds 1x vs larger amount of zerg, noted that this is the usual scenario in the time zone i wvw. So, I don’t think the overlapping is the case here.
plus, most of my guildie are direct damager.
I’m talking about a wvw build
now that I have all dire set, I wanted to know which stat benefits to FT more, condition damage or power. Also, I’m talking about a zerg fight.
because now I have the option to go either soldier or dire armor set.
So, which one do you guys think? power or condition?
ps. because i’ve just started engineer, so I still don’t know about the class much.

not entirely a new build but just something to be noted since the upcoming patch buff the throw elixir hell lots more. the on demand group-stability is just awesome for small ops guildie run
Edited: I think I came into a conclusion now. After go to heart of the mist and do some static dps check, the cond. is better. Also the bleeding ticks didn’t even reach 50% which in the wvw w/ food it would. plus, I probably run it with elixir gun and pistol which all of them use cond.

IMO
Spend 30 on Markmanship to improve your dps is just a bad idea. all it ever does to you is forcing you to do a burst build which deals tons of damage within short amount of time, but after the might/ activated signet ran out, your damage gone back to low
20 to get trait that improve 150 precision aura is probably the best one you can get from MM tree along with steady focus.
25 in Skirmish is just to boost your pet damage as well as getting 10% damage increase when flanking.
spending on 25 in Nature magic just to get the extra damage to you+your pet while you have boon is basically 10% extra damage. Also fortified bond increase the dps from your pet a tons. when you use horn5 it gives you 1 might and gives your pet 2 might because of the trait thus the Sic’em that increase 40% of the damage while your pet have all that good stuff IMO lots better than 10 point in MM just for the power.
Also the reason why they use sword is because it’s the weapon with highest dps for ranger. Simple as that.
Remember, ranger has pet, and it’s what defines ranger, so if you can create a build that boost both you and your pet is always a good idea.
Pet dps isn’t that bad if you traited it properly and keep it alive.
edited: about ranger’s AoE, I think you can just change the 150 precision aura to piercing arrow if you ever need the AoE. Ranger just doesn’t have that many AoE compare with other class. Your best bet is probably stacking the mobs and sword them. you can’t really rely just Longbow5 to do the AoE, it’s cooldown is too long.
just take a look at a structured WvW squad when small amount of people fight against Zerg, see how many ranger there is in the squad, lol.

the giver’s weapon has 3 attribute
The primary stat is +10% condition duration
the secondary stat is vitality and precision
I searched the bug on the forum and found out that the bug has been addressed, but can’t find anything about it’d been fixed yet.

If u were to choose between Troll unguent and healing spring (negate the burst heal when lay the heal spring)
Troll unguent would be better right?
since troll unguent heal isn’t count as regeneration (and are seperated) and because you already has stack of regeneration that isn’t going to end with this build
kinda confuse with the regeneration mechanic of this game a little bit
edited: also if I traited 30 in BM and use compassion training(pet heal attribute increase) and Natural healing (pet has natural regen) do my main character get another regen from that?
coz I read it from Faux’s RRR and wanted to know that this still work or not.

I actually trying to find a way to gearing up for settler armor one.
Now that Southsun is pretty much abbandon, I find gearing up for settler gear is pretty hard. It’s like impossible to do the event alone not to mention you have to capture all four when u want to buy the gear
okay. So, I quit gw2 for a big while to play other stuff, back then the world transfer is still free. I was in a big guild that my friends stays in. After I wanted to go back to play gw2, I came back and realize that the guild I used to stay with change the location to another world/server. Now I got left behind because during the time Anet stop the free world transfer, I did not know about the changes, thus result in me got left behind.
Will there be another free world transfer? that’s my question

I know that you can still do PvE with the guesting system, but the WvW has became the problem, now that I can’t go WvW with my friends anymore.
