We should have learned from the last update, that anet does not really understand wvw
(The “new” desert map sucks soooo hard ^^ – If this map is our homemap in wvw nobody defends the castels ^^)

Build it from scratch. Do the legendary quests. Takes some time, but it is YOUR legendary weapon when finished.

Sometimes i believe nobody cares for us mesmers. Worst dps class gets nerved into the ground.
This happens when unispired people are responsible for builds and traits.
Got hit by one Rev in wvw with about 11k damage. For a ranged (1200!) “2” skill on a weapon way to massive.
Thats ridiculous and definitly a broken skill. This has to be nerved by about 50-70%.
Or remove this insane damage trait.
The fight was really nice. The first time i was one time in downstate but i rallied.
Took me also a couple of minutes to understand the fight mechanics.
The achievment “rock dodger” was the real challenge. I needed at least 10-15 tries to do this on my own. I really like these achievements. You have to think about your build and skills and you have to plan your steps wisely. But having done it gives you a good feeling of satisfaction.
Therefore i do not understand all people which try to find “save spots” or groups which do it the easy way.
This will be really fun … when the new expansion starts u will see a gazillion new revenants leveling up
Anyway good chance for me to start a charr … the only race i dont have atm.
Will use the +20 lvl tome for this one. from 1-20 its really hard … no skills and no weapons
Previously the thief was my worst enemy.
As times go by and i got more experienced with my mesmer i like hunting down thiefs
It’s all about skill, training and – of course – your build.
Mostly you can predict exactly which kind of attak will happen soon. That means, that knowing the skills of your opponents class will help you to plan your strategy against his attaks.
And a thief which hits you with a 10k backstab is a full glass canon … 1 good shatter (about 4 times 2k+ damage per clone) will mostly bring him down.
And if he uses his shadow refuge … dont wait until he’s ready again, just run to get out of fight and heal you also up.
It will not drop. Fine! Keep it! Spend hours over hours for nothing. Bought anything i can for the millions of crests. More then 250 keys and 120 shovels in inventory.
That is really frustrating!
I dit about 25 runs for the last chest. And it will not drop.
6000+ crests and dozens of organs, I got chest keys for the next decade … but all i need is this stupid chest :/
The only way is to go full bersi for an adequate damage output.
Needs really long time to master the mesmer. All skills must come exact at the right moment. No “common” rota like in other classes.
Give it a try.
Start with a PU-Troll-Runaway-Mesmer and alter slowly your traits, build, equip and skills to full bersi shatter or interupt/lockdown.
At the very beginning my mesmer was nothing but a victim in wvw.
Needed some time to get expirienced enough for the build and equip im using atm.
Another advice: a must have is defintly the travelers rune.
Dodgy Crowd and Wicked Rodeo where the first two achivements i could not do on my own.
I had a group and anything went fine.
But even with a group Wicked Rodeo was really hard. We tried it several times and somehow we managed it to survive
Might stacking D/D eles are really hard to beat.
Good damage output, high mobility, many cc skills and good healing. The only chance for me is to interrupt his heal rota twice.
No place for “Boon-Rip on shatter” in my build … so its hard to steal regen and might from him.
2/6/6 interrupt build with mostly full bersi equip. GS/SW/P.
Really depends if i can interrupt his heal rota.

(1): +25 Ferocity
(2): +10% chance to fall asleep when consuming buff food
(3): +50 Ferocity
(4): +20% chance on critical hit to let grow your opponent a cat tail or cat ears
(5): +100 Ferocity
(6): 100% chance during a fight to spawn 2 lazy cats which give a f… on the fight
The whole cavern is so immense … i got completelly lost all the times xD
The 9th waypoint was so hard to find … i was at least 20-30 times back on that cursed cooking pot.
I guess JP developers must have some kind of diabolic skills
I found plenty of other players to figure out together the proper way but after a few seconds its was like: “Where the hell am I/ are you?”
Cmon … not that hard as mesmer. I realized quickly that my illusions die instant. Anyway … get ur protection bubble … go short range GS 1,2,3 and/or Sword 1,2 – a couple of times and the boss is gone.
1) Completely remove soul bound … everything should be account bound
2) UI-Adaptions. Additional item slots (items bars) for weapons, food, etc. Allways opening the inventory and searching is quite so oldschool xD
3) Housing (for fun xD)
I got the same error message from paypal. BUT just wait a couple of minutes … probably your gems will appear and the transaction will be finished.

Ups … since i play only GS/Sword/Pistol … one other thing should really be fixed!

Yesterday i met a dagger-dagger ele with an insane condition output.
Needed 2 or three seconds to have about 5-6 different conditions including an insanly high ticking burning condition.
From the beginning on I was always in defense because of the condition management.
And bursting a dagger-dagger-ele is almost impossible.
I tried different things (anti-condi-buffood, build changes) but this dd-build was for me unbeatable. I played as a shatter-mesmer.
