My engineer friend got this problem since the last patch.

My entire group was kicked to the character select screen when doing FotM yesterday.

I only got 1 ring so far in 13x FotM dailies, lol.

Im happy with FotM updates. Too bad the DC issues/Rejoin FotM party feature isn’t included at the moment.

Well, i noticed a dark aura and particles around my body while using Twilight (sheathed/unsheathed) since Dec 3rd. One of my friend asked me “Garl, why do you have a smoke around your body?”

Sunrise light/white aura is better imo…

So anyone else notice the changes on other Legendaries? Please post here ^^

Same with me. Always disconnected at FotM 1st run. Works good after that, but DC-ed again in the 1st run next day.

Happened ONLY at FotM.

Not only at FotM dungeon, also happens when picking up an object while running, outside the dungeon

Happened on me (human male necromancer)

1. One of our member disconnected, he’s also the initiator of the dungeon who pulled us in into FoTM.
2. He came back online and waiting at Lion’s Arch, he didn’t leave the party because he knew if he leave, everyone will be kicked out from FotM.
3. Four of us continue the dungeon, and one of our member disappeared from the party for some reason, it was like he left the group or he pressed “leave the party” by mistake.
4. So three of us continue the dungeon till we met the mad asura boss.
5. Boss died.
6. We got a chest, as usual.
7. Stuck forever after that, we also tried to suicide but nothing happened.
8. Going back to the boss location, and those kitty robots suddenly appeared with green status, no asura boss there.
9 The only option we got is to go back to Dessa’s Lab.
10. Everyone sad, lol.

(Also got connection issues before this, i DC’ed 2 times at the end of the boss fight (Jade Maw). That was a bad day for me, 3 times doing FotM with no results.)

Sometimes people want to clear fractal very quickly before they got DC-ed. If you got disconnected in the middle of the dungeons, you can’t go back in. Now you know what i mean right?

Happened to me. I fell to death because of this and my friends laughed so hard lol.

You’re just not good at doing dungeon run, simple as that

Please stop making a thread and whining about a simple thing like this. I bet you’re not dodging at all, you just mindlessly attacking the graveling mobs.

You can use any utility skills that provides you a “Stability” to immediately wake up from getting knocked down by scavangers.

You can see the animation if the scavangers is about to leap, you have time to dodge away from them.

I agree, 113 obsidian shards are the last part for my Twilight and im so tired waiting the temple to be uncontesed, its been a week now. Just move the obsidian shard to Miyani please… pretty please…

I know how you feel Kysin. I got EVERYTHING (gifts, clovers, etc) except 113 shards to complete my Twilight. I’ve checked on my map everyday, still no sign of an uncontested Temple of Balthazar, it’s been a week now, i’m so frustrated with this :|

Farming Fractal Tokens for 113 Obsidian Shards? No way, im not gonna do that since i got plenty of karma left to buy the remaining shards. 113 Obsidian Shards = 1695 Fractal Tokens, that’s a long and time consuming farming, hell no.

Sorry for a noob question: For how long that the temple of Balthazar will stay uncontested?

My favourite part of the Fractal Dungeon is at the end of the Colossus part Took a lot of screenshots when that happened lol. Is there any lore related to the Colossus? Because i can’t find anything, or did i missed something about him?

I’m also a Mumble user, always open Mumble while playing GW2. It works fine

I use older version of Mumble, never update it (i forgot which version it is).

Maybe you can try to disable the Mumble Overlay, some games has issues/crash if you enable the Mumble Overlay.

At least make different/another precursors and totally different legendary weapons with this new build.

I’ve already spent TONS of gold for getting 80 Rare GS’s for Mystic Forge, Lodestones, Globs, T6 Mats and i’m nearly done, i just need a lil badges of honor.

It would sadden me and a lot of people who already farm halfway or more getting the precursors and legendaries IF Anet apply this changes on the same precursors and legendaries.

This is just my opinion and i’m sorry if my English sucks :p

Just did Arah Path 2 two days ago with no bug at all. Just don’t skip anything and you will be fine at Path 2

Path 2 isn’t that hard, just time consuming.

I’ve completed path 1 three times with no bug before Halloween Events.

My friend sent a bug report in-game and ask for a compensation, 1 day later he got an answer. The support team said that they don’t have any tools to do that (to reward 5 of us).

Don’t you guys dare to try Arah Path 1 and 4 before they fix this issue, or you’ll waste your precious 3-4 hours for nothing

As the title says, after we defeated the final boss (Jotun Stargazer), the door to the telescope room won’t open, no cutscene at all. Yes, we WASTED 3 hours for NOTHING, great. This is my 3rd run on Path 1, never bugged before.

Just a suggestion to anyone, DON’T DO Arah Path 1 before they fix this issue. Someone at Reddit has the same issue as me.

@Azelroth.6801 : As far as i know, Mystic Forge Stone also increase the exotics to appear. Tried 5 times with only rares, got 3 exotics out of 5 tries. On the next day, got 1 exotic out of 3 tries. Don’t know if im just lucky…

In relation to the previous post, I just wanted to drop by and confirm that 74 rares work just as well and are capable of producing a precursor. They’re also the best option in terms of cost efficiency – if you’re buying instead of crafting yourself.

Sell the exotics (the conversion rate for me was more like 1 in 4, which was a bit surprising) and recycle rares; you have a chance to recoup most of your losses this way.

Dude, gambling at Mystic Forge is an OPTION, you don’t have to do that. If all precursors are easy to get, that’s NOT a legendary.

Lupicus isn’t that hard if you know what to do. Just use all of your survival skills (vigor, endurance, block, aegis, etc etc), don’t rez any member downed right below Lupicus at phase 2 and 3, keep separating from your friends at phase 2 and 3.

Guardian have a VERY BIG role in this fight. Keep Aegis up on your teammates (you can use your F3 skill, “Retreat!” skill, Renewed Focus to refresh the F3 skill).

Also, Wall of Reflection is very useful to reflect random single targeting green projectiles and AoE green projectiles (Yes believe me, you can reflect this AoE green things with Wall of Reflection). Use Sanctuary while rezzing your teammates to protect yourself and your downed friend from those greenies. Use 5th Focus skill to block 3 times. That’s what i did on every Lupicus fights.

As Severan Rye.6215 said, im totally agree with adding a near WP before Lupicus fight, because Lupi is still hard to many people, especially when they pick a random group.

Just cleared this path yesterday. Alphard still teleport to the middle and do AoE. So did Lupicus, all the same and nothing different than before, no changes at all i believe.
