You go and do the thing most veteran players DO NOT WANT and apply gliding. Do you’re players even bother going to WvW or join TS or Discord? I don’t think you guys do and it shows. You haven’t clearly been listening to us and I am greatly appalled by this change.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU ARE IN COMBAT? Disable in combat gliding. Otherwise it means anyone can run away from a fight by just gliding away and literally makes HoT Pay-to-win. Seriously. It NEEDS to be disabled to deploy gliding while in combat. Seriously. This is why gliding in WvW has always been the stupidest idea.
I don’t think you have the strongest grasp of how gliding works. If they try and run away by gliding off a cliff, just toss out a little cc and watch them fall to death, lmfao.
For that you require to have ranged CC. So now you have to make sure you have ranged CC on you at all times which means you have to change your build AROUND gliding? That’s kitten.

Ask 100 wvw veterans ( 2k+ rank not eotm 100k+ kills) and over 90% doesn´t want gliding in wvw

It sure is impossible to play both. It takes what? 2-4 hours per week to get the raid kills, plenty of time left to enjoy WvW.

Multiple menus? Press B. Click the tab for rewards. It will remember the last viewed tab. Now just press B to toggle the rewards screen on and off. No need for more screen clutter in my opinion.

If anything, I would like an option to disable the skirmish summary banner that appears at the top (over the skirmish and supply info) when you change/enter maps and at the end of the skirmish.
I would pay for a mini version of the commander tag, that would cycle through the colors as it ‘tags’ along beside you.
EotM still functions as it was intended… a good map to wait out the queue for WvW.
Given how different the reports are, I suspect it’s behaving differently for different people.
I assume the people that struggle with it are pve players not knowing what they can achiev without a tag spoonfed them.
Why can’t we lose pips if we lose tower or keep. That would motivate players little bit.
This already happens each skirmish tick when a server drops from a higher to a lower placement.

Can’t stand all the profanity, screaming, yelling, drama, sex talk, etc. that comes with any MMO voice chat. That stuff is way more of a distraction than just paying attention to what you see onscreen.
If you are a good player, you don’t need to “hear” to “see” what is going on. Pretty easy to figure out on your own.
When I’m chilling in a game after a long day in the real world of work, the last thing I want to be subjected to is a bunch of foul mouthed people trying really hard to be relevant. I need to listen to something inspiring and soothing, like music, not profanity and drunk talk.
Besides, if you don’t like the squad, form your own and tag along anyway. It doesn’t matter, and just block and report all of the harassers, because there will be some who will gripe about “multi-tags confuse the newbs” which is total BS.

When the achievements from LS3E5 are setup for tracking on the UI, the mouse-over information display does not show the numbers/values for the Tier or Total counts.

In fact, I often run into their little red circles and pop Signet of Domination, then Arcane Thievery and Signet of Illusions. So fun!

Hoping you are actually playing when a patch hit so you can work around a broken even for the couple of minutes just after the patch hit assuming you can patch quickly enough.
Waiting for an event to fail so you can do another event.The price of crafting also got screwed up my the change in price of leather and possibly wood. This is especially true for the bow.
There are also annoying reliance on RNG for things like the Vials of Manganese Dioxide for The Legend or the ores for Spark, mushrooms for The Energizer, etc.

Too many broken or random timer events… wasted a lot of time. I’ve also run into the same issues with trying to complete a precursor for one of the new legendaries, which you don’t have the option to purchase from the TP.
I didn’t care for having to do fractals for the precursors I crafted. I also didn’t care for the enormous gold investment they required, which made them several hundred gold more expensive than just purchasing the precursors off the TP. If it wasn’t for some of the ‘journey’ and story elements… I wouldn’t have done them at all.
In fact, one of crafted precursors was so expensive that after crafting the legendary, I sold it. I was able to buy the same precursor off the TP and craft another legendary, and ended up with enough ‘profit’ to buy all 3 underwater precursors off the TP.
I’m gold and mats too broke now to craft anymore legendaries, but time will fix that!
I will never craft another of the original legendary precursors. It is not worth the gold investment, as many of them can be bought for much less off the TP.
There are more coral nodes in the Bitterfrost map. I too found it difficult to finish the Bifrost III collection of these manganese vials before that map was released.

If you suspect someone of AFK farming, report them and let ANet decide how to handle it. They almost never respond directly to questions like this and when they do, they are intentionally vague because the circumstances are always considered before suspending or banning a player’s account.
To report, you have two choices:
- Click on the player, right-click their nameplate, and choose /report. For the reason, choose “botting” (which covers AFK farming as well as botting).
- File a support ticket. That takes more time, of course, with the advantage of being able to include screenshots and an explanation.

It is ANET’s call on how to deal with them.
Better IMHO… feels less punishing for players with limited game time.
I have also had this happen. No other armors were assigned/won , so the max armor limit had not been reached, there were still armors available but I didn’t get one after winning the challenge.
Still bugged… been waiting for hours day and night for about a week now… No Event Starts!

OK then, I definitely have lost all interest in participating in raids. I just don’t have the time to spend on them. I also don’t care about the legendary armor, so there really isn’t any motivation to dig into raiding from that angle either.
In that case, please unlock the XP gain from raiding so that those of us who are never going to raid can once again earn spirit shards from the XP earned ‘playing the game as we want’ or have time for.
And, please don’t ever lock other things behind exclusive, elite content in your future designs.
I actually work in the industry that enables the modern world (semiconductors), building the very computer chips that run your game servers, software development computers, smartphones, etc. Therefore, I find it very frustrating to be ‘virtually locked out’ of anything behind a virtual curtain of eliteness in a gaming environment. Games are supposed to be fun, not frustrating.
After running 4 years on HoD, I don’t like the thought of losing or diluting our server identity. Maybe the population imbalance can be mitigated by dynamically adjusting the scoring contribution, somehow?
I like a combination of 2 and 3 – maps are by color, effort (i.e. capturing) is by guild and server identity.

The WvW player response in the deployable cannons survey thread was mostly ‘no!’

This leads me to conclude that the actual survey results were indeed trolled by non-WvWers where were torqued about the changes to the Gift of Battle acquisition.
At a minimum, deployable cannons should have been tested per the same functional specifications as the other deployable siege in WvW. Do they not have comments in their software code that details the ‘do/don’t’ of implementing siege, taking into consideration player feedback and exploits? Also, what about all of the feedback given by the WvW players in the ‘should deployable cannons be implemented?’ thread? Looking through that thread it appears the feedback from actual WvW players was against the idea, and some of the reasons given for not doing so were spot on.

All of the issues I have with them are already covered by the previous posters. There really needs to be more testing before tossing these implemented ideas out into the live world. Without adequate testing to improve the implementation, what could have been a fun addition is now just another way to troll with a new exploit toy.

Edit: As an aside, I’m at a loss as to any reasons you could have for being unable/unwilling to download, run, and listen on teamspeak short of your parents blocking VoIP programs on your router or something like that.
I can give you one extremely valid reason for not using TS or any other teamspeaking gizmo that relies on being able to HEAR… some people that play the game are DEAF.
