Sure if its not too difficult to implement then yeah I would be on board with it
Yes it’s confusing and I’ve always thought deep cave needed it’s own permissions as well. So if you want to put things in the guild bank that only select few can access, use the stash slot. it’s the only one with exclusive permissions (unless you want to lock them out of both the trove and cave). Just another thing on the looonng looong list of things needed to be reworked with the guild system

I really like the mini bubble idea.

Thanks guys. I’ve suggested it before and I’ll keep doing it – maybe one day a dev will read it and find it worthy.

I agree with Deano. In other games, where they have an “inspect” feature, and you can see builds and gear, it always ends up getting used by people to exclude other people from parties. There’s quite enough of that going around in the first place.
Even if you wanted to put an opt out on it, people would insist you opt in or they’d not let you join the party.
It’s happened in other games, it will happen here too.
If you decide to then copycat other peoples’ builds that’s an issue that you yourself have to work out.
It is not about copying, it is about exclusion and elitism some would use this for.
There’s certain stats that you can pick (if you pick them you need certain armor) and then you use a certain build (i.e. almost all the fellow hunters I’ve seen use the same build, same skills, same weapons) just because it works best. If your argument were to be viable then there would need to be whole complex skill trees letting you choose from different skills and the amount of points you put into them, but there’s not.
I want this feature added purely for informational purposes, that’s all.
You may want it for informational purposes (which would be great if everyone was like that) but others would not hesitate to kick people from parties or chastise them while doing things like dungeon runs for example. “You don’t have this gear and these traits kick”, “LF2M CoF Warrior Zerker only” , “You don’t have the gear we demand, go away”, “Guys lets kick this [class name] with [undesirable armor type] and replace him/her with a [desirable armor type] Warrior”, etc…
Like I was trying to say you may have honorable intentions but this I can see being abused. Normally when I see a weapon I like, I just ask. Most people love to tell you about some cool item they have. Might even make a friend through any potential conversation that starts.

I would also like to see some kind of public profile. But to most of this, no. Most of the suggestions I see here would just promote elitism and excluding people who don’t have every little thing exactly how the other people want. In turn this potentially could lead to less build diversity and those who want to try different things being excluded. I would prefer to keep gear and trait information hidden to avoid promoting gear and trait elitism.
Now what I would like to show off is finished achievements!
If there was a profile system I would prefer it only be about achievements since achievement points themselves are already public. Also maybe even a little spot you can edit for talking about how you like to play in your own words to make it personal.
I am all for a type of personal profile that can be made public, just not in the form envisioned in the original post.

please add more variety to town clothes apart from costumes. I would like to not be wearing armor all the time, and the town clothes you get with your character are ugly. Also, add an option to auto equip town clothes in cities and for combat gear to not equip when entering water in LA.
+1, and remove “kick from guild” from the party contextual menu. A guild management feature belongs to the guild window and nowhere else.
I am a little confused as to why this wasn’t put in in the first place. I am not sure why you would ever even need to kick a member out of your guild from your party. But if the option is there I agree it definitely needs some kind of confirmation. At least ask " are you sure?" and give the option to say no and cancel it. This happens in our guild constantly, and while we are all for the most part understanding about it, it is still pretty annoying. If I can’t salvage a rare without being prompted to confirm, we definitely shouldn’t be able to accidentally kick out members of our guild without the same prompt. Please make this a priority.
What annoys me the most about minis is that you have to double click them every few minutes because the game decides to stash them every time you touch water or leave the map or die (etc.)
The main reason given by the devs is that they don’t have the time to create unique swimming animations for each mini, which I understand completely, but here’s the thing: why not just put the mini into a bubble of air, and it can float by your side? The bubbles are already in game (dwarf mini dungeon, some skills) so there wouldn’t be that much to code, and it would make additional animations unnecessary.

You would think it’d be as simple as putting 4 Transmutation Stones into the Mystic Forge to create one Transmutation Crystal. Or some similar formula.
As Leamas said, it wouldnt be fair to them to make the recipe this simple, as Anet makes their money thru gem-store sales. The recipe has to be something that costs as much or slightly more than converting gold to gems. Otherwise, they have no incentive to put this conversion into the game, and would be happy for us to continue buying gems to get our transmute crystals.
What we really need, and this has been suggested many times, is a way to turn the bundles of regular transmute stones we get, into fine transmute crystals. It seems like every time I finish a map, its another 3 stones to collect dust in my bank. And I already have all 9 characters at level 80.
Even something like 25 stones, + 5-10 dust, +elonian wine, +whatever to make 1-5 crystals would be great.
The whole idea of skimpy + armor is silly. These armors are supposed to protect you from fatal injuries… why leave sexy bits exposed to blades and pointy sticks? It makes no sense, and it’s just sexist and stupid.

GW2 does not need another reason for people to stack.
Well, there are some of us who, out of inclination or necessity, do an awful lot of solo mapping, achievement-hunting and farming. I am one of those.
So while I applaud your intent to increase socialization in the game, an always-on-when-soloing “bleed” would not be workable for me and others like me when we choose to solo.
I would even go so far as to say that I would play the game less if this were to be implemented.
Good Morning Anet,
After completing my ToN meta I went to my home instance to check out the obelisk. It looks great, but I feel there is 1 crucial thing missing from our “HOME” instance. Our bank. If I want to charge my quartz crystal, I need to zone out, go to the bank/crafting table and then zone back in. I would like to see this addition to our home instance. I don’t think we need our guild banks in there, but our own stash would be phenomenal.
Thanks!

Please, we need to be able to see guildies as green dots and squad-mates as orange dots (or pick some colors you like) on maps.
This is needed due to the very restrictive 5-person limit on parties. It would help in almost every aspect of the game including map grinding, farming, events, knowing who might be nearby to ask for help on missions, … … … [insert every other aspect of the game here].
Thanks.
I think it’s about time Anet started to celebrate their Minis. At present they’re such forgettable, throw-away items that are very rarely used and are mostly just obtained by those eager to fill up those empty greyed-out bank slots. I find that quite dull and kind of sad because some of the Minis are really rather cool. There are a couple of things that I think would improve the mini system and get more people interested in obtaining and using them:
1) A Minipet interface on the Hero panel – having to carry around an invisible bag just so we don’t unequip and deposit our active Mini every time we want to use a core feature of our inventory panels is really rather irritating. A more elegant solution would be a separate Mini equip panel that works in a similar way to the current Finisher equip panel allowing us to view our complete minipet collections and swap them out easily on the fly.
2) Minipet games – let’s start doing fun things with our minipets! Minipet costume brawl, Minipet racing, Minipet dance contests. What better way to show off are favourite minis than seeing how far we can catapult them over that big ol’ Krait Obelisk?!
Basically I’m just looking for some improvements on the presentation and management of minipets as they’re really not that appealing to use or purchase at present.
Also, can we get more cats with hats please.

IT’S TORTURE!!!!! SO TIRED OF KICKING GUILDIES UNINTENTIONALLY!!!!!
Yes please!!!! This is a must!
Is there any way you can add an “Are you sure” to the guild kick option.. its way to easy to accidently kick people from the guild when you only want to kick them from a party…

I really like the boots of the trickster armour for my fire elementalist, but hellz-to-the-naw am I paying 800 gems just for those boots!
Great suggestion
In the gem store, along the full sets for 800, there could be separated pieces of them going for 150 gems for feet/hands/shoulders each and 200 gems for helmet/body/legs each. It would be ideal for those who like to mix and match their armor.
This way, buying a set through separated pieces in multiple purchases would cost 1050 gems, so it would still be convenient for those interested in the full set altogether in a single purchase for 800.

One of the most annoying things as a Necromancer is that every time I’m in WvW or open world PvE and I have a Flesh Golem summoned, if a drop of water touches my feet, my flesh golem dies and goes on a 60 second cooldown.
It’s made even more annoying because I remember in Beta they could go underwater.
Ideally, I really wish they just wouldn’t die when they went underwater. If that’s hideously overpowered for some reason I can’t comprehend, at least make the flesh golem not go on cooldown when it dies to water.
I would really love the option to see all my Characters at once, maybe with several different back splash scenes to take photos.
I agree with this, we had this feature in GW1 and Ive seen it in many other games I have played. Im helping my guild leader trying to clean up our roster and we want to get rid of members who havent logged in for long periods of time. PLEASE add this feature to the game again.
Sometime in the future could we please get the option to see when members in guilds could see when a player has last logged like we did back in gw1? I’m currently in a guild which was made on opening day and for those first few months of the game the guild did alot of recruiting but now when it comes time to clean out the member list of people who have stopped playing we have an issue. We end up spending days trying to make a list of people who have been active but maybe not at the same time as someone else to couch for them. This time could easily be removed if we had the option of seeing when the account was last used. I’ve heard other Guilds complaining about this as well over the past few months so if anyone else has some better ways to do this please add on to this. It would just be nice to be able to clean up roster lists without having to wait for all members to be on through weeks asking “Does anyone know (insert s/n) or have seen them on lately?” before we just remove them from the list but instead just see that so and so has not played for 9 months and just remove.

Please add hotkey to “show all names”. This will allow us to combine show enemy and ally names into 1 button. I’m running out of easy-to-reach buttons on my keyboard/mouse so being able to combine these 2 functions as 1 hotkey would really help.
NOTE: I don’t want names to always be turned on, so I prefer to have a hotkey for it.
