Do the daily achievement kill variety quest on a single lvl 80 character and spend less silver teleporting around than the lvl 80 daily reward currency payout (about 5s 50c if memory serves).

Pretty sure you can actually do the variety solely in caledon or metrica.

Not even remotely similar. Someone did math on the D3 forum once showing that to get a 1% chance for a max stat item to drop would take like everyone on the earth farming 8 hours a day for years.

You told us nothing new. People have been saying “I opened $100 worth of chests and got nothing!” since last night. They are even putting it in their sigs now.

Probably the same reason buying a new bag slot doesn’t give all your characters a new bag slot.

Buy gems → gold → skins from TP. Probably going to cost way more than 1k gems though.

Make the shortest asura model and your minis will basically be your size.

Now i understand your concern. My characters are only level 35 tops. So going all the way to queensdale and teleporting around is not something i experience as you do.

As has been stated, at lower levels the system is great. I use WPs constantly on my 30 mes. Get a character to 80 and then see if you still feel the same way or if you start making the decision to walk places rather than paying 1s+ to port 20 feet.

Also one other thing that may or may not be intended: If you dye the town clothes on one character and transfer them to another the dye choices are retained even if the second character doesn’t have those dyes unlocked.

I don’t mind so much that they are soulbound. I have seen it done both ways; soulbound and account bound. Of course, prefer account bound.
I don’t mind so much having to store them, although space is an issue, and I would only get the costumes I really really wanted.

I am kind of disappointed in the pets. Not because they are bound or anything like that but because aside from the ghost they are boring. The skeleton is marginally okay but the spider downright stinks. And then the rare pet is…another skeleton (with a sword, woo). Poor effort.

I do really like the ghost though.

Something like this should not require outside help to complete. As for the view, I honestly don’t really care. I don’t play this game to get a good view, if I want a good view, I’ll go to NYNY again and chill at the top of the Empire State Building. All I do at these vistas is hit F then immediately Esc 90% of the time. anet should really move that vista or just auto-complete it for everyone and if anyone really cares about fake views in a video game, they can do the hardest jumping puzzle and eventually get it.

You seem upset about this. It’s really not that hard. I am terrible at jumping and I did it in like 20 minutes. If you think this is the hardest jumping puzzle in the game you haven’t explored very much.

They are account bound. I just purchased, equipped and dyed the witch outfit and had no trouble equipping it on an alt afterwards.

I just bought the mad king outfit. It’s fabulous. You get a whole skill bar of stuff to play with.

Now we get down to it. Will anet ban the other party for cheating this guy with documented proof? I’m tempted to test it myself.
