It’s the opposite for us… people say 35+ in map chat and we get all excited, then it turns out to be 10 and we are sad.

T2 has been rough on our SEA primetime coverage. If you are looking for a server with great fights and good rest-of-the-day coverage, join FA.

It’s safe to say that SEA primetime is our last hole in coverage we need to fill. If you are looking for a competitive T2 server and play during the SEA or EU primetimes then consider moving to FA. T2 has all the great fights without the long ques and FA has a great community with everything we need to succeed once our coverage is complete.

We come to this Thread, because of Kaineng. BG, TC, and KA keep tabs on each other, because we had a really great match together and bonded well. Whatever derailing happens is everyone’s fault.

We definitely have room for guilds around the clock. A couple more WvW oriented guilds during NA and Oceanic would definitely help out.

Our #1 priority remains SEA and EU coverage. We have people doing great work to organize these timezones but they could definitely use more people.

8.5 hours ago we [BP] were working out some new open field combat strategies in the south camp of YB BL. We ended our raid early because [BT] was really out in force and doing a great job preventing us from doing much regarding PPT in DB BL, and it was thurs. night. [RET] came and fought us and we wiped them and they wiped us a few times. I wanted to say thank you to [BT] for showing us some places we needed to improve on, and [RET] for some really fun fights. Not sure if you were there, but the fight north of bay on DBBl between BP and BT was epic. Seemed to last forever running back and forth and you guys just kept appearing on all sides. So yes, thank you very much for the fights and good luck to you guys next week… kick some RP butt.

Anyone else from DB notice how FA stacked seige weps against our spawn in EB lol. I think they held us on the stairs for about an hour. We need more people on EST or I can see this becoming a new trend. Good job btw, you not only stacked from the front but you had people reliably covering all escape routes, if FA is anything like DB then that kind of coordination must have been difficult.

Unfortunately FA is in a desperate push to make T2. just this morning we were only up on TC by .1 rating point. We have had to push and not give anyone an inch so we can get the rating to make T2. Although I wasn’t involved in any spawn camping, I apologize that it happened, but don’t worry we will be out of your tier on reset hopefully

To the DB posters here: If the guilds on your server are happy in T3 and with the DB community then you have nothing to worry about. They will stay on DB. Now stop getting your panties in a twist, this recruitment thread is for any guild from any server who isn’t completely happy with where they are at.

Can’t wait for reset and T2! Hope we have some new faces during the SEA/EU prime time.

I would love a SEA guild or two so I don’t have to wake my kitten up at 7am… I really like to sleep.

Its unfortunate that people in our current match (tier 3) are completely oblivious to the reason we are recruiting. We don’t want to destroy DB, Yaks, or Mags more then we already do, we want to move up to tier 2 and let you guys have a more even match-up.

We are recruiting guilds who are looking for a change. If they want the competition and awesome fights of T2, then they will find a home on FA. Yes, certain guilds have been named only because we have been fighting them for a long time and have some respect for them. If they are happy where they are at, then they should stay.

So it is looking like we might have a shot at T2 after this week (I’m optimistic) if we keep playing the way we did this weekend. That means this is a good time for any guilds that would like to join us to get organized for a transfer before the weeks end.

PM someone and just ask us some questions about what FA has to offer. I think you will find FA as a solid destination for your guild just in time for some T2 fun.

Just wanted to give this thread a push to the top. We are serious about pushing into T2 and we are serious about providing any help for guilds who wish to help us accomplish this.

I think he’s mad because he wasn’t mentioned as a worthy opponent. So like a small child who doesn’t get what he wants, he is throwing a tantrum…. on the internet.

FA definitely has the commitment to push higher tiers. I have been a part of and witnessed many people from different guilds stay up later or wake up earlier in order to help fill the coverage gap. We have all worked hard to be where we are and only need a slight push to get us on the next level. That push is a few extra guilds in SEA/EU joining our community to solidify us in T2.

As others have mentioned, we will do what we can to help with the transfers, just shoot a pm to someone and they will get you the information you need.

I don’t know how anybody is having fun to be honest with you. I personally am bored with fighting DB and whoever. They don’t have the coverage to compete with us, just like we don’t have the coverage if we went to T2.

if Krew, and EA, and NNK and a few more notable guilds would move to FA. we would have a competitive server that could stick in T2. As opposed to FA facerolling T3, Maguuma Facerolling T4. This would Create fun fights for everybody involved, as well as a balanced tier. FA has the oceanic coverage…in fact we have the most oceanic coverage I would say, we need more WvW oriented NA guilds, and an SEA/EU presence to do it.

It only makes sense. I can pretty much speak for all of BT when I say we would prefer to be losing/in a competitive fight. The borderlands become a target rich enviroment as opposed to a PvDoor snoozefest or unorganized zerg farm/Enemy not being able to field players due to fairweathers.

Now just because you’re abusing buff stacking and Ele’s AE dmg doesnt mean everyone else who isnt running 20 ele’s and 20 guards with 50 stacks of might and dmg abs. shields up the kitten is an unorganized zerg.

Next month you’re D/D ele zerg ball will be nerfed into oblivion and you can all go back to playing thiefs again.

The vast majority of Yaks Bend has no interest in being in this bracket, ever. We prefer smaller fights and if we wanted large fights we would have moved onto a tier 1 server long ago.

I’m not gonna get into an internet fight with you because you are upset or something or your feelings are hurt. Pretty sure you can’t “abuse” buff stacking, buffs are part of the game and how you PvP in this game. If FA thinks they’re winning because they’re better, do they think they lost T2 every time because they’re bad? Did their pvp skills really improve the instant they dropped down a tier? I really don’t get the obsession with score from some people who must realize that wvw score is based on population and coverage.

I think a lot of us on Maguuma just enjoy smaller group play, like taking keeps with 4 people. Learning how to bust terrible zergs has been fun, but the matchup itself is incredibly predictable and boring. It’s like clockwork at this point.

If we drop down a tier, we’re probably going to stomp there in terms of score and be back the following week. I don’t think we’re going to be less bored in that matchup, but it will be something new at least.

We came in third in T2, yes, but our rating actually went up that week. The reason we aren’t in T2 anymore is because Kain leap frogged us into T2.

We have the best coverage in this tier, yes, but I also think we have more guilds with better tactics in this tier as well. That is not to say we don’t have our groups who still need to work on a few things and also not saying that DB or Mag doesn’t have any groups with good tactics.

Numbers win, that’s what it comes down to. We have more numbers then DB and Mags in general, but I also think we have more numbers of skilled and organized people as well.

A good change to go along with this is to make it so only siege can contest objectives (except supply camps).

Those were some fun fights we had. Seeing it from your stand point no wonder you guys thought we had a ton of people, those red names all bunched together looks pretty menacing. But I do ensure that we only had 15 guildies and a few pugs following us. Anyways now that you guys are on dragonbrand, maybe we will see you in future matchups.

FA, I don’t think you need anymore people. From what I’ve heard you’ve had a 24/7 queue on all BL and EB.

You shouldn’t believe everything you hear. That is 100% false. During late Asia time zones and through Euro time zone we are still in need of guilds.

For T3 our coverage is pretty kitten good, but the general consensus is that we would like to take a dip in T2 and for that we need to fill up those weaker spots.

As one of FA’s most bitter opponents, I have to say that anyone shifting there looking for a great WvW experience will not be disappointed. They’re really well organized and putting in work across all timezones.

I’ve been able to tell how hungry y’all are over the last week, undoubtedly a server that’s going places in WvW. Props where it’s due fellas, kill ya later.

Fort Aspenwood(NA) is currently ranked 8th and in the Tier 3 bracket. This is our 10th week in T3 despite being greatly outnumbered by opposition servers. Our great resolve led to many great guilds joining FA, greatly strengthening our NA east coast and Oceanic presence.

We have already experienced great synergy between old and new guilds on FA and believe we have what it takes to move to the next level of competition. However, before free transfers expire we would like to strengthen the following time slots with guilds and/or players: Asia primetime, Euro primetime, and to a lesser extent NA west coast primetime. If you are looking for a receptive home with little to no drama or stress and would like to help us fill these time slots, then please consider FA as your final destination.

Whether we fill these times or not, whether we win or lose, FA will continue to fight hard and continue to have a blast doing what we do best.

FA at a Glance:

• Has a very strong core of guilds that are ready and willing to work with anyone who makes an effort to improve WvW on FA. Any new players should have no problem finding a home among these guilds.
• FA experiences short to no que times. There is never a que on all four maps(other than most resets) and if there is a que, it is generally less than 5 minutes. There will be no que during the above mentioned time slots.
• An active FA community website keeps people in contact with each other in all aspects of the game, especially WvW.
• A 350 slot community teamspeak3 server set up with private channels for every guild as well as a channel for each map. Use of the community TS3 server has risen drastically in recent weeks.
• Guilds work independently and together informally through Teamspeak, the website, and in-game messages no matter how big or small the guilds. The only alliance we need on Fort Aspenwood, is Fort Aspenwood as a whole.
• At the end of the day, we all have a great time in WvW.

Well, seeing as I’ve talked to leaders of several and so far, they don’t plan on leaving, it seems to just be KH. We also gained sF, who are in the process of transferring over.

Actually, I’ve talked to the leader of sF, and they chose Fort Aspenwood to come to.
They sent about 40 guys to CD and then changed their mind.

There has been more complaining from CD players in 3 days of being outmanned then there has been from FA players in 9 weeks of being outmanned. Stop complaining and fight harder and then maybe more people will want to play on your server.

umm no, the outer gate has been down for well over two hours, I know because I logged off at 3am or I risk oversleeping and missing work.

There was a try to take down south keep gate, then trebbing/cata which we wiped with a treb on the inside, then third time around you built trebs farther back so we can’t take them out.

So yes, the timestamp is wrong because the Bay battle was a long kitten one.

You are thinking of a battle later in the night. I was a part of both sieges actually and neither were 3 hours. The BT and RET siege in the video was early in the evening on a fully upgraded bay with waypoint and all.

I’m very much enjoying our community additions so it doesn’t even matter who is the victor as long as there are plenty of good fights to be had. From past experiences, Mag will bring all they have so no matter what, it will be a blast.

Even with the transfers we got, we still barely match the numbers of CD. I’ve noticed quite a few CDers upset they don’t have easy mode in T3 anymore.

If CD can still recruit (which they are.), then so can FA.

To the haters: It must be terrible to be on CD and have never had a single guild transfer to your server.

To the cool CDers: Next week is going to be a blast now that populations are much closer. With dragonbrand moving up it is really going to freshen things up. Looking forward to the carnage.

Pdox, pDyn and HAX have been on CD for a while. I remember seeing them around, but not in massive numbers.

The guilds I listed were all from the registered history in the last 5 days. Some of those may have been on CD for a while but only registered last week for some reason (perhaps due to geting larger).

Where do you get the information about all this registration thing?
