It could be worse, you could have farmed deadeye for days and not opened the boxes. I’m sitting here with 3000 of them and now get nothing but a huge slap in the face.

It’s funny how they talked about farming the gauntlet and wanting to reward challenging play. I wonder if they’re now going to completely nerf the difficulty to compensate and just hand out the mini.

lol srsly? d/d is the most squishy build with very little access to stealth compared to d/p. If you can’t survive in d/p & valkyrie then you should probably switch to guardian/necro.

Used it in my d/d bs build, because there is nothing else Some gm traits are really bad.

My experience doing the Queen’s Gauntlet this week has degraded.

In the beginning, there was that old camaraderie – people reviving one another, sharing verbal frustration about bosses, and then joy when finally beating the one they’d been stuck on.

Now, however – today in particular, and this overflow I’m in being filled at every station – there is an abundance of Deadeye Dunwell farmers. That in itself doesn’t bother me… What bothers me is that these people generally will not revive me after I lose a match because they want the dome all to themselves. I even had a few tell me to shut up when I asked politely for a revive.

So if I want to keep going with the Queen’s Gauntlet, that leaves me wasting time trying to find an overflow without farmers so that I’m not wasting money on repair bills AND waypoint costs because my corpse just sits there waiting for another chance.

Perhaps a simple res-upon-defeat would fix this? Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m supremely frustrated.

You are pretty selfish, aren’t you? I completed liandri on day one, after some tries and i never asked anyone to res me, always run back from wp.

Don’t revive. I personally revived a few hundreds of players near arenas, but if i die i almost always run back from WP. And some ppl don’t even say “thank you” when you res them. Tbh i’m annoyed that many ppl still haven’t beat liandri, so they probably should know their place.

Subj. How many hundreds of gold have you farmed so far?

People are still farming deadeye like crazy some people got 800g (should be considered an exploit) from deadeye farming already and will continue to generate money like crazy until you put a stop to it.

Take away the drops ala subject 7. Don’t discriminate player classes. There’s at least a couple of classes that are not having issues with the “nerf”. Farmers are still tying up queues and laughing in your face while on their way to the bank.

Why would you elect to change the difficulty, rather than the loot. You’ve biased this encounter against players that aren’t farming it. Why would you reduce the choices that players have against this for the the 5 gamkittenallenge?

I’ve had my gauntlet challenges done for some time, but I feel for those that you’ve discriminated against with your lack of deployment abilities.

A whole can of worms that you deserve brought to bear against you are your patch notes….but then I see you did a 180, by declaring that you changed the mechanics of the deadeye encounter.

Lol, i am a guardian with 3400 armor and 19k health with defensive traits and they back stab me for 5/6k damage when i am without defensive boons (and they can spam it).

This game has no resilience vs critical damage (this game has no resilience at all), and you can raise the critical damage what scale WAY better than defensive stats like toughness. Critical damage is too kitten powerful in this game.

Obviously if vs ligth armor they can output a 12k critic, sure they do less damage vs high armor if only hit by 5/6k. But 1/4 health in 1 spameable hit is really high anyway.

It’s not spammable. And if they able to kill you then you are bad player.

Will you finally fix it, arena? You know it’s been a YEAR, many people reported this problem and yet you roll out useless pve culling fix.

All these MAJOR changes for free? Sounds awesome! Arena could sell it as an addon for 59.99!

It depends on your class and thiefs spec. Permastealth d/p thieves are most common in www and you cant do much against them. Guardian/Engineer probably has more chances of surviving and escaping. d/d backstab thieves can’t do much vs armored targets(guardian, warrior, bunker ele, eng), other classes can only survive if spot thief in right time and time their dodges wasting d/d thieves skill rotation. S/d thieves destroy any bunker class but can be challenged by a warrior/necromancer since they don’t rely on stealth.

But i’m getting really sick of him. Really. kittening. Sick.

You can farm him with any build dps build and scorpion wire. Although perma blindness makes it almost 100% guaranteed.

Currently running game on i5-2400 (OCed from 3.1 to 3.8 ghz) and radeon 5850. Gw2 loads up all 4 cores up to 95-100%, on the other hand msi afterburner shows gpu load only 50-60% and i experience massive fps drop in www when 2 blobs meet. FPS drops from 40-50 to 15-20. Will upgrading my cpu to something like i5 4670k drasticly increase fps? Anyone using this cpu or i5 3570k?

Or you can spec s/d and faceroll everything without changing your build. Only difficult fight i had was with that sniper guy and his kitten mines.

She can create multiple champion/legendary phantasms and still cant do a kitten with bandits and centaurs(not to mention dragons). Centaur boss is much stronger than modnir and could possibly kill whole centaur army solo. Well, arena script writers can’t create logical plot.
