Mesmer is game warping and OP as anything else.
If it’s OP as anything else, then it’s balanced with everything else >.>
Looking for a shatter mesmer, cele engi and shout warrior for AG cups and aiming for ESL cups.
Must be able to communicate properly in teamspeak (english), have strong 1v1 ability and have good knowledge of rotations. Must also be open to criticism.
Mail me in-game if interested.
Exactly, I play D/D ele without stability or a stun breaker (Lava Axe OP). How do I survive? I dodge. I know what attacks to avoid, so, I dodge them.
Yet nearly every ele I come across I see 3 Cantips or 2 Cantips and Arcane Shield. It’s the level of skill you have to keep in mind.
So when you get stuck inside slick shoes you just dodge?
And you dodge mid-stomp/res within a team fight (where it’s not just the downed person that can cc you)?
Cleansing ire is one of the reasons why longbow is used by every warrior ever, so for the sake of diversity either longbow or cleansing ire needs a change. I had an idea making pindown the burst skill for longbow instead, but i don’t know warrior so yeah.
Not to mention that the fire field that covers a whole point is just stupid in conquest and it makes absolutely no sense for a warrior to have access to such a strong large persisting AoE.
I really do not know how many people do their dailies twice
I’m still completely clueless as to what you’re talking about.
Previously there were 2 standard dailys and 2 class specific dailys.
There are now 2 standard dailys and 2 dailys that each allow a choice between two classes. This means in order to get your 3 dailys, you need to play 1 our of 4 classes rather than 1 our of 2.What I mean is that you can do your dailies while playing one class. However, some people finish all 4 dailies for the reward track booster, so it means they’re playing on a profession they do not know twice for the daily.
That’s not any worse than the current system. There’s twice as much chance that at least one of those two dailys will include a class that they play.

The only change is that people won’t be able to play on a profession they do not know twice just to get a daily done…
I don’t understand what you mean by this. Surely the change makes it twice as likely for people to get a class they play as a daily?
It makes it more bearable, I wouldn’t complain…
Are changes to the team name allowed?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Don’t Get Hit.
Don’t get hit by something with permanent swiftness and a firefield that covers the whole point?
Why would you care about how many points you get?
Still looking. I can technically play cele engi, shoutbow and dps guard as well, though I don’t have as much experience on these classes.
you generally want to dodge the geomancy/doom swap and good shoutbows generally try to make use of it as much as possible so count to 5 when they swapped to sword to know when the longbow swap is availlable. they will try to come close to you so that can be a sign.
So count to 5, then dodge when they’re in range of you?
try not to tank all the sword autos and the fire aura.
Is it better just to run around and not hit them while they have fire aura up, to deny might stacks and burns? And by avoiding sword autos, won’t that also screw up your own dps?
For some reason, I seem to die eventually to a decent shoutbow if I have to stand on point. I can sustain for 2-3 mins, but having to tank the firefield takes its toll over time.
How do I kill these things as a d/d ele without losing the point?
Are there still spaces in EU?
If he’s one of the best, why isn’t he still in your team?

I think the main reason people who don’t play necro are failing to understand the problem here is that they aren’t aware of how much horribly longer and how much more effort it takes to build life force in comparison to adrenaline..
That and it leaves us extremely vulnerable when we have no shroud feeling almost defenseless
I’m sorry, but a necro with full DS is a about 50x scarier than a warrior with full adrenaline.
And death shroud is same reason we will always be forced to play with staff in PVP, no other weapon lets you generate life force before engaging.
How do you do this? I thought the staff attacks had to hit something to give life force.
Hello,
I’m currently looking for a team for ToL3. I main d/d ele, but can also play shatter mesmer (either double ranged or s/t).
What I can offer:
2.6k games played (2k are ranked).
High level of communication with TeamSpeak3.
Good rotational awareness and team support.
Open to criticism.
What I am looking for:
A team in which every member has strong rotational awareness and good communication skills (coordinating CCs, calling numbers, calling respawns, etc.) as well as being able to hold their own in 1v1 situations.
Please reply to this thread or mail me in game if this interests you.

As the title suggests – what separates an average shoutbow warrior from a top level shoutbow warrior in PvP? I’m not concerned about global things that apply to any build like dodging and LoSing.
