I’m pretty sure anet said they were going to make ascended weapons a really long while ago, and a lot of people kept asking for ascended weapons, a really lot of people, why the sudden change of mind?

It’d be nice if the dungeons were something like dark souls, maybe give mobs 50% more damage but 30% less hp, that way they’re actually challenging and not just boring and long.

I don’t really get people being upset about ascended weapons, I mean seriously, those 20 extra points doesn’t really make any difference. If you have full ascended trinkets it makes you better than someone with ascended weapons, and it’s a lot cheaper….

I hate dungeons and like other thousands I bought this game because it promised I’d never have to step into one ever again! That being said even the dungeons aren’t where they should be when they made the shift in Nov 2012. They should have immediately come out with a LFG tool, immediately revamped the combat system to allow for their own trinity and immediately made it possible for condition damage and support to function properly and have meaning inside these dungeons. We’ve told them how to fix it, we’ve given them examples, even history has given them valid examples on how to fix these basic problems every other mmo has had to go thru in it’s first year. They simply aren’t listening imo.

The only way for them to make support builds viable is by cancelling evade, even then it wouldn’t be so viable.

Yeah, high ecto and rare prices can very easily be explained by the sudden increase in demand, same thing for t6 mats, for a while there oris became 13s, I don’t salvage that many rares but I don’t think it has decreased.

I just want a dungeon team, if anet got a dungeon team I’d be so happy

Around 40 threads were made because people thought ta F/U was hard, it’s probably going to get revamped, and honestly, I hope anet takes a long and good look at dungeons because a lot of stuff needs to be fixed/changed.
Also, it’d be nice if they decreased the HP of elite mobs in some dungeons (like arah) and increased the damage, for example make them do 50% more damage and have 30% less hp, that way the encounter is more fun than it is tedious.

Really depends on the situation and how good you are with said class but in average, like other people said, guardians, since you’ll mostly be carrying the team and a good mesmer /ele can make the run a lot smoother too, warriors are ok too I guess, but we’re talking about the average situation.

They said they’ll add new legendaries before 2014.

You don’t want to do events, you don’t want to do wvw, you don’t farm since getting an ascended weapon seems too much of a hassle for you, and you obviously aren’t an spvp guy since you’re complaining about gear grind, and you obviously don’t do fractals/guild missions since you thought the only way of getting ascended items was through laurels, you also don’t do dungeons since getting an ascended weapon isn’t one of your goals, then what the kitten do you do in this game?

Champion wolf in CoE, I kittening die even when I’m standing behind him, I don’t even get what happened… the mossman has some kind of tell if I remember correctly, been a while since I did fractals but I remember there being a tell to his attacks, not sure though…

I use either combat healer, volunteer or golden.

But that means you need to be traited 30 in fire, 20% skill recharge, 10% more damage when attuned to fire and fire fields last 30% longer.

I need to start compiling a list of people asking for legendaries to be account bound, and I think if they did make legendaries account bound, they’d have to cancel legendaries being sold so people wouldn’t be able to buy legendaries (because people who made legendaries will be able to get said legendaries as many times as they want)which would annoy a lot of people

erm… me spamming lightning whip with my ele in dungeons does more damage than this, I do 8k damage per second, that’s a lot more than what’s shown in the video.

58%, I don’t buy any blues or greens, I just salvage the ones I get.

Well lets say you have 4 members and need 5th. You go for TA P2 where you simply need Guardian or you havent chance to finish it any way. This is why class restriction. All classes are good for zerk runs imo but there are encounters where you simply must have specific class.

4 mesmers in 1 party… really, that’s a very low chance, this option will bring more bad stuff into the game than it will bring good, a lot more bad, and 4 mesmer party, pretty sure atleast 3 of those mesmers have a different character with full exo, also you can specify in the details for something like this, we already have 4 mesmers, bring another class.

Any person that doesn’t like their class is a stupid kitten that needs to learn how to play, kitten eles using PVT gear with staff and saying it’s very unfair how they deal a lot lower damage than zerk warriors…

Erm…. how do you get 12k dps with staff? I don’t use staff a lot but 12k doesn’t make sense.

use sword and focus, focus for guardian has block, maybe you should evade once then use the block skill, or get a superior sigil of energy and evade twice and try not to get hit.

Don’t think fiery rush is going to get a huge nerf, maybe lower fire trail damage and that’s it, someone said that the devs approved using fiery rush on tequatl.

If we want to decide what’s an exploit and what is not, you’d need to get mature people who are really experienced at dungeons, know all of the exploits and glitches, and have them make a vote, and for something to be considered legit, it has to be voted legit by more than 70% of that committee, mature being the keyword here.

There is no ring of fire with S/F, but #4 in fire is a fire field, a really small fire field.

Well, if anyone deserved it should be people who do dungeons a lot and have played this game for a while, yet nobody that I know of got beta access, and I know people who did arah p4 more than 40 times -_-… anywho, assuming just a handful of people got access to the LFG tool I don’t know why anet had to anounce it, why couldn’t they just implement it in the next patch and give everyone access to it.

S/F – DT, Flame Barrier, Phoenix, Magnetic Wave, Arcane Wave. Since all are ranged or instant casts you don’t even lose 0.1 seconds standing still.

what’s DT and why do you need flame barrier, I knew about everything else, #4 in fire then start stacking might.

Since I almost always pug or run with people new to the dungeon, I’d say 60% of my deaths come from ressing people, 10% from lagging, 30% is because I noob, and when I’m down, I don’t really think anything of it.

ok, that leaves 5 unspent trait points, 0/30/20/10/5, where do you think I should put them in?

But that would mean I won’t need the 10 in arcana, since I almost always have access to air attunement, so what about 0/30/20/20/0?

It won’t go that fast if you have superior sigil of energy and vigor on critical hits, why do you think I got the 10 in arcane, not saying I will have 10% more damage during the whole fight, but even if it was 25% of the fight, it was worth the 5 points.
