I just don’t get why the NA meta is so far behind the EU meta. The sooner people stop caring what “place” they come in and actually focus on some fun fights, the better.

We are blue this week and I have no problem losing the entire map just so I don’t have to look at that color on the map.

For many of the guilds, WvW is what they do between the GvGs. You take away the GvGs and you will likely lose them for the WvW as well. It’s a package, you get it all (good and the bad) or you get none of it (just the bad).

5b done by the OP should just read:

“All other buffs/boosts are not allowed.”

Why leave it open to interpretation if something isn’t listed? List the accepted and just state all others are banned and leave it at that.

Do you have any one that show SoR against BG withouth JQ?

tbh all a 1v1 shows is a servers holes in coverage

BG has the upper hand in SEA compared to SOR , SO they can tick high in that time and then push from there into EU like BG does

now BG vs JQ

BG and JQ sea both very strong, BUT BG has the advantage durinng EU compared to JQ

now for BG/JQ/SOR

BG sea gets matched by JQ, and BG eu gets matched by SOR’s eu. So as u can see the 3 way of JQ BG SOR is the closest thing to even as it can get

in wvw coverage wins, and in 1v1 coverage becomes an even bigger advantage

SoR has the upper in EU and NA EST, we don’t have the upper in SEA. SoR has a huge SEA population and can compete but JQ demoralized your SEA to the point of no return.

BG’s strongest time has always been NA PST & Oceanic, and even then it’s an uphill battle.

Nope, not in my book. Working as intended. BGvSoRvJQ is really the only match that is balanced enough to actually play the 2v1 card effectively. BG won 5 straight. It’s natural for the other two servers to change that if they have the ability to do so. Both servers want to knock BG down a notch.

Don’t fret over it. It’s the cycle of the game, and it will pass like it did last time. Be happy that there isn’t one server dominating every single match. That’s the recipe for boredom, not 2v1s.

There isnt a level playing field at all when both JQ and SOR only intend is to attack 1 server. Probably the poorest level of play I’ve seen from BG in months. I think we on SoR expected better but the whole week ended up being a farm fest. Hopefully next week brings out some better play. Good luck and may the RNG gods be kind to you all.

Tarkus we all know that IRON is one guild, ok we have around 4000 members total but one guild cannot control 4 zones, which is why one guild cannot control the overall ppt. Plus we win more fights than we lose so whats that saying about your guilds? (and dont try using the numbers argument, as we are very often outnumbered)

But they use TS and have a nice tag that make them belive not to be any longer pugs, to be fair they are sweeter lootbags with this tag up there^^. IRON roster is like 110 with 20ish AFK for summer / holidays atm. And as for us losing commanders, dude, really… I’ve been the main commander of IRON since it began and the other two guys who command regularly have been here so long I can’t remember not having them. So ye we might be ‘few’ commanders but we have a year’s worth of enemy tears under our belts. Show me a guild with three solid commanders like ours Titan cause I can bet you 100g you can’t find one.

Oh and an edit cause I forgot to add- Are you high? We don’t tag up cause unlike you Titan, our members have two eyes and are clever enough to follow my beautiful behind without issue.

I have yet to see FEAR on here trumpeting about how amazing they are with their ability to crash GvGs… but yeah, anyone that does it is pretty lame in my eyes, regardless of the server they are on.

(this is coming from the guy that complains in TS when his group is fighting people at their spawn… so maybe I just like sportsmanship/not trying to ruin other peoples fun)

The first time i ever heard of a guild crashing a gvg in tier 1 was TW. Now i know they are not complaining about what BT did just wanted to let others know that bit of information.

TW has never crashed a GvG. FEAR has on multiple occasions. When you crash a GvG, you essentially ruin any chances of partaking in one. There would be no benefit to doing it.

I guess if i would find the jq,sos,sor matchup thread with proof you would just deny it

Not really. They wiped to our 15 plus a couple of random spectators they didnt manage to kill when they rolled through them while we were GvGing.

I switched to my stacking weapon as we chased them to the bridge and went from 0 to 25 stacks before the fight was even half way over. It is kind of cute that they posted a very small clip fighting an enemy they out numbered from the start, had a huge advantage over, and still had to edit out both the beginning and the outcome where they wiped to a smaller force… with survivors retreating to a tower.

Even funnier because they wiped two more times with superior numbers over us and spent the rest of the night running on inc and porting away. Funny trolling there. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Thanks for the good time…. but wait until after a GvG is done next time.

Great video of RE and TW trying to wipe us at the same time. We utilized the bridge as a choke with the numbers they had on us. The fun part was positioning RE and TW between each other during the fights. Was a hot of a time.

It goes back a ways, but the grudge is still there it seems. Good grudges die hard. There was some dialog between KnT and TW that dates all the way back to November, that I believe still to this day causes us to gun for each other when the opportunity arises. I think it’s a good thing in the long run. Rivalries and scores to settle keep many of us motivated and interested.

I think our SEA sometime stay up to play with IRON. and we are happy they sometime can play early with us as well.

So you insult those who put in overtime and then admit your own server does it. So when can we expect the BG SEA crew to get to the “play for fights” point?

lol this is the thing that’s annoying the heck out of me today … I was in a 4v1 fight at ruins and took out the two thieves, was working on third thief and guardian, then 25 man zerg rolled over me. Was a good fight, finally found it .. and meh.

Feels like NA gameplay is “throw more bodies at it” rather than improve skill. I don’t mean this as an insult, I’m just saying if it’s the 2 silver armour repair bill, I’ll email it to you. I just want to improve, I’m a mediocre player at best … and getting rolled over by 25 after having fun with four is not challenging.

A good roamer doesn’t put them self in a position to be zerged down by 25 ppl, always keep an eye on your surroundings^^. sPvP is the same, you see 4 ppl coming at you on a point, you can either dash off to another point, or bunker up and keep them from caping it as long as possible. Knowing when to fight and when to run is probly the best skill for anyone in WvW, roamer or zergling (actually, knowing how to have fun, and how to fight somewhere in there, are also bes^^ww)

Yeah I didn’t see them coming until they were on top of me sadly, lol. I was too overjoyed at finding four that would fight me I guess I got a little sloppy

(Do Fight Clubs happen often in T1? I havn’t seen anyone msg or post about them =/)

I have no idea if they do or not. Then again, that first rule makes it really hard to know more about it.
