So where are all of these release notes that state it’s going to be a lot easier and cheaper to get precursors?
Or are people just pulling suppositions out of thin air?
Until the supposed changes are implemented, no one can say how much easier/cheaper they will be to get.
Logged into game, got a guild gather buff. Ported to Malchor’s Leap with 5 mining nodes showing on mini map.
Mined the first node and all other nodes disappeared from map and are not there, thought this strange and maybe it was a bug with area.
Ported to Cursed Shore and same thing happened.
Logged out of game and back in but no mining nodes, log and herb are fine. Just waiting for buff to run out to see if it’s the buff cauing it.
Since the Dye fix, I have not received a single dye in 12+ hours of gameplay which is very unusual.
Even before the Dye stuffup patch, I would at least receive a couple of Dyes in a gameplay session.
Have Dye drop rates been reduced even lower than before the Dye stuffup patch?
This still has not been fixed to either show soulbound or make it account bount like it describes.
Recipes for Box of Berserker's & Rampager's Draconic Armor Bugged?
in Crafting
Posted by: Cathgar.7581
Just tried to get the Berserker’s Draconic Armor box recipe and it still does not work.
Is it too hard for ANet to fix or something?
Other boxes are available but not the Berserker’s/Rampager’s Draconic armor recipes.
Events and doors are not spawning in Queensdale, Kessex Hills and Gendarran Fiels on Tarnished Coast server.
How are we supposed to get achievements?
Any response from ANet?
Don’t expect to be playing the game for quite a while by the looks of it:(
Why, are you not selling enough on the TP?
Boosters only give you crafting xp not characte xp, which means you use less crafting mats.
The reason you may get 15 levels on the first crafting profession if your character is level 1 is due to needing less character xp for levels 1-15.
On an Engineer I have 7/8 professions to 400 using crafting boosters all the way through and I am only level 68. Thats with completing starting area, DE’s (Karma 5000+) and starting the next area.
The amount of bots in some areas is also affecting the respawn rates.
Just did this quest and had a problem when Rytlock just descided to stop following part way through.
Had to finish it without him.
I started crafting at lvl 1, used boosters all way through. Did not go out to starting area until about level 48.
Have completed the 8 crafting professions and have received the Master Craftsman title but under the achievements panel, zero (0) points have been awarded.
Also just noticed that I have received the Master Crafter title but no points (0) have been awaraded in the achievements panel.
Also just noticed that have received the Master Crafter title but no points (0) awarded in the Achievements panel.
I have noticed something like that.
Anets stated that you could level 1-80 by just getting 1-400 in the 8 crafting professions.
On my most recent character (Engineer), i have leveled 7 of the 8 professions to 400 as well as fully completing the starter area, moving on to the next area and received 5000+ point of Karma from DE’s but I am only a third through level 68.
So that is less than 10 levels of character xp per 1-400 crafting profession.
On my first character made at headstart (ranger), I was getting more than 10 levels per 1-400 in crafting.
It has been stated by ANet that you can level from 1-80 by crafting 1-400 in all professions on one character, so in theory 10 levels of character xp per 1-400 crafting level.
So far I have 7 of the 8 professions @ 400 plus I have completed the starter area, and started the next area as well as 5000+ points of Karma from DE events but I am only a third through level 68, so 1-80 by crafting alone isn’t possible?
I understand your explanation of how boosters work, but when I first started the game in headstart and did crafting on another character, I was hitting more than 10 levels of character xp by crafting from 1-400 using boosters, so something has changed.
Crafted 1-400 Armoursmith with booster the whole time and got less than 10 levels character XP.
Supposedly you can get from 1-80 with crafting, 8 (crafting professions) x 10 levels per profession. If you use a booster, shouldn’t you be getting more than 10 levels per profession?
On one character I have done 7 of the 8 professions all with craft boosters and i am only lvl 68 and that is with completeing starter map, events etc. etc.
Anything made with ingredients brought with Karma cannot be sold as final product is account bound.
Same, tried it 3 times. The researches stop and Zrii and the Crusader kept running back to the camp.
Cannot complete so Personal story has ground to a halt.
Are you taking the items off and putting in backpack before transmuting?
After last patch, you cannot transmute items while wearing them.
Thought this had been fixed, have just done it twice and the researchers spread out all over the place and so it doesn’t complete.
No one is dead and area is cleared.
Pain in the butt.
Just happened to me as a mesmer and Moa.
Bloody annoying.
Unable to fire Trebuchets at Warmonger as it keeps stating unable to fire in that direction.
Also there was a huge windstorm/tornado at the entrance to the keep.
The 250 stack Mystic Salvage Kit states it is account bound, but when made by one character and put into bank, another character cannot use/put into there backpack.
Is this a bug as it states account bound not soulbound?
There was over 4million soft wood on the TP, so something had to be done.
New crafters will just have to do some gathering/scavaging, like everyone else if they cannot use the TP.
Had this happen a couple of days ago on my Asura warrior. Wondered what was happening at the time as it had never happened previously.
500 butter, mystic coin, ecto gave me a trophy jewel worth 60s and a Tube that can be used in the Mystic forge.
500 soft wood gave a trophy worth 30s and another item that can be used in the Mystic forge.
Wasted 50 mystic coins, gold etc on making a satchel recipe. Only to find it was hugely cheaper to make the items individualy after you take into account the required resources + the cost of the recipe.
Also, I didn’t really understand that you would end up with a recipe rather than an actual satchel.
Anet (Andrew McLeod) have said they will look at this, but it’s a bit late for the ones that have already wasted the resources on the recipes for satchels and then made the items individualy due the the higher costs using the satchel recipe.

No, you do not get XP for discoveries after you read 400.
