Or just mail the item(s)/money to your alt if you don’t wanna use up bank space..
Much more convenient if your alt isn’t in the vicinity or a bank.

Forgive me if I misinterpret, but the password is only added to the list if someone tries (and fails) to log onto your account with it- they’re preventing it’s usage since a hacker already knows it. Not preventing the usage of a poorly secured password would be pretty short-sighted, yes?
And how many people are willing to leave a password unchanged when they get the notorious authetification email? I doubt few are willing to take such risk.

As for OP: If there are problems I don’t know of them. Have you tried other new password options, or just one? If it is the case of a blocked pass (I think it should notify you if it is), try changing it to a completely new password you’ve never used before?

I noticed the forum was updated since there are new features that weren’t available before like +1.

However, after that, the other features like “quote” and “report” stops showing on threads I have not replied to yet. It kinds of defeat the purpose of “quoting” for example, if I have to reply first before I can quote a user.

Or another example, I won’t be able to report threads unless I reply to the thread first.

Very peculiar, I’m getting it in reverse more often than not- after I reply the options vanish at random. After someone else replies they seem to “reset” tho..

If I DO, I’d remove the WvW part of the map completion and add it as it’s own achievement.. Aaaand make jump puzzle chests scale at least somehow according to level.

.. If I DON’T, I’d add a lollipop-skinned weapon (like a staff or a greatsword)! And give a baby quaggan minipet for everyone!

Personally I don’t find the stats desireable at all for my build, but I can see how this could improve someone else’s day

As for my 2 pieces of copper, maybe drop the price so the set is only 100g (by Ogden’s hammer!), and make them stones instead- like the gem store skins- no stats of their own with the freedom to bind them on any lv80 gear you want.

So General Discussion is A) rants, B) asking Anet to focus on something and C), complaints? Some of them are making good points but come on, there is SO MUCH MORE to this game than it’s flaws and it’s a shame that the GW2 subreddit is a better place for casual reading and positive attitude.

It was an absolute pain in the lower levels- however once I hit 45-ish I didn’t even notice (or die since I was in 15-30 lvl areas).

Edit: Must be such a pain in the kitten now that it’s broken.

I’ve mostly seen the higher leveled players talking about it since those guys seem to only hang out in Orr.. I guess it’s because you can’t get as much rewards or DEs from the lower level zones, not to mention the crafting mats.

Actually Travelers can only be acuired from drops and some map completions (got it from another thread).. You should try and check out the TP, chanses are someone doesn’t want theirs.

If you’re only looking for MF you can craft runes of the pirate as a tailor, and runes of the noble are purchased from Caudecus’s manor dungeon vendor.

Somewhere I saw speculation on how it affected dyes in the forge.. I have roughly 90% and the results have been promising, gotten my money back almost every time.

Adding my “wtf was that” on the list.. If they’d just cut to the last 2 seconds before the transition to in-game play I’d be SOLD.. Then again I guess I’ve just never been intelligent enough to be appealed by completely off-target intros.

Seconded, if I ever want to WP into a low level area like Caledon I gotta make sure to go farm the money back ASAP after I’m done playing the musical clam or whatever I was there to do.. Seriously even the jumping puzzles become too costly after a while since you aren’t able to get it back unless you leave for higher rewarding places.

I don’t really mind less exp but it only seems appropriate we get karma or at least gold scaled to our level if the WP and repair costs remain the same.

I guess that’s just how it goes- unless you search (no lazy person ever uses the search, and yes, this includes me for the most part) you won’t be finding much.

It’s strange the Guild forum page promotes only the biggest guild posts- how are the little ones supposed to grow into bigger guilds if, when no-one responds within the first hour (laziest people: read 10 minutes), it will get pushed to the bottom with no chanses to rise.

People are already starting to dislike and ignore the guild recruitment shouts on map chat and it’s a miracle if anyone ever responds.. and after that they notice your guild is too small for their liking and just represent the bigger one they’re in, for the perks and all..

Currently I’m having trouble with jumping puzzles and big group zergs (Tequatl anyone?) mostly because of the lag other people fighting in my vicinity cause- I’d just like to take those spell effects and turn them down a notch- or even disable ’em if there were no other options.. I was doing the jump puzzle in metrica and it was going surprisingly good (I never experienced such presicion in caledon) until other people showed up.. Seriously even if it meant I never saw boss AoEs coming I would love to have an option to turn the particle effects and whatnot down.

I have my settings all on low (par the native rendering- swithing to subsample rarely helps and it’s ugly) and running up to ~20 fps.
Please, if there is anything I could do- other than get a new laptop- tell me, I’m desperate for help.

Wish we could have this, and maybe even a particle effect quality meter, it sure as hell would reduce my lag – no use knowing you’re in an AoE if the lag doesn’t allow you to get away.

I’ve gotten these issues aswell, and sometimes when my ranger jumps back she takes a couple steps forward right after- not sure if working as intended..

There already is a button for reporting mails, it’s the circle with an exclamation mark ;P
Too bad there isn’t an option for reporting gold sellers specifically, since it kinda accounts for spamming and scamming.. maybe even botting.

Your Magic Find % would also be a nice thing to know, I always seem to get confused with my calculations because I don’t know wether a rune gives me +13% or +20%.

I’m afraid you missed it- but it wasn’t that good looking so no worry.

Ha! I’d be even willing to throw a couple of gems at them if that’s what they want for their troubles- on a side note quivers, if implemented, need to be attached to the bow item somehow so that greatsword wielders don’t look too awkward etc..
It could even match the bow’s style, like a krytan or mending shiverpeak.. but as that would require more designing work perhaps just make them dyeable ;D

Happens a lot here (perfect example: I stop to chop some wood; pet goes off to aggro three raptors). I think the pet’s AI somehow miscalculates your position as F3 did nothing but stowing or moving a bit brought them back at my side.. Heck, I’ve even developed an instinctual sidestep whenever I stop for gathering/ etc and my pet wonders off..

The pets have gotten a major buff since beta, and thanks to that my pet drake was only dying every so often- I just figured it was a bummer I couldn’t get the extra smidgeon of exp from reviving it after battle..

Of course now that I have a devourer it seems to last so much longer (propably because toughness+ evade+ knockback)- if it’s tempting death I use my heal or switch.. Doesn’t always go according to plan but as long as I don’t get too kitteny (like trying to solo a champion or a pack of something I haven’t killed tons of already.) I do swell enough not to die unless I jump off a cliff.. Exept when underwater.

You should tell what server you’re on- if the guild is on a different server you will not receive their influence points or upgrades and must earn and buy your own (were you to gain a sufficient rank). Luckily the guild chat functions cross-server.
