Yup! My screenshot was just focused on the distant landscape, and they come out all grainy for some reason.

Oh I should also mention sometimes in different areas random fog comes and go that suppose to show the gradual change in atmosphere like the shadow behemoth etc. However since I am there now checking it out.. That doesn’t seem to be the case.

I should set my settings to default on everything before i SS is correct. What happend makes more sense now.

In this new exciting and delightful living story of robot dismantling, light formation disrupting, and an unnecessary flamboyant execution. There are only minimal problems that left a sour note.

The fight to get into the drill is NOT bad, however I feel it can be a couple of steps more “epic”. Although I understand how necessary, the entrance fight is needed to give hints and clues to beat scarlet inside for all the target audiences.

Once inside the rave party with mechanical bouncers drill scarlet’s fight was AWESOMELY average with idiot proof warnings to be made accessible for people with bad computers and coordination latency deficiencies. This helps cater to everyone which is fine.

However, after the boss fights comes the much anticipated FINALE – the heinous instance. The activity of interest here is to kill of an injured villain in a helpless state in whatever way the player feel like doing so. perhaps the most sadistic way with an added 2 shots from Rox aswell. After ( What I think Anet is trying to do ) satisfying the fanbase we are greeted with a cut scene that reminds us how bad all the other cut scenes and living stores are with the full cast of living story heroes there. All cutscenes from LS are literally what feels like a puppet show, with paper action figures, kid special effects, and the worst possible feeling for a lesbian scene. Which for a fantasy game that tries to cater too all, the kissing leaves a very disturbing feeling like watching your kids play with action figures trying to make them have intercourse…. and all this without a proper scarlet explanation of her actions as well. After scarlet’s death and the cut scene they really need something to show that it is still ONGOING. I left right after her death the first time because things are going so slow I thought it was over. It is only the second time I defeated Scarlet ( a rerun with a buddy ) that I realized there was suppose to be a reward and 2g in the end for the instance to finally finish.

I had really high expectations for LS’s ever since it started, but with the sweet and sour aftertaste of multiple living stories and with an end finale that leaves that bad aftertaste into a simulation of eating raw swine and battery acid. Gw2 has lost all its glory here FOR ME.

Apparently the name for GW2 in China just means " Intense Fight 2". Lol .

Is he having his meals three times a day and doing proper exercise? Eating right helps too.

There are champion grind Zergs now in PvE. Also there is fractals for end level content needs. Also there are a LOT less botters and gold sellers now.

I might be typical. I play Gw2 with my hands.

Why not try a guild? Lots are still recruiting, or hunt people down around your quest zone.. ? Or ask for help on map chat and make some in game for gw2 instead of the forums?

I would expect around summer, where GW2 is thinking about having the China server launch. We started with Zhaitan , my guess is they are starting with Primordus. That and Tengu’s talk about destroyer attacks in the dominion of the winds AND i heard dataminers found evidence of a broken Tengu wall. But with all these speculation, it can mean anything. I’m just adding the puzzle pieces together.

For all those who say this is fair, You guys do realize that OOC let you heal to full HP right? so they can hide behind a rock or stay a little farther away and not hit anything again once they invisi. You will essentially have near godmode nad instant ilussion kills in one package.

I’m starting to see ALL IS VAIN in other games aswell…

Sylvari is a tree’s vision of a human being. Ventari’s perspective of the humans it encountered. I think its perfectly reasonable they can have a six pack, in that kind of lore and the personality to travel and meet such a life form.

Internet its for “innocent” minded people that needs approval/appreciation/care/vent to fill the void of what they feel they don’t have irl. Unlike 1-1 face to face discussions they don’t need to hide it from direct judgement nearly as well by using internet as a mask. Since it is so convenient to throw responsibility from speech out the door, you’ll read some obscene things. The translation from emotion to the keyboard is without feedback from basic communication, you can’t read facial expressions or feel much empathy unless the writing is concise enough to depict these emotions; which in forums it does not. Back when people write letters, they write to people they know which influences how they write. Even if writing to someone you don’t know, it is personalized with your address and mail. When the day the internet will be tamed is the day of “understanding” and progression.

However writings that concisely depict emotions does exist. ( though rarely ) and I don’t mean posts like https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/pvp/pvp/gf-left-me-coz-of-ladderboard/first … Although that is a start lol .

They’ve already been buffed before, so the chances are slim for them to look into it again.

I thought this was already implemented, I know for sure you will get more exp from mobs that aren’t killed often. I just assume it raises the loot chance as well. In any case it seems like the idea has been thought of already by anet, and either implemented or discarded.

^ Yes you have a very valid point showing the basic core problem of this game compared to gw1. Overall though I just think people who worked on gw1 was always excited to make new content to create a world of vision and making into reality. Gw2 completely erased the passion after release. More or less everything just feels put up with, this game certainly reflects the difference in attitude. Right now it feels like its all a mess~ and at best, content tacked on.

It is fine that they give them an indicator direction.. But grounding an Air elemental? The 5 bent sticks look really tacked on. We might as well water down the fire elementals and make earth ele’s fly. .. But not without an obscene feature tacked on.

Wasn’t worried until I read your share of the matter … .

I don’t play gw2 as much I did before so I don’t know when they made this change. However last time I checked air elementals float and made sense as air elementals. But today I went to Orr and to my dismay I meet this crawling revulsion that is what I used to call an air elemental.. What happend that caused this change? Out of all ways they can tweak it.. Do they have to go with ugly?

I think this is a big problem with Gw2. People are always waiting for something to happen to make it worth playing. Here we are a year and a half later still waiting.

After release, this game’s performance and attitude has been in a steady decline. Although it doesn’t seem like they will pick up the pace. The lore , once they get content with it rolling may peak people’s interest again.

Single player games are much more interactive, Try switching servers to a more populated one.

You guys should of seen how crazy this rng stuff was with the the first halloween exclusive drops. like the scythe and the greatsaw, highly disappointed with the RNG.

This is apparently a GW2 art and out of all the other pictures of classes we can relate too. This one I don’t remember seeing… as well as helicopters.. But that’s not the case.

With all jokes aside a range heavy armor class would be interesting… a class specialized in Heavy portable ranged weaponry, unlike the joke that is engineers mortars.

There are always chats in SoR pretty much anywhere.. If I remember there was once a “DoomSayer” of Gw2 and religious heretics here and there. But most of those are in LA, not that I am excluding their “habitats” to just LA.

People also talk a lot in Dungeons especially those paranoid Pug’s checking for leeroy’s. and a plethora of explicit perversions from Queensdale. Not limiting to Queensdale there are also fits of rage here and there, people that needed help and plenty of “Is anybody here?” (excluding people that shout events and the zerg gossips)

I agree with the title but not the content, I disagree with people selling spots for arah. It gives skilled players to tackle lupi and make some gold (true). However it also encourages groups of 3’s forming a full party and getting to the last boss ONLY to kick the remaining players and sell their spots to split it amongst themselves.

Skipping is fine as long as it isn’t more than 30% of the dungeon. The goal is to pick your battles, not avoid everything. Or it will become meaningless.

They should make condition the leading dmg dealers. Since they are capped anyways you only need 1 or 2 in a group and zerkers are still needed for additional dmg. Since dmg is OP now it makes other classes more viable as well.

Consoles, will always hold PC back. PC updates near constantly, new consoles come out every 10 years ish.

Consoles usually come out every 5 years (last gen was just unusually long). Plus the next-gen systems are designed to updated games all the time without developers having to pay a fee. Plus GW2 is not graphics heavy

games can’t update hardware but it is true GW2doesn’t require that much to run. I personally don’t really mind as I already play Gw2 at the comfort of my couch and a big screen.

I knew a friend with 17 characters.. with multiple accounts. I asked him what does he play or main in.. ?

He promptly answers…. He plays THEM ALL.
