still think they need bigger servers instead of more servers for this to be epic. ( more ppl )

So like an epic mass BOSS mode or a mass zombie mode? That sounds very appealing.

There are threads floating around saying that GW2 has a great decrease in players. Though it has been true that chats are barren and I don’t see others frequently. I am also transported to overflow frequently ( how does that work? ).

I suggest increasing the capacity of players in a server somehow. The world is so big and so segmented by boarders that no one really sees each other. Or there isn’t enough people in a FULL server to populate all the maps. In other less populated MMO’s they feel much less barren and lively due to the small sizes of the map. I just think population and server capacity should be adjusted accordingly to the size of the map.

Not sure how can Anet can go on about doing this though.

This seems like a bad idea. This means botters can perhaps target the specially empowered players and hack their accounts. They would have intel to proceed in their bottings etc. I don’t think A net would do this and endanger volunteer’s accounts.

hm, Have you tried the glove from the light armour style int he gem store? I’m not sure if it is considered an outfit or not, BUT if you can use the gloves that would look somewhat like it.

I think they need to fix present content before adding more. Progress can’t be made half-way and they are taking their time to get every detail perfect ( I am assuming ).

An example is the Black Citadels Asura gate entrance’s Iron Legion Guard.

This guard suppose to tell me where things are, he gave me all these options and when i finally narrow down to a specific place I want to visit. The chat menu just disappears… ? I think they forgot to add in the rest of the chat. Or perhaps even missing a pathfinding system to a specific location of the map.

Look and analyze what are you doing in greater detail. I think you are pushing a button when another skill is operating or something is happening that prevents you to use your desired skill right away.

It is part of being a skilled player is to know all the cooldown times and animation delays so things would move and flow as you please to take down the opponent.

I think the spawn time should be directly effected depending on the amount of players within the vicinity. Natural there needs to be more monsters when there is more people. There is probably a need for a limit for spawn rate of the min and the max.

Adding another class, especially a martial art class requires a new weapon entirely. Which is a fist system, wouldn’t it be cheap if only the martial artists get to use fists? Besides martial artists I really don’t see fist go well with other classes. realistically thinking i think this concept would spark a heap of class problems as well as new pvp balancing issues. great idea, however i really don’t see how will they do all that just to put in a martial art class.

Really? I used an engineer but decided to role with just turrets so I would never had noticed it. Well I wonder why they didn’t change the turret designs as well.

The Engineer is a Charr based class, and the machines engineers use are of Charr design.

Several people (including my self) have posted asking for skins on our turrets and kits to reflect our race.

Side note, You can tell Charr from Human designs from the silver ornate pattern all over the object. where as Charr items look industrial or steampunk/clockwork.

Well if it IS charr design. I am hoping for less wood and way more Hard gear and metal with decals. Im not getting much charr from it. More of human, though you are probrably right.

I completely agree with this post. I can’t really stand how my sophisticated Asuran is making human tech that is hand cranked inside a barrel. Made me role a mesmer instead =/. However I so love to play as engineer this issue; it is quite agonizing.

Why doesn’t Anet make engineer have appropriate machines and weapons according to race? everything is human based machinery. My asuran who invents golems and floating pillars of buildings made a hand cranked healing barrel. -_-

Rangers have different pets per class, what do you guys think?

I suggest NPC’s to have a bit more personality and motive behidn the words they use.I am tired of hearing the same speeches from random villagers and etc. “Hi, Hello, we got everything you need. how can I help you?..”

Where are those old gameboy game random speeches with a small story or something funny in each npc? Back then it used to be fun to talk to npcs.

This would be good if it is only available after unlocking all 5 skills.

For a new gathering profession could we have fishing? Like we have the Gathering Tool slots, we could also have a slot for a Fishing Rod and Bait (bait being a consumable). Using the Fishing Rod at a fishing node then changes your skills to Apply Bait, Cast Off + Reel In (only usable at an appropriate time) to make it into a sort of mini-game.

You could also then add some new fish based recipes for cooking as well."

On a completely separate note: I’m pretty sure you didn’t pay $60 JUST for a fishing profession, am I right?

I agree I think fishing should be added, I think I would go as far as it increases longevity of the game. I mean i see fisherman in this game using fishing rods. The fishing rod skins and stuff is there just the mechanics. so why not?

I think the best fix for an issue like this is to use the same system used for deleting characters. You would be required to type in the full character name and confirming that before leadership passes on to the next member.

Perfect idea, imo.

You might also be required to confirm that you’re promoting said player to Guild Leader by typing Guild Leader.

Or promoting by typing the player you want to promote as guild leader. Or even having a command for promoting like /gpromote.

Perhaps gadgets could be tweaked as well.

This hasn’t happen to me yet, however I believe as time allows would become a greater issue that would have an impact on the community.

The Variety as ranger in each race let’s you have different animal partners, However as an engineer each race uses the same human tech looking machines. It really changes your character perspective. This very much made my dynamic college, Asuran engineer way out of place.

As an Asuran engineer it is really weird using low tech ( HAND CRANKED ) machinery when the city is so high tech. Perhaps making some skin tweaks is possible for each race?
- floating magical high tech Asurans
- Metal and gears with Decals for Charr
- Plant Turrets and buds for Sylvari
- original skin for humans
- leather/ Fur hunterlike for Norn

Anybody have any other suggestions that adds into the aesthetics?
