So it will take a ridiculous amount of time to grind the best gear (best for now, anyway, muahahaha!).
But where is the cash shop hook? They did say gems for gold and the cash shop boosts isn’t pay to win because you can either spend time or money.
We have the time part, where is the money part?
Not that I’d spend a dime for this gear, but I’m curious as to how they plan to make money with this new ‘content’ of theirs.
~ArenaNet
They run funny, too.
~ArenaNet
Human females run like they have a stick up their hiney for some reason.
You have been warned.
~ArenaNet
I’m greatly disjointed in how most of you forum gamers are behaving. Yeah sure the new armor rank has its ups and downs but why are ya’ll acting like it’s the end of the world?
first off most people would have stuck with a dedicated pve game if they wanted to grind items like its their job. there are already several fully fleshed out games dedicated to grinding items that cater to the no-lifer crowds making them feel like spending their life in front of a monitor is rewarding in some way.
and secondly, its been 3 months and they already have the next ‘tier’ of gear released. do you honestly think this will be the end of it?
There is always sPvP, by the way.
You mean that paid tournament small scale junk? Oh yes, please, may I?
~ArenaNet
If ascended gear had been in at release would you all still be complaining? I think most of the complaints are coming from people with full exotic that don’t like the fact they’re not top-tier any more. I understand the frustration there but I still think people need to look at this as a new rarity and not a new tier.
They explained it pretty well in the dev blog: the rarity levels had a gaping hole between exotic and legendary, they needed something to plug the gap. They’ve already said this stuff will be obtainable in WvW as well so the people whining about having to run the fractals for it have nothing to complain about.
I wouldn’t have bought the game at all if this had been in at beta because I would have known I couldn’t be competitive in WvW without grinding dungeons.
~ArenaNet
I paid $60 for the box of course (and another $60 for a family member who isn’t playing right now) and $40 went to inventory and character slots. So that’s $100 for myself alone and the game isn’t even 3 months old.
That is nothing compared to the amounts some people have spent in the cash shop, either to shortcut the grind by buying gold or for other things.
In the future I’m sure they’ll make plenty of money off expansions, too.
The question is, how much did it cost to develop this game? Are they in the black yet?
~ArenaNet
We all know grind and progression have existed from the beginning. But a treadmill is not just something you run on without really getting anywhere, a treadmill is also narrow. By decreasing the ways to get the best possible gear, Anet is progressing the game closer to a treadmill game.
Many of us base our objections, not so much on continued progression (they did say after all that we would eventually have more than 80 levels, right?) but on the narrowing of that progression.
One reason I love leveling and hate endgame is that while leveling I can mix it up. I can pvp, craft, wander solo, get groups or (in games with a good dungeon finder) hop in and out of dungeons.
Faced with an endgame grind that is all about dungeons, I’ll finish leveling my alts instead, thanks. But of course that puts an end to my hopes for finally being on level ground in WvW, and since WvW was my favorite thing to do in the game, that reduces my enjoyment of this game and reduces the time I’ll play it and certainly puts an end to my willingness to buy more content or character slots or inventory space.
~ArenaNet
SWTOR launched without a dungeon finder and you see where that kind of failed thinking got them.
You don’t launch an MMO in 2012 without a LFG system. Especially when you know it’s going to be expected.
/boggle
SWTOR didnt fail because of lack of dungeon finder lol ..
SWTOR failed cause open pvp was just a big joke, you were forced to do same dailyes all over and over again, crafting system was another joke, all you did was staining in main city waiting dungeon, or raid to start, also bad optimalization in warzones, you had maxxed out character in no time, nightmare operations were bugged as hell …LFG system is not mandatory for mmorpg. What about finding the guild, make friends and run the dungeons with them? I ve done about 200 explorabe dungeons aleady, played almost 900 hours and finding a group was the last problem I had. Buggs are the major thing they should fix.
This is mmorpg after all, no dungeon finder encourage you to socialize with others …
You are just to lazy to make friends and expecting game to do it for you, just click and wait till game give you 4 random players every time. cause you are too lazy. Whoever is smart, he has friends and guild that hes running with.
Agree’d, although I never tried swtor it was an obvious failed WoW clone from the start. I haven’t had any problems finding a group because I’m in a guild socializing… go figure, eh? It’s an MMO, go make friends, I don’t want this to turn into where you get grouped with 4 other randoms and never speak a word through the entire dungeon.
(a solo player with no intention of joining a guild)
This kind of mentality has no place in an MMORPG to be honest. you are supposed to socialize in these games, it isn’t a single player RPG…
I do socialize. I’m in Teamspeak when I do WvW. Your definition of socialize is too rigid. You assume that just because I don’t want to join a specific group of players (i.e. a guild) that means I don’t socialize. Not true.
~ArenaNet
Nail in the coffin as far as I’m concerned. If they wanted me to run dungeons they would have made it easy and convenient for me (a solo player with no intention of joining a guild) to get a group and get into those dungeons. Adding armor I will need to be competitive in WvW won’t make me do dungeons, it will just make me quit doing WvW and quite soon after quit playing GW2.
~ArenaNet
It’s rather the opposite.
I think people expect this to work out well for ANet, as they’ll pick up a few thousand WoW players. If they lost 50,000 current players and get 10,000 WoW players, it’s still a net win for them because all of the current players have already paid.
This makes no sense. How will they attract WoW players with this? You think WoW players who haven’t already bought this game have been closely following it and just waiting for Anet to add a gear grind? WoW players who didn’t buy GW2 couldn’t care less about GW2 and won’t care about this new armor, either.
~ArenaNet
I actually fit Panda’s definition. I’m just not going to chase shinies or achievements or whatever by doing what isn’t fun over and over and over again. I do what I’m in the mood to do when I play. It’s okay to dangle carrots, but only if getting them is enjoyable. Isn’t the point of MMOs enjoying the game itself and not just chasing rewards?
~ArenaNet
Quote from the news section
“Ascended and infusion rewards will be available in both PvE and WvW over time, and be made available through all sorts of content around the world including existing content. PvP will remain unaffected to ensure our intended PvP balance going forward. "
How clever of them to pretend that WvW isn’t PvP. How clever to dangle the promise that eventually this gear will be available through WvW.
Except of course WvW is PvP. As long as this gear is available to dungeon runners and not PvPers who WvW, there will be a major stat disadvantage between the two groups.
And there is still the possibility somewhere of a cash shop tie in. How much is this new gear going to cost in gold as well as grinding that new dungeon hub? How much will gold speed up the grind? Will those who don’t run dungeons have the option to buy their way to parity with those who do? Stay tuned, Guild Wars 2 is better than a soap opera.
~ArenaNet
Here is a thought, remove Repair costs on stomp for WvW, add in an Attackers event system like you guys have for Defense. Spent about an hour tonight fighting 12 – 1 odds trying to take a keep. I realized they are being rewarded DEFENSE CREDIT and making Money / Exp / Karma, while my team of only 5 people, who were fighting this zerg and trying to take the keep was being awarded NOTHING. That seems a bit harsh, where is my ATTACKERS CREDIT?
I agree, this is an issue. It’s never one players’ fault that their server isn’t doing well in WvW, it doesn’t work that way. It’s a matter of numbers and coordination. But players willing to stay and fight on a server that isn’t doing so well pay the cost. They usually get less reward and they die more. Maybe the ‘outmanned’ buff should at least come with no repair cost.
~ArenaNet
1. It was my understanding this Ascended gear will have more total stats than the Badge gear, therefore rendering the Badge gear obsolete. Did I misunderstand?
2. Yes, more choices for Badge gear stats would an excellent addition to the game.
3. The new dev posts stated that the new gear would be available in WvW…in time. So roughly how long do I have to be at a stat disadvantage just because I don’t want to grind dungeons over and over?
4. Badge gear is already not comparable to dungeon gear because it takes much longer to grind badges than to grind tokens.
~ArenaNet
Just curious…
Will people be less upset if ascended gear becomes available in WvW?
Yes, it would annoy me a lot less if I could get it by doing WvW for the same amount of time it takes a dungeon runner to get it.
~ArenaNet
It does sound like raiding. I suppose it’s nice that there doesn’t seem to be a lockout timer?
That said, I really don’t care as long as I can get the same strength gear in the same amount of time by doing what I want to do. I’m sure as kitten no raider.
~ArenaNet
I didn’t realize jaguar stealth had any purpose besides escape. I’ll have to try kitties again. But I’m finding moa ridiculously useful at the moment. Especially since I’m using the two that buff me with their f2 ability, meaning it doesn’t have to be up on a non-moving mob for it to go off.
The ability delays on rangers in general are driving me insane. Mash mash mash mash go off, you stupid skill!

I’ve actually been wondering this. Mesmer clones can hit trebs a ridiculous distance away from the wall. I’m fine with it, but it would be nice if at least one other profession could do that, too. Or at least fly up to the walls and go all Alfred Hitchcrock on people.

While the small group of people are crying on the forums the rest are playing and farming in ORR. Were farming for gear already so this is GREAT NEWS for us. Come see the truth for yourself @ Jade Quarry in ORR.
Yeah, hope you don’t get caught in a bot sweep. I don’t think I want to risk going into Orr right now. But good luck to you, grind on, grind on, oh brave MMO soldier, grind on!
Heh, I don’t personally like doing this but I just logged on to see what is going on and the truth is this is what people are doing. I don’t think they are bots either. My point is these are the players that like progression and there is a whole lot of them busy playing the game and not posting here on the forums.
The people in Orr are:
0. Not liking Risen.
1. Waiting or doing Balthazar for shards.
2. Farming/Harvesting for materials and item drops for money, since you need a stupid amount of it to be considered rich in an economy where gambling and trading post manipulation is encouraged.
2.5 Waiting for DR to wear off.
3. World Completion
4. Doing Trahearne’s Story
Well now you’ve made it sound totally boring. Although I admit I get in my gathering and grinding moods and actually enjoy it sometimes.

Well I hope you do this in a way that lets us earn the same gear the dungeon runners will be getting, that will resolve a lot of issues over it.
Also, please don’t screw over your solo and small guild players in any way shape or form on this, otherwise you’ll be just like every other MMO I’ve ever played PvP in.

I haven’t done a single dungeon and have no intention of doing so unless either my family member that I bought the game for decides to actually play and wants to do them or a dungeon finder on par with WoW’s is implemented. It’s not so much dungeons I hate, it’s the hassle of trying to get a group.
Even so, I don’t see myself running the same dungeon over and over for gear ever. That got old real fast in WoW, and they even had more dungeons!
Make this gear available from badges that can be earned in a comparable period of time that dungeon runners earn it or implement the same gear system in WvW that you have in sPvP and I will quit griping.
~ArenaNet
Rofl, haters gonna hate.
It depends on how you play. You are seeking for balance in a 300v300 game mode in which both people with lvl2 equip and people with lvl80 equip can play. You’re actually searching for balance in a game mode that is NOT balanced at all.
If you like going roaming in team sized of 2 people, good for you, but it’s not the way WvW is meant to be played, i think. Btw, she has a lvl80 char, but tried to WvW with a lvl2 warrior.Anyway, I don’t know if you did actually read the message, but I don’t like this change. I wanted the game to be perfectly balanced as it was until now.
But probably your attention got struck by a whining attack..
It’s such a shame Arenanet didn’t do WvW gearing and skills like they did sPvP. If they had, I would be playing GW2 right now instead of stuck on fascination mode with this thread.

Doesn’t look like the Ascended gear announcement is doing NCSoft’s stock any favors today:
http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/overview?symbol=036570.KS
Q3 finanicals came out on Nov 7th and they were 15-24% underperforming compared to Q2. That’s hilarious considering that you’d think GW2 would actually increase their performance and profitability.
I read that last night and it made me wonder what is going on behind the scenes. Is it other games hurting NCSoft? A lawsuit maybe, or some kind of internal leadership shuffling we don’t know about?
If not, then it looks as though GW2 has been greeted by the market as a failure right out the gate. I don’t see how that can be. It does make me wonder how much the development cost.
Arenanet is a private company it seems, so scarce data there. I also wonder how the relationship between NCSoft and Anet works. Did Anet basically turn all control over to their publisher at launch?

I have to admit, though I know there are some people protesting their innocence in this thread who are completely guilty there have been enough accounts restored that I worry.
In fact, My ranger is almost level 70 but I’m not sure I want to take her into the farming areas to get her to 80 until after this all settles down for fear of getting falsely banned because I was near a group of botters.
~ArenaNet
I’m all for Arenanet doing things to make people happy, I like a populated game. But not when making some people happy messes with my style of game play, which is WvW. If they change WvW to the sPvP system of gear equalization I’ll shut up and go away happy.
~ArenaNet
It’s simple. I like WvW and once in awhile I’ll get in the mood for some solo PVE. But I don’t like dungeon grinds (especially with no dungeon finder to make it convenient) and I don’t intend to compete with people who have better gear than I do in WvW simply because they do like running dungeons.
~ArenaNet
…
Or make WvW completely separated like sPvP. Gear for free, no repairing cost.
They should have done this right from the start. It’s not too late for them to do it now, and it would make a lot of us lose interest in continuing our rage storm because the only ones really affected directly by this are the WvW players who will have to fight the dungeon runners and maybe cash shop gold buyers wearing this gear.
I won’t run dungeons over and over and I sure won’t buy gold with gems to compete in WvW. As soon as the ones who will are kitted out, to use Arenanet’s term, then I’m done with WvW.
That will certainly mean I won’t spend more money on this game, since even though I’ve actually had a surprising amount of fun wandering around solo on my ranger leveling in pve this week, it’s WvW that would keep me coming back. And believe me, WvW, for all that I love it, has enough problems without adding one more!
~ArenaNet
maybe if you people complaining would have bought some gems, this wouldn’t have happened.
People have obviously been buying gems and a lot of them if you read the financial reports that they gave for NCSoft investors.
No, this isn’t because of the core audience not paying up. This is because P.O.S no-lifers spent 1000 hours in the game since launch and are now complaining because they’ve done everything in the game faster than any development team can hope to keep up with. Now those whiny MMO addicts have twisted the one game that didn’t pander to them.
I read the report. It did not separate out cash shop revenue. It showed GW2 making around 3 mill won (or w/e) more than B&S, 13 mill more than Aion, 20mill more than Lineage 1&2.
The thing is all these games offer some form of sub and will surpass GW2 launch sales quickly. Maybe by the end of this yeah in B&S and Aion’s case. On top of that Anet is still in the red.
Much more needs to be spent in the case shop, and people need to be happy doing it. The forst step is to get them staying in game longer. Thus the new progression system. Remember we still haven’t heard how the cash shop will play into this.
I think this is at least partially a fair assessment of the situation. Through the whole evening I’ve had a kind of impending dread to the effect of: “It looks like this experiment didn’t work out after all.” There’s probably a revenue angle, and I’m not so naive as to think there wasn’t plenty of marketing research and probably some focus testing that led to a conclusion that “We need these kind of players to play and spend money, because they’re the ones who’ll spend most, and this is about money.” —Honestly, not a bad thing in and of itself; after all, this is business. From a purely economics perspective, the sensible thing is to toss players like me to the curb now that I’ve already paid my entry fee, and try to trade me in for players who are suckers for the cash shop scams. Good luck competing for those players, though.
That’s my impression, too. I guess gamers aren’t as smart as I thought we were. Or as bored with the same old same old as I thought we were.
Oh well, as long as other people are willing to still spend money in the CS I can return to the game and piddle around for free whenever I want, I guess.
Except I don’t see how this will save the game. As others have already pointed out, no devs can keep up with the hardcore pve grinders anyway. But maybe they hope those grinders will shortcut their way to the latest gear and spend a lot of money in the process?
Not my problem anymore. I’m just going to play until I have something better to do. I got my money’s worth already. Everything else is just icing on the cake. A pity, though, I really thought for awhile that this game would last me a few years.
~ArenaNet
WHen I came to this thread yesterday saying that I’d just deleted my credit card information, I’ve been told that I’d be immature and that I should wait it out.
Well, no regrets. Just woke up, read the blogpost. Not re-entering it. Forget that.
I’ve been scammed out of quite some money already. I’m not giving a company another dime that lies and betrays their user base. Manifesto is still online but now it feels like they keep it up to add insult to injury.
So you removed your CC information from a game you don’t have to actually spend a dime on?
Yea, that will show them
I actually just removed mine simply because now I don’t know if at some point I’ll randomly walk away from the game entirely. Best to remove it now instead of maybe forgetting and then risk having my account stolen months or even years later.
~ArenaNet
Jeez I take my level 10’s in and do well in WvW. Gear really truly doesn’t have a huge affect on gameplay!
The scaling system is kinda out of whack, my level 2 guardian raised to lvl 80 is doing at least 2x the dmg that my lvl 80 full exotic ele can. He is doing 2-6k per swing in starter gear.
Real test is true 80s in exotics vs true 80s in Ascended. By looks of things, Ascended with legendary weapons will win unless they are truely bad.
I noticed this, too, as I leveled, I seemed to get weaker. Thought it was just me somehow, but if you’re right, I guess I know how to get around the dungeon grind. I’ll just reroll and play at level 10.
Except of course with limited skills that will get old fast, even if it will be hilarious for a bit.
~ArenaNet
That blog just made me a long time gw2 player. Thanks so much. Theres one thing GW2 lacked is end-game, for us who like to strive towards more power. To the rest who cant or dont have time, then dont. You can still enjoy the game, my goodness…relax.
Awesome update
Yeah, I can still enjoy the game without any of that gear, right up until the point where I get my face smashed in WvW by people who grind dungeons or pay money for gold to buy gear I can never get by doing what I want to do, namely, WvW. At which point it’s adios, GW2.
~ArenaNet
Hey, Anet! You can still save yourselves, at least as far as a lot of the WvW crowd is concerned. Just make WvW like sPvP, a level playing field with all skills unlocked and a choice of equal level gear.
~ArenaNet
This game doesn’t have a monthly fee. Gear treadmills will cost AN money because players will grind for their gear. Using up server bandwidth and not ever spending any real money in the cash shop.
Which is why I assumed from the moment I read about this new gear and the infusions that people will either be able to buy it rather than do dungeons (for hundreds and hundreds of gold, of course, necessitating either bot-like grinding or a trip to the gem store) or that there would be some other tie-in to the cash shop.
If there isn’t, I’ll be very surprised and impressed even if I still have no intention of setting foot on a dungeon gear grind treadmill.
~ArenaNet
on a somewhat unrelated note, what i hope is that they change wvw to put everyone on equal footing, rather than letting it be a place for the geared to stomp ungeared/lowbies. if this change was added then i dont see why there’d be any problem at all
I would love it if they did this.
~ArenaNet
I admit, I am jumping to conclusions and overreacting. Others may disagree, but for me, new gear with slightly better stats isn’t an issue. Except if the only way to get that gear is to dungeon grind. I don’t like dungeon grinding, especially in an MMO with no dungeon finder, and I refuse to do it.
But maybe it will be available for badges (that can be gotten in the same amount of time as someone earning the gear through dungeons) and through crafting (with mats that won’t take any longer to gather than it takes to get the gear through dungeons or WvW).
Maybe it won’t involve massive amounts of gold somewhere in the equation that will drive people into the cash shop or back to farming so obsessively that they get mistaken for bots.
Maybe I’m wrong and pessimistic and cranky for nothing.
Maybe.
~ArenaNet
If the gear is dungeon only it’s horrible. I have no intention of grinding dungeons for gear, especially in a game with no dungeon finder, and I have no intention of getting stomped by PVE Kings in WvW who are wearing gear I can’t get from doing PVP.
I’ll keep playing Guild Wars 2 until it’s not fun anymore, rolling alts, wandering around, jumping in WvW, but I don’t see myself spending more money for character slots, bank slots, or expansions. Not the way things are going.
~ArenaNet
Nooo! I’m about to log back in and go get a jungle stalker kitty, too. I have to admit, playing my ranger these past two days has made me nervous about being falsely reported. Especially since I’ve played a ton of PVE.
Need to get something to 80 finally, don’t need a ban for trying! I am not a bot! Heh. I’d run around typing that in chat over and over if I thought it would help, but it would just convince everyone the bots learned to talk.
~ArenaNet
I’m still having a lot of fun in the game personally, but I have to agree and think you bring up a lot of good points. Most of what you’ve brought up is why I’ll probably never bother myself with trying to craft a legendary. I’m okay with it taking a long time and being challenging, but in the current state, it just sounds nothing more than frustrating.
I couldn’t care less about having a Legendary and not sure I’ll ever bother throwing anything into the forge ever again, either. Unless of course some odds eventually get posted somewhere.

If you get banned for going afk alot then that would be ridiculous . Its as if Anet doesn’t want us to use the restroom, or eat or get a drink, they things that keeps us alive basically.
Imo Botters would be easily more removed if they like in Beta, had Anet employees roaming around the servers checking on popular botting issues. Hell even hire gamers that are responsible and want to make the game better and wont abuse the system to be Moderators sort of like a GM. Blizzard did this for WoW, grant it those who got this position couldn’t play normally on servers they have to be on a different GM server for playing but those want are needing a job. What better way to help the economy and those unemployed by employing people who highly enjoy this game and want to see it be shown in a good positive light.
This would be nice, would have gotten rid of those yak herding bots ruining WvW by creating queues for the rest of us a lot quicker and without nerfing escort rewards.
But since I don’t have access to Anet’s earnings report, I couldn’t say one way or the other whether they can afford to hire more people to do this, and while volunteers watching for botters and macroing afkers is a great idea, in a way we’re all supposed to be doing just that with the report feature.
Giving us the power to be judge, jury, and executioner of someone we think is violating the TOS would not be a good thing. Someone would have to review the volunteer’s report, and that person should probably be a paid employee, making it much like the current situation, where players who wish to can report other players.
~ArenaNet
So let me get this straight: If I go into a zone and the only players are bots and I want to farm or do DEs or hearts, I can’t because I might get banned?
I don’t like this message. Bots irritate me and I report them unless I’m in too much of a rush to look for them, but even following a bot train is better than trying to solo DEs on my many alts. Now I can’t use them to further my own ends? And just for clarification, is it against the TOS to deliberately use a bot train to progress?
~ArenaNet
You’ll lose guild upgrades, though. Well, not lose, they just won’t travel with you. If you return to your first server in the future, they will still be there, but on your new server, you’ll have to start from scratch on things like bank space.

Toble, I know my post was long, but did you miss where I said right off that I wasn’t trying to say that everyone making the claims I highlighted was a bot? And I finished off hoping the innocent get unbanned quickly.
You are right, automated bans based on player reporting alone would be ludicrous. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that some botters/hackers report legitimate players, especially if those players are harassing them or reporting them.
I have never known of a game company that provides precise details on why they think a user was botting or hacking, though. This is because they don’t want the people who make and use illicit programs to figure out how they were detected. Even so I understand how that would tick an innocent person off. I wouldn’t be happy about it, but it’s no court of law, they don’t have to tell players much of anything, really.
Like I said, I want the botters gone. Gone forever and ever. But I’m worried about a few things. Like people saying they were afk at a vendor or similar and came back to a ban.
Could be coincidence, but bans for no activity would be ridiculous. I go afk all the time. To heat up food, use the restroom, or have a conversation with a real life person. Except don’t you get kicked from the server eventually if you aren’t active for a certain amount of time? And if someone is macroing or running into a wall or whatever so that won’t happen, well, that’s close enough to botting for me. But then again, I’m still mad about the botters who made my server’s queues hours long.
The other worry was the VPN thing. I don’t use one, but if doing so is likely to cause false bans, Anet should have told people that. So far as I know, they haven’t actually come out and said it will get you banned, but they’ve sort of hinted it might not be the best idea to use one. Don’t hint! Just tell people not to use the darn things!
The last worry I have is the possibility of people teaming with botters or running with them while farming or doing hearts and DEs and being mistaken for a botter due to proximity. I would hope that hasn’t happened. I’ve farmed right beside bots before just to figure out if they’re farming any loot worth my time (they weren’t). I would hope that won’t be bannable, and there are so many botters sometimes that avoiding them would be a mini-game unto itself anyway.

- Siege equipment that requires slightly less supply to build.
- Personal supply caches that allow people to scrounge an extra 10 supply once every 15 minutes or so, working similar to the repair canisters.
That’s bordering to pay-to-win too much. Anything close to that will instantly have me stop playing, and I think others would do the same.
GW2 isn’t a cash shop model game, it’s a hybrid of cash shop and title purchase. I paid 55 euro for the game and that’s almost 4 months of sub time for a subscription based MMO. You’re not playing GW2 for free, you paid for it, and there is no justification for this game to ever sell power in the cash shop.
This is my take on it. I hate the fact that WvW is a gold sink in the first place. Because cash=gold through gems I was always against it. It would be horrible if they made it even worse by trying to monetize it more.
If they want to sell me anything else (aside from maybe another character slot or two in the future, since I’m an alt fiend) they need to get to work on some expansions, maybe a new race, new class, housing, or similar. Because I won’t buy gems to turn them into gold and I sure won’t buy pay to win junk for PvP. I like World vs World, not Wallet vs Wallet.

I hear I’ve been missing some good fights this week. Darn real life obligations.
