Condition gears are for PvP they aren’t meant for PvE. All classes can be glass cannons and do tons of damage while not every class can be condition because condition are used for PvP, and at PvE only AoE purpose only. You can’t make others stats do the same dps as berserker. Each stats has its own purpose like Soldier for tanking, Clerics for supporting/healing, Rabid for AoE/PvP, Berserker/Assassin to nuke and suicide and etc.
Let’s give an example for necro.
Cond necro=normal damage+nice for aoe
Berserker Necro=nuke damage with low survival and less aoe damage.
Why would both do the same damage? if they’ll do the same damage means Cond will be stronger cuz he has pluses for aoe and surviva while berserker has low survival and less aoe and would make berserker useless.
If Anet nerfs the critical damage then we glass cannons would be useless. What in the world have you thinking about nerfing it? Because non skilled rookies/players complained it’s too over powered and that they can’t survive with berserker/assassin gear? You want the hardcore players to use lower damage like others so others won’t die? People that can’t play glass cannon at Dungeons/FotM has no right to complain and shout to nerf critical damage. If it happens my work on my gear will go to waste and I won’t enjoy my big numbers and fast rushing anymore and won’t want to play anymore. Instead nerfing to play with traits and crap, add some useful permament content like raids 10-20 people and new maps with hardcore bosses then glass cannons would have problems.
jelly people without skills don’t want people to sell arah cuz it makes ’em to feel bad how someone alone manages to complete a dungeon and sell in the same time while he got wiped a lot of times with 4 more people who have no skills.

You can’t eliminate Glory because it’s part of the PvP currency or it’ll become p2win skins. which doesn’t suit pvp at all. It’s nice to get extra gold but the main currency for pvp should be glory to buy ingredients/chests for pvp. gold is just a bonus in general.
We must not rely on gold to get cooler skins in pvp unless it’s legendary/ascended.
You have to add more combo stats so more builds will be used.

Maplestory has the fame system and it quit ridiculous, because numbers in fame/reputation are very colored that doesn’t really shows person personality.
People scam fame in Maplestory. You can meat a kittenbag with 500 fame and meat a nice guy with 100 fame. But in your logic the higher the bar the nicer the person?

We can salvage exotic but not ascended is really ridiculous.
Making ‘em salvageable ain’t enough you also need to move blacklion salvage kit to vendor and not gems and make an ascended salvage kit which does 100% everything.
Nah it’s lame I think we need our crits and conditions. There are condition players and berserkers who wants to deal damage and just can’t cuz it’s not an NPC just targets immune to crits/conds.
Need to add more bosses with phases and they summon adds but not just adds who does 100 damage but doing problems to the party if they’re not killed or something.
Need more bosses with breath attacks but huge flashy breath attacks. Also we lack giant bosses. Most of our bosses are humanoid. Need some cool creatures and giants beasts/bugs (I don’t mean some stupid animals like lion bear etc) Take example from Mabinogi Heroes (Vindictus) Bosses and their gameplay. Glas Ghaibhleann and the Dragon.

I agree that the one who gets into the dungeon and ragequit may ruin our time.
Plus, the vote kick is ridiculous. X asks to kick Y and only one Z accepts and Y is kicked out which is no vote kick at all because there are still 2 more people to vote.
So why 2 blockheads (X and Z) get offended over nothing has the right to kick someone who did more than ‘em while others didn’t want to kick that person.
Everything else is great just improve those 2 things.

I agree with this thread but need more logical explanations and Anet won’t do news areas that fast. They prefer to work on some useless Living Story which isn’t related to any of the elder dragons, races, Tyria nor any gw2 lore but just achievements to grind.
I think it’ll take year or half for ’em to make a new area like Underworld/Ring of Fire/Fissure of Woe/Crystal Desert/etc.

I’m in server desolation (very high population) and whenever the pre-event must start and I go there I get into an overflow. I can’t get in there in time while others camp half hour before the pre event starts.
I suggest Anet must expand the servers so all the people will get in or make few servers for the same timer in the same world so all can practice.
Since they have long ears like elves, I’d replace the elf option with largos but also need human color skin for it. A new race won’t hurt the game.
How can I know when they’ll kick me, so basically can’t to print screen in time.
Why party chat disappears when I leave it/getting kicked of it after switching map? all others chat are saved but party not. What’s the problem here? I rage when I get kicked for no reason and don’t even remember their names. I can’t avenge ’em for spending my time in a dungeon for nothing.

I’m not against the template that someone asks me to accept his inspection request.
If he wants to see my gear/traits/achievements, I can choose yes or no.
Stalking people’s gear and traits without permission maybe break privacy so at least make inspection requests but do it. I have to who do I add to a dungeon group.
That’s a basic option in MMORPG, people wear wrong items for anything shall break their head a bit and advance a bit
I think we need the inspect option to see other player’s armory, traits and achievements. Each game has that option but gw2 doesn’t have it.
It’s hard to tell if the person is skilled or not without checking his gear, of course gear doesn’t always show the player’s skill, But we need at least some clue who do we take with us to the group or any sort of event. I’m also curious to check people sometimes when I’m bored. It’s a basic option in any MMORPG.
Since there are no addons in this game, we must have something to know how much damage I have and how much damage my party members do while we are in a dungeon. I think Arenanet must add the option to have a recount in game, so we can check what have we accomplished and if all the hard work was worth it or not.

Knuckles doesn’t suit necromancer.
I prefer the necromancer to have dual axe, dual sword and greatsword.
If you made your characters just to get more reward from dungeons, I feel like you made them for the wrong reasons.

but to create asura get you must visit the other side first and to get to the other side you must first go without an asura gate first. you have to build 2 gates (not 1 and 2nd pops).

I think we need a giant portal of underworld in order to get to the underworld, the world of dead, shadows, abyss and despair. a hellish nether place where you could see stronger monsters which couldn’t get through the portal because of their massive aura force and strength level which the portals rejected, but their powers are so big that they effect the living world (tyria), gives a boost to zhaitan to duplicate it’s risen, undead and scourge powers. I know my graphic designs are terrible at the PC but I just made some basic idea to make new maps in world. To make new dungeons, jumping puzzles, events, bosses and even fortresses anti shadow corruption air that would be inside giant bubbles to separate it with clear oxygen so can make life and food inside. Players must use an additional upgrade on their head slot to able to breathe in the underworld. A possibility to find Grenth itself there which is trying to hold the gates of underworld closed while rebellions are against him and trying to open it.
Ideas of monsters there: Shadow serpents, insects, mutations, abominations, behemoths, leviathans.
There can be a cool world boss there: Shadow Dragon which will actually will move from place to place and lock players with emerald flame breathe which will take entire screen and knockdown players spreading shadow whips and charging into players with no mercy without any safe spots, and the battlefield will be on few flying rocks which need to jump all the time from one to another and slide on things and actually use tools which are necessary to hit the boss. who falls down to the green rotten toxic will die and can be WPed out of the territory ‘cuz if the event starts the gates of the Shadow Dragon’s territory closes. and players can’t get inside. which will dying players not able to help the others and reduce the chance of winning.

marnick.4305@ the hardcore players are way more relevant than those who dies fast and then ragequit game. We hardcore players want challenge and not just stand in the same spot and shoot skills blindly and get crap loot.
We want the dragons to wipe the whole group easily with fire/ice/scourge/laser breathes, move like a real reptile without hesitation and destroy everything in its path.
And we don’t want any safe spots but always to move just like lupicus in arah path 3.

A giant skull pukes scourge on the monsters. With the staff to make it a big scythe like from soul eater but dark one and do a slash that sends a wave like Mesmer but dark.
Also 4th skill could take the staff as is it going to stab someone but then it shoots dark/scourge laser from the top of the staff.
nothing is great in weapon that doesn’t do flashy skills, stop looking at its damage and dots because it’s not wow with recount who runs highest numbers wins the raid and doesn’t even see his skills.
everyone has flashy skills except necromancer/ranger/warrior

But I wanted ‘em to be atheists which anti any kind of belief which they think of ’emselves as superior to others. Arrogant race which succeeds in his way. Their armor style is like of a shogun warriors like hashirama from naruto or shredder from teenage mutant ninja turtles. Their structures and building could be actually architectures. They seek power but training ’emselves and battle against all kinds of creatures. Their pets are reptiles, anakondas, aligators, raptors, and some big/medium herbivore dinosaurs which can be their mount supplies just like cow/bulls for human. Normally they’re not interested in weapons but trust their own power of their claws, brute force and hard scales but for proffesion they do use weapons just like any character.
Their leader can be called Katsenelson. Their sworn enemy Primordus because he personally destroyed their homes and killed a lot of the reptilians and was forgotten race/island which people thought they went extinct. They were former primordus soldiers which they saw something is wrong about Primordus and was against him and for that they paid the heavy price but they seek revenge.
They hide in the jungles where are volcanos and having underground bases which has traps. They like earth and can also breathe underwater.
They are hard to understand and it takes patience to get their trust, they use low heavy voice (cooler than charr) with Russian accent would be cool.

Why those world bosses can’t hurt us a bit more or make the shatterer to fire purple breath on the whole map and not some tiny flares. Make tequatl to fire sludge/acid. Make claw of jornag to breath ice beam on people or something make some difficulity and not just a dragon standing there to get killed. The only hard bosses are Balthazar and Grenth because of kitten but generally all world bosses are boring and people just come to grind items on ’em.
Necromancer has crap skills with staff, first skill is to shoot lame undead hand and all others are little marks which is boring, make some scythe slashing, storm, throwing, laser attacks which will be interesting, why others has cooler skills on staff and necromancer just marks? Why in general necromancer doesn’t have big showing skills, you barely see necromancer skills which is quite reminds me of WoW. Why elementalist can make huge lightning, air attacks while necromancer tiny bugs/tiny slashing and area of effect on the ground only. Why Mesmer take 1/3 of the screen with his psychic illusion powers. I’m getting pretty bored of how the necromancer’s skills look like, Especially staff which makes it want to puke.
I’d like Anet to add a name change service but race change service it just ruins your personal story and how did you describe your character at the start which is too much I think.
