Same could be said before relinking or even linking itself. “Bandwagoning” isn’t probably something that can be stopped without community uproar. This is an old issue and these periods of overwhelming odds and even odds are and have been determined by the players. Anet can relink all they want and players will eventually get back together regardless.
Still waiting to instantly fill the next 20 masteries they release for wvw… :/
To use a more accurate term. No. Wvw gear has not been downgraded to pvp status.
Engineer tech is unique compared to asura tech. Asura tech makes use of magic while engineer tech is more like what we would use in the real world. I do remember hearing an asura scientist talking about engi tech saying he didn’t understand how it worked without magic. Just crossed my mind.
Set yourself to offline status while in wvw is the global option. Otherwise you would just need to take that first whisper and block them after.
Right click to block them. This adds their account name to your ignore list.

Only problem I see with char model limit is it is the setting that has the largest hit to fps. I will turn it up for now but a fix would be appreciated.

Nah boon share is fine. Now damage, that’s a problem. Just remove damage from wvw, we don’t need it anyways and it just ruins everything.
As posted above they can’t tell your exact reason for disconnecting. You are going to need to get down and solve your blue screening problem. Out of curiosity, have you solved many bsod before?
For this game, it won’t do much. But looking at specs for new cards (1070/80) that is one hell of an upgrade if GW2 isn’t your only game. Now I only have hearsay regarding prices but from what I heard, the 1070 will give the biggest bang for buck.
Also, these cards are new releases that are going to blow Titans out of the water.
I know CPU is the bottleneck. But I am inquiring about the broader picture. Assuming you play any other game than Guild Wars 2, I simply recommend waiting.
I would personally wait. The new 1070 and 1080 are coming out soon and are going to blow even the current Titan X out of the water for roughly half that price too. I can’t be sure of your situation but I would highly recommend you wait and purchase a computer with one of the new cards when they come out.
Just take that as a side note. Regarding your question, I can’t speak for Alienware hardware but the specs are on par to play GW2 at max settings. Some situations in WvW will still cause major fps loss or latency but there isn’t much we can do about that.

I personally would like the gear in wvw to stay as is. If you thought Anet got flak for what wvw was like a month ago, just wait for what it would be like if they made the build system like pvp. :/
You will see a significant fps improvement the lower your ‘character model limit’ option is. It’s at the bottom in the graphics tab of the options menu.

Last we tested. Engineer lock on trait applies reveal to thieves but does not strip stealth. It does strip stealth on mesmers so this is a bug. For the time being, make sure you know roughly how much time before lock on is off CD and when you get hit in stealth, don’t attack and just wait out the reveal. I haven’t seen any patch notes addressing this issue so it should still work for now. Let me know if they patched it.

I believe I have found out how this bug occurs (and you may have as well but I will explain anyways). I will try my best to explain but I am bad at doing so…
Previously if you stole half way through a heartseeker leap, you would shadowstep to your target (assuming you were within the steal range) and you would successfully extend the range of the heartseeker (essentially what we’re doing when we do this combo). When we do this we add whatever distance we traveled to the distance we are able to achieve with steal.
For one reason or another this bug causes you to rubber band only when you try extend the range of the heartseeker (or similar skill). E.g. If I started a heartseeker and tried to add the extra range of the steal to the range I already traveled with the HS; the game will no longer take that extra range into account and will send you back only the distance the HS can obtain (450).
This bug will occur ONLY if you’re out of range of a regular steal though. So as a quick summary: From the moment you start your HS + Steal combo you only have the 900 range of the steal to work with. Anything over that and you will be sent back to the max range of the HS (450).
Following this rule I have not encountered this bug near as often. I only encounter it when I misjudge the range. I hope this explanation helps some of you. Good day all! ^^
This would be a rather hard discussion. All changes listed in the Dec 10th post are subject to change. By Dec 10th they could come up with a completely new list. (With exception to some things that need to be fixed).
Only thing I found that has been viable at least until the minions are ready again is to save the elite for lich form and when moa wears off go immediately into lich form and summon all those jagged horrors. They last long enough and give you enough toughness that you can last until the other minions are ready. Just a matter of whether or not you are comfortable running without FG. Works for me most of the time.
From what I have observed so far. In the upper tier matches if the roaming groups of one server manage to gain the +150 to all stats it makes it near impossible for other server’s roamers to take them back unless they bring double numbers. As far as the how the bloodlust affects zergs, these orbs I have noticed are giving zergs enough power to the point where they can almost just drop their tactics and bull rush everything they see.
I am not fond of the bloodlust buffs since it eliminates even ground fights (duels and gvg); but I do like the ability to score points with stomping. If/when (probably) they remove bloodlust I would hope that they would leave behind the ability to score points through kills.
