Ran into this twice in a row. I defeat one of my allies, interact with the rift and the ally doesn’t join me in the fight and Mordremoth is permanently invulnerable.
A second bug we managed to work around earlier in the same fight was that I couldn’t interact with the reality rift (as a sylvari) when Mordremoth was trying to control my character. Please look into this Anet, I am not going to keep getting that far into the fight and not be able to complete it.
I was getting crashes about every hour. Managed to mitigate it by setting GW2-64.exe to high priority. Might work for someone else.
Since new patch, crashes in wvw at least have been happening much more frequently.
Good input guys! I know Anet has their own vision of a Necromancer, but I don’t believe that their view can’t be wavered, especially with the game going through balance changed on a “regular” basis.
I mostly roam with my guild, and my gear is trailblazer armor with rabid/dire trinkets and rabid weapons. Crit chance is 25% which I am finding works well for me to proc bleeds and sigil effects.

1. Remove server transferring and then manually redistribute active population as the game fluxes.

I was just wondering what the community thought about the idea of making “Summon Flesh Wurm” an instant cast skill. This way it would act as a more reliable gap maker/closer and the necromancer/reaper’s most reliable blast finisher. I just thought this would be a bit of a quality of life change and I wanted to get your ideas and opinions on it.
Just… Bomb them? Coordinate with your team/squad to make sure they don’t get up. Works 99% of the time. Sure a tanky rezzer may not go down but thd downed will still die.
Crashes seem to happen randomly. Error tells me GW2 is trying to read from memory it’s now allowed to. Would be nice if ANet looked into this.
I wouldn’t put all your faith in Camelot Unchained. Many legacy games that have created new iterations have bombed, but yes, I am also looking foward to its release.
Condition meta? Didn’t even notice.
Guess we just never run into good warriors. Most of the time we just sit and wait to kill them while their endure pains wear out. :/

In another scenario, players transferring servers can cause this same kittenty effect. Not very valid points considering all the variables when it comes to population and game balance.
Me and my guild can find a use for pretty much anything (with limits). Just never found a good enough warrior or rev to run with before, so can’t speak for those.
I don’t post my own threads often on these forums but, I still use rifle even more often than Hammer or p/p and I would just like to throw a proposal forward to Anet. I have made a few comments on other threads about this but now it will have its own:
A lot of times I see myself looking at the firearms tree and really want the “Skilled Marksman” trait, only to see that the rest of my choices just aren’t worth anything. My proposal is to at least test rifle with “Skilled Marksman” baseline. This gives a modest CD and attack speed increase for rifle skills. The last thing I would like to recommend is adding a short evade frame to Jump Shot.
These changes or changes like these I would gladly welcome on the rifle. Please discuss and share your thoughts.
I am fine with this but it would have to only be on application, not tick. Also, only damaging conditions.
If you really want balance in wvw tiers, the devs will have to act as arbiters. They will have to distribute population as evenly as possible and then lock server transfers from now on. Have a feeling that would cause a bit of backlash, not to mention a skill gap between players on opposing servers that can’t be accurately measured…
Net doesn’t paralyze, it immobilizes. In that case why not just ask to add a second to that?

2. There are many more effective ways of doing this than relying on a net shot to land.
Personally I would like to see the rifle CD/Attack speed trait in firearms to be made baseline and/or have evade frames added to jump shot. As for net shot, the buff it got this patch is nice and very noticeable and is fine the way it is.
Anet does not use administrative power to capture and claim keeps. It is not a privilage to work at Anet. Despite what you may think, people actually have to apply and work their kitten off to get decent jobs and you are sitting here as if they are handed everything. Get your head out of your kitten and do something about them taking your keep. They aren’t going to take your kitten using any means not already available to you as a player.
They returned the old maps early because majority wanted it. These fights you say that don’t exist were the reason the old maps were boring. Nobody wanted to be on the new map. Your reasons for wanting the old maps back are pointless. It was also already mentioned, if there is one or two people in a tower, why would they suicide and accomplish nothing by not using the resources available to them? People aren’t going to just sit there picking their noses so you can have a free capture. Suck it up…
My guild runs small group in T1 NA. You’d be surprised the impact you can make with 3-5 people that know what they’re doing.
While on paper it may work, putting this into action is a different story. Say using this you do manage to get the most even balance of population possible, it still doesn’t take into account server performance. Some servers can do more with less while some servers can’t compete despite a higher population. Assuming a scenario like this happens (which is highly likely), that alone will throw off the matchups. Once again you will see higher population servers overwhelming a tier that they have dropped down to, or having a less populated server in a match they can no longer compete in.
So many more factors affect this outcome and all of this doesn’t even take into account ability of players to transfer or how frequently they do so.
“Proof” is not taking a single profession and showing that one of its condition builds are better than one of its power builds.

Our guild is extremely small and despite that we recently got our +5 back. There were a few major contributors within the guild so I can say that it was achieved by a small number of people. Aside from that, if you want the buff back it will take quite a bit of doing sadly.
Because the some of them that do have partners manned up and asked her out.
Doesn’t happen often but a couple of times recently my group targetted an enemy we were moving in on during a decent fight but he was almost completely obscured by the “so and so took stonemist castle” message that appeared in the middle of my screen. I personally would like it to be changed to a chat box only notification or at least be able to toggle it off.
There are so many variables that could affect this matchup problem, anywhere from algorithm bugs to loss of long time players. I don’t spvp much, but from an objective standpoint it is quite likely that spvp is losing more players than it is taking in. Eventually, you are going to be getting matches where the difference in games played between you and the rest of your team are going to be so large, it will feel like you’re carrying the team anyways. Don’t take this as an authoritative post. These are merely possibilities.

The “Nuke” tactivator is what I am waiting for. Destroy all tactics on map including ally team. 1 second cool down, constructed with 4 packets of salt and available to level 1 guilds. But… I know we’re too far along now… Q.Q

Needs to be said again. Skills were once split between the three game modes. Anet merged them and gave their reasons and said that it will not be reverted. Asking for this over and over again will only cause them to ignore your arguement. Unless you can get a monsterous number of players to back you, they might listen. Probably not.
Because, who wants nice things?

To necro postings. Sacrifice summons. Only works on flesh golem, shadow fiend, and bone fiend, but on my necro I can run around at 100% without trash mobs and it takes less time that it takes you to run to the mob to kill it.
If you think the lag is bad now, remove limit and then tell me how long it takes before you can move again.
Imo, if I can do it manually (yes): it’s worthless.
If they allow gliding as-is, expect a ton of invisible walls and bugs at that. Lag I believe has already been mentioned.
