What an insane day it has been.

Regarding the changes

In the positive

1. Roaming has become way more fun
2. Adding stat bonus as a reward is a good step forward
3. Added incentive to WvWvW
4. Use of heights as strategy was factored in during the map design
5. Greatly increased the need for everyone on that particular map to work in unison
6. Surprise tactics by rushing on said occupied point creates anticipatory jitters
7. Some use of water combat is still in-play
8. Felt like I was playing in an entirely new map. It was a good feeling for the stalemate feeling we had in the BL.

In the negative

1. Roaming has become harder for duos or singles
2. Stat Bonus is too much. 25 would be better than 50.
3. Increased Lag reported by all players
4. falling off the map into unintended areas ,i.e. map glitch
5. 3 out of 5 cap points should be increased to 4 out of 5 to balance reward and sacrifice

Overall, I think the WvWvW team are heading in the right direction.

Noodles definitely needs to found more guilds. You can’t have enough tags no one remembers!

You might want to take a break if you’ve founded four guilds and the member base has told you to kick rocks every time.

Maybe play solo and relax a little while. Have a beer, do some hand modeling, enjoy life etc.

Nvidia. Pretty sure one of the 320.xx drivers killed my card. I’ve heard of other people having the same issue. It is effecting alot of GTX460/560 users.

I run my 460gtx sli on fairy dust. Ok no, but seriously, i have no problems with new drivers. I will say that i think its time to re-apply thermopaste since its now almost 2 and a half years old. (my i-7 cpu doesnt want to give me 4ghz anymore)

Doing so would invalidate the time people spend acquiring that gear. I think the heart of your post is in the right place, but what we would rather do is make possible for people to get the gear by playing WvW with a sprinkling of PvE, rather than the other way around.

Exactly. I worked kitten my ele to get ascended by doing dailies and monthlies. Any reversion would greatly upset a large number of folk that worked hard in WvW for ntheir gear.

On a side note , increase the drop rate of precursors in WvW from player kills or chests.

While it is very unlikely we would put supply runs in straight up like this, it is very likely something of this nature will make its way into the game in the future. I too think there would be a serious value to allowing supply to be strategically moved by players. One note is that we would not likely set it up such that players could pull supply from a depot and move it to another directly, because that would almost definitely create some serious conflict and open the door to griefing and sabotage even more than it already is. It’s definitely on the table though.

@Devon, this is the right direction. Also Devon and Mike, ESOL beta stress tests is revealing that GW2 has nothing to worry about in terms of RvRvR(WvWvW)

We are not really desperate, but not going to lie it would be very helpful, we only really have 2 main time zones. However like you said a lot of T2-3 servers have only 1 time zone so I can see your point. We just want to be more competitive vs BG and SoR is all.

I root for AR too. Judging from the score it doesn’t look that likely this week.

I see some use in having a league now. It will mean the top 6 giant servers in NA will be paired (the 3 Mega servers from each side + 4 Med. Population servers + 4 low pop servers) . But again , there is no specific details yet. I know the week of 15 *rng was tweaked alittle more to be more diverse. ALot of transfers are also now ongoing due to the fear of transfer lock-out.

then you take that sum.

so here [gold(3) x 5] + [silver(1)x4] + [Bronze (o) x 1] = 19

Now , the maximum points you could have gotten would have been to have
won every single matchup which = gold(3) x 10 = 30

So the potential points you have made is that 19 divide by the max allowable which is 30 to get is 63.333%

Take note that the average score , as of week 14 is- 44.435

They best way to understand BG is to imagine a 5 Floor gigantic Wagon Bus with an extremely deep pocketed bus conductor.

From what i know about FA, is that FA consist of very veteran players with only 1 or 2 wagon guilds. But BG is still huge

One may even say BG has 3 times the players of JQ and JQ has 1.5x the number of FA

So far, FA is doing a good job. Keep it up folks
