This, Razethh probably is one of the very few real hardcore one in WARD. No matter the time when PRX went unoffical, or the time JQ just lost EMP and FOO in a sudden; everyone is a hardcore WvWer when winning(hell JQ had 4 map Que while in T2,then back to T1 we now still have 4 map outmanned sometimes), but only a few still showed strong passion while server went through the worst time; putting extra hours, willing the leading the pugs in other timezones while lacking guildie support. Losing one of this kind of player is a huge loss to JQ.

On the bright side, I am happy to see there are still a lot of JQ commanders and guilds who didn’t give up on JQ, and a lot of them become much stronger than before after went through all those days.

How did JQ lose EMP ? All 180 of us are still here. FOO never left. Im glad, however that you made some correct observations.

The commander system is only the barest hint of what we would like it to be in the long term. There are a lot of things that should be better, including the visibility of squads, and we’ll make sure to not only incorporate feedback we see on the boards but also actively seek out feedback as we flesh the system out in the future.

The future should be now though…. this has been complained about for 9 months (I’ve only played for that long. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a day 1 issue). I realize things move slowly, but you’ve been here for 5 months you said? And all we have to show for it is WXP chests and a poorly implemented WXP skill system.

At some point things need to happen now instead of constantly using Blizzard’s ’SOON’tm where soon is any period from 3 months from now to never, but certainly never now..

I support this 100%. I’m in a 40+ players guild who think the same.

Its not just your 40+ player guild but the 3.2 million GW2 player base that agrees.

The only time blizzard will ever get to see my money will be Warcraft 4. Which we know wont happen until 2016.

Why not just put a lvl 240 Dragon there that respawns only once every 36 hours and has a chance to drop precursors

I am a bit saddened today as I am going to have to cut back my time spent as Holder of the Missionary Position in the Holy Church of Jedsus Chris of Saturday Feints. Typically I could spend many hours a week completely dedicated to this position, but last weeks acting up by little JQ has made it extra clear to me that something must be done to repair this dysfunctional relationship between SoR and BG before someone winds up dead in a ditch. Today I am announcing that I will be returning to my previous position as marriage counselor to the aforementioned couple.

Now, I know little JQ is going through that special time in its life when its body of players is changing. Certain areas of coverage are getting larger and its starting to notice that cute RP server down the street, TC. That is why little JQ needs a proper example set for it by SoR and BG and each of them attempting to use JQ to get back at the other is not the way to go about this. With that in mind, I challenge everyone to go out and have fun together this week so that this family tier can be a wholesome one!

The decision who to PWN this week has been made by the council and i was just informed of the news.

JQ is actually a senior citizen if you look at our total medal count for this entire year

This is my question, Anet will lock any forum that talks about exploits or hacks being used. I have seen countless screenshots, videos, and many many different forms of hacks/exploits. Many deny, prolly in hopes that is is OP build and pro players. But with so much evidence pointing to the fact that what is being done is hurting the overall economy of the game, why has anet not put the foot down and fixed the client side to prevent these? If it is in spvp or pve they appear to patch it immediately, but wvw seems to be abbandoned. In-game report system seems to be broken, as nothing is ever done about it. If i report a player on our server for verbal abuse or spamming, he should be muted instantly, while a GM investigates. Does anet not make enough to afford a GM for wvw? Are they profiting from the exploiters bying gems? Do you really expect ppl to invite others to play a game that allows exploiters to go unchecked? You will only get more exploiters if ya do nothing about it. The elephant is in the room anet, blockin forums, ignoring the problems is not goin to get the elephant to leave.

It is very hard to block certain type of hacks. This has been the bane of MMOs since 1998.

The dark age of Camelot frontier, and some of the same mechanics like relics, movable siege, better choke points.

As purely a WvW’er, I’m sitting on the following and cannot use any of it:

1) 2.5m Karma (+64 Jugs of karma)
2) 734 Skill Points
3) Every piece of gear for my character (used all badges) + 4500 badges left over

None of which is truly useful in WvW, as I already had my primary gear sets before the changes to badges.

Where’s our unique gear that we can use these aspects of the game play that we acquire in WvW?

Why are you segregating and marginalizing people who play WvW and PvP?

I have over 1650 hrs on my guardian and still no Legendary, still no map completion, still haven’t set foot into 90% of the dungeons….

Boy, do I feel mislead about a “Player vs Player” centric game.

Clearly, people are only “legendary” if they PvE.

I imagine a lot of SEA guilds would leave. As an Oceanic I’d be tempted to join, but the language barrier would be an issue.

I think everything would be in Mandarin. I really hope that SEA guilds dont leave because so much friendship has been created this year , including co-ordination.

A plus side is that more money will be pumped into WvW(hopefully).

tbh all a 1v1 shows is a servers holes in coverage

BG has the upper hand in SEA compared to SOR , SO they can tick high in that time and then push from there into EU like BG does

now BG vs JQ

BG and JQ sea both very strong, BUT BG has the advantage durinng EU compared to JQ

now for BG/JQ/SOR

BG sea gets matched by JQ, and BG eu gets matched by SOR’s eu. So as u can see the 3 way of JQ BG SOR is the closest thing to even as it can get

in wvw coverage wins, and in 1v1 coverage becomes an even bigger advantage

SoR has the upper in EU and NA EST, we don’t have the upper in SEA. SoR has a huge SEA population and can compete but JQ demoralized your SEA to the point of no return.

BG’s strongest time has always been NA PST & Oceanic, and even then it’s an uphill battle.

JQ has multiple SEA guilds. And thats not including the international guilds.

JQ TS also has a chinese speaking only sub channel. The co-ordination is amazing and when there is a need for the entire full force to funnel into a given map , I strongly suggest BG and SoR stay away.

SoR SEA force is not great and BG SEA force are greater than SoR forces but i am not sure about quality.

JQ has both the quantity and quality.

This chnage alone will create what DAOC knows has RELIC RAID.

If you dont know, RELIC RAIDS were extremely memorable. Having such raids on such a grand scale, even though, back then the FPS was around 8~20 was fun.

The WvW team has ex-mythic employees now, and Anet has countless of ex-blizzard staff. Expect your jaw to drop with awe with incoming changes to wvw.

For Hybrid DnD builds, Mistform can save you from the “oh crap” moment when aura is down to mitigate burst damage

ANother fancy trick is to Mistform into enemies, hit e4 , e5 and a4,a5 out to create “suprise motha fisher”

Devon does not have the final say. Mike does But Anet is a very flatline structure, similar to valve, and their Main goal is this : TO MAKE MONEY.

Anet is venturing into this F2P model with tf2 store like items for the very first time on such a large scale. If anything, GW3 will come maybe in 10 years, or never. DX 11.1 GW is already in the pipelines.

Anet is also venturing into cloud computing with a game engine that was BUILT from scratch. Almost eveything in Anet gw2 was built from scratch

Most of NCsoft RnD aare allocated a budget of 7% of NP . They make a gross margin of ~27%.

Their shares are trading at PE of 18 , while not a good indicator is quite bullish.

According to test, DnD Autocast A1 hits the most over a period of 10seconds. It also has a cone effect of about 90 degrees.

A1 is good with SoR

3.) Will you be changing cumbersome or pointless skills like fire grab and dragon’s tooth?

• Yes we are replacing firegrab with firekaboom which is a 360 radius 2000 unit 10,000 damage spell. As for dragon’s tooth , it is working as intended , meaning anyone dumb enough to stand under one, should get hit under one.

4.) Are there any plans to change GoEP from stunbreak and place it anywhere else? I have seen zero elementalists use it.

• We are working on it.

5.) In a new condition meta, do you see yourselves helping elementalists fit in? We currently don’t 100% fit in, as this forum would tell you.

6.) Are elementalists a priority for post PAX changes?
