Shortly after TC took FA’s keep on EB, we paid FA’s spawn a visit. That wasn’t cool, and I helped convince our commander to leave this area. Of course, the 60-man TC zerg wiped us as we tried to leave, so we got our come-up-ins.

Tkitten TC zerg is big enough to take most of the map, so we’re a little lucky that we have the siege bug.

I don’t understand 2v1 talk. It’s a 3 way battle, there’s always gonna be 2 servers attacking you at almost anytime.

If this happens past your prime time, surely you see that if you’re smaller in numbers you become the natural target for capping points? Who wants to go through hours of fights and wipes just to secure something that is so well defended?

To add to, and clear this up a little:

1) Over the past few weeks it has appeared that TC and FA are leaving each other alone to concentrate on DB.
2) This has been confirmed to be PURELY COINCIDENCE by one of FA’s main ex-guild leaders (who did a great job in EB last night, btw)- there is no official alliance between TC and FA.
3) Unofficial alliances, however, are part of WvW. If we want to push a particular server, we usually force the 3rd server to stop attacking us – hence, unofficial alliance. That’s probably all that is happening.

Everybody that claims a 2v1 is occurring is forgetting one very important fact: Your server is not good enough to overcome an actual legitimate 2v1. You would need to replicate Kaineng’s post-bandwagon population dominance in Tiers 8-5 or so in order to overcome this much alleged 2v1 collusion and frankly the WvW servers cannot support one server fielding that amount of people.

Additionally every claim of a 2v1 speaks poorly of that individual’s understanding of how this WvW thing works. If two forces are engaging each other (trying to take a keep or something) you have a window to go and take an objective nearly unopposed. No matter which objective you go and take the owner of that objective is able to perceive what occurred as a 2v1.

Plus TC and FA hate each other. No way our guilds would bury the past ~3 months of contests and forum posts (or the ~2 months of contests late last year) just because DB won some matches.

No server in this Tier could withstand an actual 2v1 not just Dragonbrand

The DB NA is largely west coast. They’ll be out by 8pm Ekittenll force by 9pm typically. There are a few NA/EU/Oceanic guilds talking to DB anout xferring here. I’m laying by a pool right now. Just reading up on a few things :p I’m hungry give me some tooooooaaaaasssst

Given I’m not around so I have no idea what’s going on, I’m still very surprised DB would allow TC to take most of our home map. Guys need to have a meeting, reorganize, rally , and lock it down. Home BL is always your #1 priority. If you are raiding on another map switch back for a few moments, knock them out, and go back to your previous map (which you should be holding with arrow carts until your return).

DB NA forces clearly have the strength and numbers as on reset we could tick 340 PPT 1 hour in with no problem. Again, organize raid times to overlap with other guilds, build a stronger relation with our Oceanic and SEA guilds to coordinate their raid times, and lastly, reaching out to the same commanders that lead everyday (that are not in the major powerhouse guilds) and have a talk with them on how they can maximize the effort their spending in aiding our PPT.

Lions Arch response times should be used to. If your getting screwed on your home map, hop in LA and yell for help. If you see the call for help switch between your guilds and ask for a quick surge of reinforcements even if you can only contribute for 5 minutes. you are doing something to help.

Get back to building those cardboard box forts!!!!

Why do you keep posting the score? I have done a lot of GvG’s and never seen anyone so disrespectful, which is counter to what GvG’s are about.

??? Its not Zerg vs Zerg. When two guilds agree to gvg they have every right to post the official scoring and videos. In fact, people do want to know the scores therefore your argument is invalid. Clearly you don’t do GvG’s right. We lost to VoTF, they posted a score and we didn’t complain. We actually posted a video of our loss in respects to the match. Point and case .

I assure you this isn’t a pervasive attitude on TC. We and FA do seem to be something like T1 gatekeepers, but watching KN fall was downright depressing. The last thing I ever want to see again is for a server to implode. Keep it up guys! T2 is the place to be!

Which server in tier 2 has the best NA and best guilds?

Best NA is anyone’s game. It all depends on who has a better lead in from euro prime time. In terms of best guild, well I think it’s been we’ll established that BT from FA is the strongest/scariest in the tier, though each server has their strong guilds.

Agg is rather scary too. I’d like to know who comes out on top of an Agg vs BT fight.

That said, I’ve been in CERN and PiNK zergs that have wiped BT zergs, and been in a CERN/EP zerg that wiped Agg a couple times. KH is also a bloody powerhouse I’d never want to go up against.

I think we have some very powerful guilds, but it’s rare that I get the opportunity to see them face off against the big contenders from other servers.

In any case, BT and Agg are both very skillful, no doubt about that.

Agg is probably the best enemy guild that I’ve seen currently on tier 2. They are super fun to fight against in zerg fights because they have a great commander(s) and people who listen to that commander.

I usually do not post in this thread but I have a question and hopefully someone will have an answer for me.

I was duoing with a buddy last night in Eternal Battleground. At one point, we were running away from a TC guild zerg (I think the tag was EA/EB/Esomething/these guys like to spawn camp and such). We got away but they decided to hide behind a wall. I thought they were going to take the tower behind us but they sent in a mesmer instead and tried to portal bomb us.

Now, I’m fine with people using portal to bomb but in this case what for? 2 people? With 25 people? I’m not mad, angry or whatever. Actually, I thought it was quite funny because they failed to killed us with 2 portal bombs. I just confused as to why they would portal bomb 2 people.
