So back to content. They said some time ago they want people to have guaranteed ways to get things in several ways. They did add ascended gear which I understand the community had some trouble understanding as it was slightly against the ideals of what was mentioned at the beginning. But then they added more currencies, more ways to achieve them so that it was not considered “elite” gear. The overall stats are better yes, but you rarely need anymore than rare or exotic for most aspects of the game. Now people asked for more items on gem store, and they added them. But as per their belief “we do not want the store to contain items that players cannot get in game without spending cash”, they are looking to simply keep to what they promised.
As the community changes so does the game. And because of the desires and direction the gamer take the content the developers and designers adjust. Sometimes it is a welcome adjustment, sometimes its a bit hard to swallow. But here’s where the shortsightedness comes in.
For everything that is removed something is almost surely added in its place. After some time other things are developed and added to fill in that hole left by problematic items, content, or other aspects of the game. But time and time alone is the only way to truly see the whole picture. We need to allow ourselves to enjoy the game for what it is but more importantly what it will become. Allowing ourselves to be pessimistic, to be degrading against others, to belittle the very people who work to keep us happy is just not right. We are better than this, we are better than people give us credit for. If people want to come on the forums to look foolish and call people names and argue, let the admins and devs deal with them. Or better yet do research yourself and post your opinion in an intellectual way. Let them rant themselves right into a locked post.
So I would just like to say in closing, everyone has a right to an opinion. But there is so much to look at to truly grasp the size and magnificence of this game. It is not perfect, nor is anyone here, but it strives hard to be just the way we want it. Not as individuals but as a community. Just because we are online doesn’t mean we need to let go of our humanity, of our ethics, or our respect for others. before posting, just take a second to reflect on every part of the game that your concerned with. Then take a breath and write something people can follow, something that even if people disagree they still can respect your opinion for. Otherwise what are we here but a bunch of random strangers arguing to argue, complaining to complain. Again, we are all better than that, and I think every one of you can prove that.
Give it some time, take in the sites and sounds, maybe even a few flying unicorns. Truly understand constructive feedback, and break free of being the shortsighted observer. become the player that others can respect even if they disagree with your opinions and ideas. And look at Tyria as a world more than half full, rather than a world empty and void of substance, of humanity.

Disclaimer:This thread is not directed towards all players in Guild Wars 2, nor is it in any way a flame thread against others. The opinions herein are my own and reflect my personal beliefs and views.
I’ve only been around a little over 2 months now, about 1100 hours logged so far. Now I’m by no means an expert at any part of Guild Wars 2, nor do I think I’m better than anyone else. But today I’d like to write about a trend I’m seeing lately that is making the entirety of the game look much different to viewers than it really is.
So let me start by saying that I love Guild Wars 2, and have found nothing that has erked me to the point where I want to leave. Many interesting games are coming out like The Elder Scrolls Online, FFXIV, and Destiny. I will most likely try those as well to see what is new and exciting. But for Guild Wars 2, I truly believe some in the community aren’t giving it a fair deal. A few things to consider before posting such angry threads that i have seen over the months:
This game is still under 1 years old
Much of the development is ongoing and does not rest
You have a great team who actually speaks to the community on a regular basis
You DO have a great community in game
When a pacth comes and something is perhaps taken away, most often I see people complain that what they liked is gone. But rarely do I see those same people suggest what to fill in the gaps with that would be more beneficial than what we had. They recently added skins to the Black Lion Chests. Yes there is RNG involved, but did you stop to think maybe it is just a step towards a larger goal?
Take Maw for instance. They made the timer longer, they also made it 1 chest per day per event per account. I can’t tell you how many times I see people doing Maw, Jormag, Shatterer, Teq, and then simply either logging off or afking and chatting. Clearly there is so very much more to the game than just these? I know it is simply because these and events like these offer loot, but I feel the community needs to look at the game as a whole.
Have you tried finishing the living story?
Have you tried the new content changes?
Have you found the perfect Guild or Guilds for you?
Have you made friends to occupy your time in between what you do everyday?
Just some questions to ask yourself while your farming the same 4-5+ events over and over.

I feel like there is more to this story about the name problem.
there really isnt much more to this story. in Darkhaven i do mostly just WvW and i try to help everyone out and i feed haters and dont talk junk to anyone. thats what im confused about and upset about from this suspension
I edited my post. But I’m not on either side, just saying it seems weird you would get banned for a word in a name that is used in the actual game itself. I think it’s also in GW2, but can’t remember where.
But to respond to your thread directly, these posts are actually also against the rules as they debate an action taken by CS against your personal account. With that being said, I would recommend either appealing the decision to remove infraction points, or simply waiting it out.

Give it a lil more time before the hate threads. Things may yet even out. You can only get 1 chest per event per day account wide. Also Maw time has been extended, so the big events you are used to are going to get a lot less attention after the mechanics of it all settle in to peoples minds. Also some people may move now with the free option. Give it till maybe April 10th for all the new changes to kick in and whatever shenanigans may happen on the 1st.
“Fixed a bug which prevented players from queuing for WvW.
Fixed a bug with dye improperly displaying on the Order of Whispers medium armor.
We’ve limited rares in mega boss chests to require the player be level 40+ to receive them. This is to keep acquiring rares consistent throughout the game; this will also help close up an exploit with newly created characters. This was accidently left out of the original update notes."
I remember getting no higher than level 39 rares on any character who was not 40+. Granted my level 14 will be saddened by the loss of his 2 silver, but he will live :P
The skins are pretty epic, I actually value them more than a legendary ^^ I have no desire to shoot unicorns or flash black fog around, not my thing. But these are large and noticeable and I think I shall consider them my Legendary weapon skins
I seen somethen in living story about people watching us, could be there.
I got 1 rare from the bonus as you can see, and 2 rares from chest lol. Pretty sweet. I kinda like the daily style chests, it does feel more fitting of an “achievement” :P
Just wanted to post this I hadn’t seen yet. Wanted to show people what it looks like if they haven’t had a chance to play or do a boss yet.
I feel like a bit of a chump for opening those I bought on sale, pre-patch, now there are new skins in them.
Should have seen that one coming, I guess.
Yea… about that lol…

Secondly everyone has their own loot table, the loot I get doesn’t affect what loot you get, I don’t know where you got that mis-conception but it is 100% wrong.
No, it is 100% correct.
Every single drop table is balanced to provide less drops due to the fact that many people will bring MF. If they didn’t, then there would be far more drops than they want when people do bring MF. So, in order to keep the average drops at what they intend, the loot tables are made kittentier for everyone to account for it.This made me lol. Time to check out other threads, this one ran its course.
Really. That concept eludes you.
You think arenanet programmed so that if a group of MF wearing people are doing a dungeon the loot is dropped? Is that what you’re saying?
No, that’s not what I’m saying.
The entire GAME’S loot tables are lower to account for MF.
If you don’t want to bloat the economy with gold, you need effective gold sinks and you need to limit the gold being input. When people use MF, more gold is input, because they get more drops and more expensive drops (of which greens will mostly end up vendored). Because they need to cut down on gold input, and they put MF into the game, they must lower drop tables in order to compensate for some people raising them with MF.
Well they sure don’t feel lowered to me, in fact I used to make a lot less. I do vendor my greens and blues and whites. I think people should be able to play the game how they like, if someone wants to get better drops I feel they should be allowed to take the steps necessary to do so. I have no problem with an MF geared person, just as I have no problem with a full berserker geared person. If it is dungeons then they need to learn how to compensate for the stat difference, which I’ve seen they can. If it is farming they need to simply dodge and compensate for what they lack. I will have no problem raising a MF wearer who makes mistakes and dies in PvE, we don’t ever learn from giving up, and we surely don’t learn by listening to people tell us what to wear. Guild Wars 2 is about the freedom to choose, the freedom to be whatever style you want to be within the games limitations. You can at any time get around stats with skill so long as you have something to back it up.
Elitists will have you think the game needs to be played a certain way, the devs will reassure you that is untrue. This is not at trinity, this is not a gear based game. Those who think so or degrade others for their own opinions are simply ignorant and selfish themselves. I’d much rather read a post teaching people with green gear, with rare gear, with MF gear tricks to stay alive and be efficient in parties for everyone’s benefit. Than have to read the dribble that comes out of most peoples minds on these threads.
I have no problem with you or anyone voicing their opinions, but be very sure you are 100% clear to people that that’s exactly what it is. Because in no way does 1 person have the right to dictate others play-style. No one has the right to bully or harass others who play differently. the type of buffoonery that goes on in game where people mock others about gear is no different that flagrant racism. Instead of being unaccepting of others choices in game style, why not help them understand to be the best they can be with what the DO have. Rather than belittling people who aren’t like you, or who disagree with your style of play.
If you are doing your best to help a party in a dungeon wearing your MF then no one should feel anger towards you. If they can give you tips just as any other person would MF or not, then they should. One simple stat isn’t dropping your dungeon run time by and hour, I’d venture to say it is barely noticeable.
I can’t sit here and argue with every person on whats right or whats not, but clearly this is a never ending battle between the people who think they are right. What a senseless war that is to have indeed. I’ll sit back and keep an eye out for a thread that doesn’t demean anyone, and in fact intelligently schools people on how to be a positive member of a group while in MF or lesser rarity gear. Until then this thread is nothing but arguments, tantrums, and idealism’s dreamt up by people who cannot see others ways of thinking. That’s a story I don’t wish to continue reading.

I solo in orr, I don’t group. I make around 100g a week just farming alone with 30MF. Now tell me why you think people who stack MF are/should be punished if they want to get better drops in shorter time in a dungeon rather than farm like me.
I am totally overwhelmed by how many people didn’t understand the changes after Martin explained 5 times or more. LOL
These are forum people, this shouldn’t surprise you :P If I had a dollar for every tin foil hat raging person on forums, I’d be able to buy every legendary on the trading post :P

IMHO, the only dye chance they’ve “nerfed” is the chance of getting an unidentified one as a normal drop. I used to get one a day, at least, especially in the low-to-mid range of levels. I haven’t had a dye drop in weeks. I would say it was just RNG, but I think it’s with everyone. My guildies have mentioned it as well.
As for the chance of getting a “rare” from an unidentified dye is the same as it always was. You don’t get one after [x] times identifying it, it’s the same chance of getting one on the first try as it is on the 1500th try.
After leveling 9 to 80. It just seems like dyes drop more frequently for <70 characters than >70 characters but that is all ‘gut feeling’. Testing that out seems like too much work. I wasn’t leveling them serially either. I would level the low level for a bit usually by doing the daily then switching back to a lv80. This means the drop rates should have been the same for all characters.
I think it was stated somewhere that either certain drops or all drops had a higher percentage for lower levels. I can’t find it though.
How did Orr events get nerfed? The fix to the way loot drops were calculated improved Orr immensely for me.
Ditto, it boosted drops not nerfed them lol. And the new scaling is fine, weeds out lazy ppl who sit and spam 1..
I love how the argument makes it seem as though people in MF gear have only MF stats. People do realize there are other stats on MF gear… The elitism is strong here. Runes and sigils as well.
And who says MF is selfish? Does not the rares those people get support the economy? Do the mats they sell on TP not support others? How about those who use MF to farm for gold and make events or support their guild? How selfish is a stat that allows people to support the very game they are playing. The only selfish person i see here is the people complaining that others “need to gear how I want them to gear”. Food for thought. MF is no more selfish that those geared for full DPS instead of group traits or group utilities.
If they didn’t have to balance drops around the existence of MF then everyone could have better drops instead.
I get plenty of drops with food mf only ^^. i see no reason why others can’t do the same. If I can make 3-5g an hour in orr with 30mf, people in dungeons should have the right to use MF gear to get the same from what they find fun in game.

But this thread isn’t really about “I can’t do it” or “It’s too hard”
It’s about “This is boring….”
As nice as the rewards are for guild bounties, it’s simply the most boring thing to do. Conglomorate guilds can do anything and everything, but an average sized guild has to spend that first 45 minutes scouting and planning (and praying that Half-Baked doesn’t show up on the bounty list). And that basically amounts to scouting out bounties, hoping no other guild kills it, hoping it shows up on your list, and hoping everyone in the guild gets a chance to tag a bounty.
It’s boring. But to do any of the other guild missions, you have to do it.
Sometimes to get nice things you have to do boring things. Jobs (not all) usually suck, but the money you get for doing them is nice. Going to college every day for 2-8 years is kinda boring, but the degree that gets you 30k-400k+ is nice. Sometimes you need to work for a reward that you are more fond of. Some people find a way to make even the boring stuff seem fun, which makes the not so boring stuff even more fun. It isn’t all Anets job to make the game fun, some part of it is on the players themselves.
I don’t think that’s sustainable in game design philosophy…
Why not? You think the devs need to pamper to everyone’s wishes and complaints? they aren’t babysitters. You know I would say FFXI is a pretty boring and painful game, but by gosh the community at the time I played was amazing . I barely even played the actual game, I had more fun with people and joking and doing game stuff together. Community makes or breaks a game. Community, Customer Service, Content, the 3 c’s in that order. If your community is garbage and no one helps others, it could be the best game ever and still suck. If your content is crap your community can bring it up. If more than 1 thing is lacking, you lose people at large chunks. But it is all based one who is playing unless it is a 1 person game. In which case the C’s do not apply.

honestly i don’t like alt tabbing also. did they really think that ppl will be able to find bosses in 15 min considering the map size?
Well yes, they did think that, cause you can! :P
Pre-scouting lessens your chances of anything going wrong and eliminates a lot of the variables that can lead to failure. It doesn’t guarantee success, nor is it the only way to succeed.
Don’t forget the testers who did these didn’t do pre scouting ^^ So those who do should be furthering chances of success.
You should be able to handle dungeons in rare gear picked up from drops with enough skill. MF should not be a factor in how well you can do a dungeon. DPS shouldn’t be a problem, staying alive should be. MF gear is fine, but it depends on what dungeon you are doing. Theres no real point in a MF set for a dungeon with few mobs and focuses on chests since MF doesn’t affect those. Elitists will tell you that they want groups with everyone in exotic DPS or TANK gear, well they don’t do so well in GW2 because this isn’t WoW/FFXI/AION. Here we don’t care about gear, its all the same up to ascended. But thats just gear no one really needs other than for AR, but thats another thread. Assuming everyone who uses MF gear is “bad” or “leeching” just makes you sound ignorant and elitist. You are free to use the LFG website to find groups of your “style” of play.
Also just a note, you can achieve the same MF as an entire gear set with buffs/food alone and use any gear you want. And you can achieve just as good results with using MF gear and stat food/boosts to make up for the DPS if you really care. At what point did people become so elitist and rude about gear, these forums are in no way a representation of all players in game. And No One in forums or game is the voice of every player in game.

Oh wait, thanks for reminding that having a legendary weapon requires resources other than gold ( that was so 5 months ago that I forgot about it ). Oh yeah, more brag title: WORLD COMPLETION TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!! 500 BADGES OF HONORS!!!!!!
Hm mmm, what a troll thread this has become. I’m having fun. Who wants to join the party?
Just a quick fyi, you can also get the legendary with gold alone. Some of us make enough to do so (I wouldn’t do it).
Are you comparing exotic MF gear to exotic Berserker gear?
Waypoints are a convenience, they are not required. You can go to almost every area in game with just walking. If you don’t like the convenience and price feel free to spend an hour walking to where you want to go and save your whopping 4s. Seriously, I never leave a wp until I’ve made my wp cost back. Which y’know is all of 1 event or 4-8 gatherings. You can make more than 1g(a lot more..) per hour in the game if you are efficient, in which case you start not even paying attention to WP cost since they are trivial. Now if you are leveling 1-80, I’d say the opposite, definitely don’t use if you don’t need to lol. But if you are 80, and have the ability to kill/gather/dungeon/wvw then you can make money. And there are a thousand other ways as well.
You can find a better way to gain 50s with less than a half hours work? Tell me how.
Orr. :P Just sayen
I’m going to share a super secret with everyone, try and keep this hush hush as I’m not supposed to tell anyone…
Up in a top secret room on a top secret floor in a top secret building in a top secret location, is a special person. He is known simply as “Santa Smith”. You see his very purpose is to monitor every boy and girl and see who was naughty or nice. He is quicker than superman, smarter than Einstein and has 1 simple job. That very moment, milliseconds between when you click buy, and it lags and enters your inventory the request goes straight to Santa Smith, and he decides if you were naught or nice and based on that he messes with your RNG. Now the good boys and girls will know when that rare drops and go “yipee”, while the baddies will get nothing but coal(or a blue). Now you might think this sounds crazy, a single man getting millions of transactions a day, but it’s TRUE! He never tires, he never waivers, he lives purely off snapples and ham sammiches. And those of us who know the secret know just how the story goes….
“When Santa Smith gives a gift, you better hope your good. Cause if your not then your rares will rot in the room where the tinfoil hats are hid. He knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you are rising the price of eggs. So you better be a good gamer, or your loot is going to be lamer, when you anger the great Santa Smith!”
If you doubt this is all try I test you to go to LA, stand next to the bank and meet a man who was good from his first birthday. An NPC who was good as he did grow, and mentions quite frequently “I’m rich, ya know.”
RNG+Santa Smith/RNG-2%+lag/culling*kittens. The answer to it all.
Now be sure to keep this quiet, I could lose my character, my soul, even my rares!…
I literally just bought 300g worth of keys a day before this promo. Kitten life.
I bought 65 keys this month before the sale, come sale time I needed to pay some bills.. out of money come sale time lol…. Wtb more discounts that aren’t at the kitten end of the month :P
I didn’t even get 1 permanent anything. All I wanted was a permanent hairstylist.. T_T
If I had my tax money back that they screwed up lol.. I would probably have at least one, and a nice video to show what drops :P It’s funny how a simple blank line can delay something for 4 months >.>

Large parties in wvw are called squads, which require a commander. Think the max size for a squad is 50.
You are absolutely wrong. Squads are nothing like parties. They’re just a chat which is very difficult to manage.
That is where voice chat comes in. And I’m not wrong, squads are MADE FOR WvW. Just sayen. Arenanet has said several times they do not want humongous parties sweeping through WvW or PvE content. They want people to work together and have to rely on skill and tactics rather than just giant zergs taking over everything. Perhaps the managing part is the fault of the people in it, not the design. If you want giant zergs of people make a squad, or 2, or 3, (have fun with culling) go get Raid/Vent/Mumble w.e and go roll things like every other MMO does with no skill. As for all the other servers who are dominating in WvW with just guilds who pay attention, small parties with direct purpose, and a plan, well they haven’t needed larger parties.
Large parties in wvw are called squads, which require a commander. Think the max size for a squad is 50.
These are not what I expected when they say they this would help small guild. Guild Influence are quite easy to obtain but what happen if the said guild got enough influence and do the bounty? They are undermanned and cannot go on with the content. They either resort to getting random players off the street temporary or just give up.
Seriously, they might as well have Guild Trek as a starting Guild Mission rather then bounty or add Guild Merits as rewards for these training.
The largest complaint WAS influence actually. All the small guilds complained they will never be able to afford opening them, and were told by players to simply “buy it then or move”. So people did get what they asked for.
Not to sound rude but.. If your guild is <5 people, I really don’t think it is a guild. Thats a group. At least have 6 people so you can say “we are larger than a max party size.” 5+ is probably enough to do the training style missions, 15+ is fine for regular missions. And I’m not saying you “shouldn’t” have a guild of 1-5, that’s your own choice and nothing wrong with that. but its not easy to manufacture guild missions in a way that fits 5 people and 500 people equally.
Maybe I read wrong, but isn’t your option exactly what is about to happen? 1 garaunteed rare for event box/daily style per day, per account. And random luck from the normal chest. Or am I missing somethen
Nope.. because I can still guest into two other servers for ALL the dragons and get the chest on EACH server, the way this is worded.
Guesting to get more chests was already fixed, it doesn’t make sense to remove that restriction.
This was my understanding, guesting does not change the per character per day as it is right now. And would be the same after.
I’m a visual person, maybe others are as well. I’m sure once we get doing them it will be more clear. But let me make sure I and everyone else understood the same thing with an overly silly picture.
Let me know if I’m wrong.
(edited by Geotherma.2395)
I am honestly surprised that there is still some confusion about this upcoming change. So let me try to clarify it once more:
Current:
- You get one guaranteed rare (or better) per event per day per character from the event chest. Everything else in the event chest is based on normal drop chance, so there is a chance to get rares (or better) as well.
After the change:
- You get one guaranteed rare (or better) per event per day per account from an extra chest that will be displayed like the chest for the dailies. Everything else in the event chest is based on normal drop chance, so there is a chance to get rares (or better) as well.Twelve pages and counting. Guess I will spit into the wind also.
This will help, exactly Zero with what most are having problems with, which is being stuck in overflow when a dragon event is going on.
From what you are saying, I can get the side chest, in EVERY EVENT, on my Gaurdian on:
His home server (Dragonbrand)
Guest server 1 (Jade Quarry)
Guest server 2 (Maguuma)How exactly does that lower the people who get stuck in overflow on their home server trying to get the only dragon chest they have time for per day?
Try this option:
- You get one guaranteed rare (or better) per event per day per account GAMEWIDE from an extra chest that will be displayed like the chest for the dailies. Everything else in the event chest is based on normal drop chance, so there is a chance to get rares (or better) as well. This will reduce swapping servers just to farm the dragons and allow people a better chance to get into the dragon loot on their home servers.
Maybe I read wrong, but isn’t your option exactly what is about to happen? 1 garaunteed rare for event box/daily style per day, per account. And random luck from the normal chest. Or am I missing somethen
Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t think this is in game. It would be nice if crafters could make elite skins that are account bound just for those who took the time to hit 400. And maybe a few skins/gear that isn’t account bound. I say AB gear because I think it should be a reward fro being a master crafter, not a money sink or more skins for others who haven’t worked at this. The same could be done for cooking and all the crafts. Ie cooking could have your name on top tier foods like trays and even newly introduced recipes.
To have this you could make it so they were items you had to get from karma, or do a quest for. Or simply the quests usually unlock a karma merchant so they could be sold there. It could be in tiers so that you could get the items over time it might look like:
Skill50-Level 10 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill100-Level 20 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill150-Level 30 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill200-Level 40 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill250-Level 50 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill300-Level 60 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill350-Level 70 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
Skill400-Level 80 Karma merchant item X, you need X amount of these.
And with said materials you could make a set, possibly an armor set and weapon set. Cooks could make funny food skins, others could make skins relevant to their profession. The skins of course should be at very least exotic with exotic stats so that they are worth making. You could make these account bound, and possibly also add non account bound skins for these crafters to create as well.
I think crafters would like to be rewarded for their time and money put into what they do. Granted some crafts are easier than others but they all deserve something they can achieve that is not some kind of end game journey that takes a year (Legendarys). I’d personally love to see my name on my items from jeweler and my trays from cooking. And I would love to accomplish making my own gear skin using my professions I choose.
2x Omnomberry Swords made like rice crispies treats :P
Armor set of spices adorned like bullet belts like in a Rambo movie :P

You don’t have to double click from NPC, just select the item and spam buy. Much easier.
One small step for digital hoarders, one giant leap for MMO kind :P
Why should I open BLC? They contain:
Booster – The only one I use is the karma boost. (You don’t use the MF or Speed ones?)
Dyes – If you want dyes get them from the TP, much cheaper. (I get 10-15 stacks)
Influence – Maybe, maybeeeeeeee worth it, if you get the 350 influence point thing.(always good for personal guild for bank)
Transmution Stones – Get them directly (cheaper through chests, I have 95 of them)
Coinbags – Really…..(yesterday made 2 gold off 10 keys, yes its not a lot but something)
Tonics – Really²….(I turn these into whatever type of transform I want for events)
Random gem item – Revive Orbs and Salvage Kits are worth it.(salvage kit 300gems alone, getting even 1 from 5 keys=win)
Another Key – Another chance to get nothing worthy(more chances to get more)
Everlasting things – Quite nice, but I could win in the lottery bevor I get them, twice.
Quagganbackpacks – See everlasting things.(made over 45g off these so far, actually more than i could have made just gems-gold)And when I dont feel the need to open the chests, why should I buy keys?!
To each their own, but obviously it isn’t just a “few” people who realize you can get far more than you put in from these see att.
And those of us who do events, really do need that space in INV/Bank to keep ou event supplies. I have 11 characters, which also make use of teh bank. I could use a few more sections for account bound/storeitems/soulbound items.
Really, horaders stop…
Learn to use right click destroy…
Ghost locater destroyed…plus anything else not sellable/salvageable, never missed anything I destroyed…
Anet make up new currency/items for every new piece of content…so no need to hoard ever…
I even destroy below level gathering tools, black lion chests, quicker to destroy them, then sell on TP for 3b…
All that junk and managing it is slowing you down…
I do the same in real life btw except its right click…give to charity shop or recycle or bin depending on the condition/item…
No clutter in my life…
In 900+ hours I’ve destroyed 3 things…
Something always has a value in game, even if it has no value “now” doesn’t mean it will have no value “later”.
Sincerely,
A hoarder.
PS-Also maxxed on bank space, character bag space, personal guild bank space. Those of us who host events need lots of space to do so.
Still 2g for one, not worth it.
I miss when you could get 1 for 70s.. good times.
Well yea gold to gems, but if you just buy gems from store its a nice discount heh. Sadly end of the month is when I have the least money.. Otherwise I would have bought like 300 :P
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up, BL keys on sale almost over. Get em while they are hot ^^ About 3-4 hours left I think.
I hold right click as I’m running around and double tap the direction I want to dodge.
I can’t remember if someone asked this but:
If you are in a guild and do the bounty and get credit you get comm’s and the guild gets merits. What happens if you do another bounty in another guild, you get more comm’s and that guild gets merits too?
Sorry, I didn’t want to start a new thread for the ? heh
