Yeah but I specified guild drama for a reason. Despite being one of the few servers that unites its players not by guilds, but by participation, we never have imploded from it.

I wasn’t assuming that… I was just announcing what happened. DR takes four hours to wipe naked players carrying fireworks and building flame rams in the supply camp closest to their spawn. More at 11.

And me calling them killjoys was in inside joke, I don’t really care that people were “pvping in a pvp area”.

Because zergs have been showing up before swords go up….in absolutely random locations. ive tested it out in our TS personally, when we give out info in party only or give out conflicting info in TS we’ve been significantly more successful. Its clear someone is feeding info….not that i really care personally, Ive found ways around it.

Because you better believe that Maguuma checks every single set of white swords that go up anywhere on the map, and we usually have a report in less than a minute.

i say ninja bay water gate with omegas in TS we have 20 people + a cannon waitng for us when we get there.

i say meet up at the centaur camp for an assault on garrison in TS and we have a 50 man mag zerg waiting for us at the camp when we arrive

now i if i say we are attacking south hills in TS, but instead attack bay using party chat we usually end up getting bay while the randoms that went to south hills report running into a large mag zerg.

its happened too many times to be coincidence

1. Teach your guys how to keep quiet about secret missions.
2. We have roamers and scouts and we communicate to each other. We are also VERY bored so at the opportunity of any fight, we jump to it.
3. We have large numbers, chances are, you’re going to run into them or someone is going to spot you.
4. Stop complaining about spies, get over it.

I’m not inclined to believe this. Simply because the core of the Maguuma crew discourages spying. Maguuma deals with spies all the time, and even on several occasions during this match up. It’s the dirty part that comes with having a public voice comm. If you don’t care, that’s fine, but there are obviously people that do. You should teach them your ways around it so they can stop complaining about it in the forums.

Let’s move on from this exploits talk, it’s a slippery slope to getting the thread locked again. If you’ve got the proof, send it to ANet and stop trying to find new (actually old) reasons for why you’re losing.

If you are talking about the arrow carts on the dome of course we are going to check there every time. When we got to inner we did indeed all run up to the top while like 5 ran into the lord. We’ll do it every time. That is not original or new. Once you’re up there you can see any seige basically anywhere on inner.

That can be the only thing you’re talking about because we just took garrison, ran into inner, and went to the world’s most obvious place for arrow carts to take them out.

Almost every other time I have seen you take the Garrison, you have never ran up there until after the lord was down. Like I said, make it less obvious. Hell we’ve already heard about all the mesmer exploits your server uses..

There are these things called mesmer portals and this other thing called not sweeping your garrison properly, or at all. We have a legendary mesmer on our server, if you knew about his abilities, you wouldn’t be crying. The dude is AMAZING and the fact that he’s so good only show how bad you guys are.

But please, go ahead and be like every other kitten server and person that cries exploits because they’re too blind to know what’s going on.

Just as a point…there is no such thing as an “Original” placement for Siege anymore. I can destroy all the Siege at a number of locations without ever seeing it…Can hit walls and gates, Trebs, Catas, whatever in 1 shot because of practice knowing the locations to hit and how much power to use, etc. You don’t need spies to destroy Siege accurately, just practice and common sense.

You sound like you’re just coming up with conspiracy theories to justify why you’re losing or why we appear competent. While I will give you that there may be spies (none that I know of or we have actually used btw), just because something is not going your way and we know something you think we shouldn’t know doesn’t mean it’s a spy 90% of the time.

Spies are not something you use only when you’re losing. While the majority of our mumble community frowns upon it, it’s a valid tactic regardless of what place you’re in. We’ve been spied on numerous times, and yes, even while losing. We know what to say when we want to keep something secret, we know who to PM and talk to when we’re on a secret mission.

Honestly, at this point, I would guess the spies are there out of boredom. If anyone really cared to resort to spies to win even harder, then they’re the 1%.

GOON does not outnumber you. Don’t lie. It’s not hard to know what to hit when it’s the ONLY thing on the map with swords. We also have roamers and scouts everywhere and we communicate to each other when we find enemies. Shocking, I know.

We had fun too, glad you enjoyed it. We were trying to get the pubs not to attack so we could all have a party together. But you know, pubs will be pubs. I hope Rebel includes the part where we took Garrison and wiped who ever it was we were fighting in an open field with said naked people.

You say that like there aren’t any other exits… oh wait, there are! Those spawn siege placements always gets taken out anyway and you guys are reduced to going to a different bl, finally pushing out, or hitting another target. Either way, there’s no reason we shouldn’t “camp“ your spawn if you’re going to make it so easy to do so.

Photo dump incoming! Some fun at BP spawn on Maguuma BL. Cleared the merchants, paid homage to Great Lord Flame Ram, and chilled with some BP. In the last pic, we downed a thief, let him get to about 80% health, took him down to 25%, then repeated this cycle for 8 minutes. Maguuma is losing its mind.

If this is your idea of fun and how you should represent your server while winning in a blowout, then I genuinely feel sorry for you.

Abloo bloo bloo. I did this while we were losing against a different server too so you can stop being kitten about other people just trying to pass the time in WvW since there’s nothing else to do.

You can’t compare President vs Commander, that is completely devoid of any thinking and no where near the same. You still have a CHOICE to follow a commander. It is not the same as a president where there are legal repercussions for disregarding their law.

Nope. Many of our commanders were leading and playing before they had the icon and players donated their money to them to get it. Who cares how you get the icon? People should know by now when to stop following someone with bad plans or that’s leading you to a needless death.

That doesn’t sound ideal to me though? Everyone I spoke to, even most of our commanders, agree with me it should be earned.. at anyone who activily plays WvW will agree with me.

I don’t think it really matters who agrees with you and you doesn’t. Suggestions aren’t based on a popularity contest so that’s not really a good argument. The fact is regardless of who earned it by your standards, they can be good or bad. People will listen to those with confidence and solid ideals. Different commanders also have different play styles that are effective, but other people might not agree with so people can choose to follow who they wish. My server has proved this with the fact that we don’t need icons to do anything, they are just an added bonus.

Commander icons are cosmetic, just like legendaries. Who cares who has one? Just because someone has something pretty doesn’t mean they earned your respect. Get to know the people leading and the fact that they bought or earned the marker above their head won’t make a difference if they’re good.
