You should not cry! blackgate is a tier 1 server that dominates all aspects of wvw, the only thing holding bg back is that silly glicko system, how dare that system fluctuate from 2000 to 1980 every other match cause they cant maintain a large enough lead, after all bg has never lost to ioj or sor so that should be sufficient enough to move them up! lol look in the mirror buddy, bg is not a t1 server the constant close matches should be evidence of that

I’m confused as well, when is your main guilds out in force? HB & Rev EU? KnT and ICoa NA? Feel free to add timeslots for the other ones that I dont know

I laugh how they complain about night capping and PvDoor, yet that’s what they’ve been doing while hiding in our borderlands, talking trash about KnT when we’ve been in IoJ the entire time fighting 20v60v60 and winning everytime.

Probably true. Yesterday we go into bg bl and you guys pile into ioj/eb. Today we go into EB in search of any decent guild and you guys switch to ioj, we then go to ioj and you go bg bl. lol the game keeps going. I think i can speak for most of TW when i say we would love to have more GvG in any of the bl’s but when they wipe a few times they swap bl’s leaving us with your pugs. Makes me sad

Don’t expect much from anet, i have been waiting on a response/acknowledgement of broken world completion since the launch month and they still are yet to announce a fix is in the works. Everyone has the same problem and its A. Received title B. Char. select screen shows 100% C. Still waiting on rewards and star by name. Actually they do have a fix and its go re-visit the chantry of secrets but when that does not work they have no other info to assist its players, very frustrating.

would be nice if anet could make a post acknowledging that its still broken for people, i’ve been waiting for a fix for my world completion since opening month of gw2, just something stating they are working on it or know of it would be appreciated!

is this fixed, because i def. still have not received my star or gifts of exploration for completion? Anyone else still waiting on a fix?

stop transferring we are FULL already, keep your pugs hod and et we dont want em. Anet you have got to address this now or you will have no wvw competition. Because jq is beating hod everyone is now xferring to a realm that is already full. turn off xfers for the tier one servers

Just finished 100% (all hearts, PoIs, skill challenges, vistas for world, cities and all WvWvW maps). Last point was a vista in WvWvW. I do not have all of the smaller explorer achievements like Krytan explorer (as I understand they are not required).

What worked:

• Got title “Been there, done that”
• Achievements show 100% world completion
• Character select screen shows 100% medal
• Received standard map completion chest

What did not work:

• No gifts of exploration
• No ingame e-mail (not even for map completion!)
• No star above my character according to other players

I have 100% world completion on my char. page, i got the title been there, done that, and i also have krytan, orr, magunnma, shiverpeak, and ascalon exploror complete but i have not received any of the rewards or star?? Does the star include completion of all jumping puzzles?? What am I missing here does any one have any suggestions for me!! thanks!

Man this past week has been some very good fighting from both sides, both teams bring something to the table, henge brings a great zerg and great strategy and sbi brings the badges that feed us, also a bonus from sbi is they even have a [wm]waste management team in the borderlands to clean up their dead

Ive never heard anyone call sbi “steelbluff” but I have heard “super baddies incoming” when refering to to your server. Anyway nice vid

Am i the only one with this problem? I finished the map 100% and got the title, but received no items and no star? I posted about this about a week ago thinking it may get fixed in a patch but its still broken and no posts acknowledging yet that i have found at least? Any suggestions for a work around or time frame of a fix?

wow thanks for that, really adds discussion to the topic, if you actually read what i wrote i was not complaining, i was Suggesting a solution to a problem. no where in that post did i complain about who we were playing or the score, but to add some insight to your post you guys know plenty about sloppy seconds huh?

The length of WvW is bearable in its current state but honestly who in their right mind would play every single day on a map that your team has slowly fallen out of a position to even take the lead, it gets to a point at about day 4 that you begin playing for sloppy seconds. Currently my server is playing against HoD and SBI and honestly its been fairly balanced from Fri-sun, but all servers can already account for lack of players and leaders in the wvw because its pretty much gonna stay at a similar point intake as it stands now. For this reason it becomes less fun and more of a grind for your badges cause you don’t actually take anything, and begin to play the points game. The fighting this weekend has been incredible on all 3 sides, and I can say the same about CD and DB last weekend but again after about 3-4 days in everyone stops joining and trying. So to get to my point why don’t we give a go at trying a 3 day session, the 24 hour worked but was far to short so no one poured money into it, but with a solid 3 days you get your return and some intense fighting regardless of server or tier because all teams will be fighting in nearly all spots of the day similar to when you launch a new set or servers to fight it out. Anyway that’s opinion on WvW atm.

After a week of playing cd and db in the cd borderlands I have to say i’m quite impressed with db, mainly Tysm. Monday night we rolled everybody in cd borderlands mainly because we had daboss zerging everything he saw, but db picked up on the tactics and methods we were using on them and quickly implemented it for their zerg and come wed night on we started wiping to the mesmer zerg they have, which i might say is quite an impressive sight and fun to fight against. Db is worthy of 2nd tier no doubt and might i add would be a good comp. in 1st tier with a slight bit more organization for pugs they have but overall i’m quite impressed. As for cd i came into this group thinking they would be the big team pushing to knock us out but instead all we got was a unorganized mess. I’m not saying you guys are bad but def. need more organization and leadership, you guys took 2+ hours to take garrison every single night all week even with tysm taking most of our zerg south to deal with them. Anyway it has been a very fun week playing with you guys and i’m sure we will see both of you guys again in the near future!

I just completed 100% world completion and got the achieve, but no star or rewards, my char. page shows as 100% but i have not gotten any of the rewards? I tried Chantry of secrets and it gave me a xp reward but no title or reward? is it still broken or do i need to talk to someone?

thanks for pushing south on hod in eb rather then attack jq while we assaulted sm, it took a lot of pressure off our forces. I’m sure its short lived but at least we are gonna make hod have to re-upgrade
