When will they be released?

Yeah, will offhand wep’s sigils of earth (or really any crit payout sigils) affect main hand skills and vice versa.
What items must be put into the mystic forge to create a enhanced experience boost?
Rabid is neccesary for any actual condition build. it is needed. for once ignore the warrior on your shoulder and actually pay attention to the needs of the other classes.
I’m too lazy to type this all out again so i’m gona copy and paste from another build thread i posted on yesterday. Enjoy or reject.
Once they fix pet condition damage (it has been brought to my attention that it is listed in the community made list of ranger bugs), i would recommend the following build
Marksmanship 20: Malicious training, spotter
Skirmishing 10: Sharpened edges
Wilderness survival 20: Expertise training, wilderness knowledge
Nature Magic 0
Beast Mastery 20: Speed training, rending attacks
Equipment: Condition damage (major), precision (minor), toughness (minor)
The real purpose of this build is to get as much condition damage as possible through. The use of precision and sharpened edges together makes up for the lack of power. In this build the pet is a major part of the condition damage, using a lynx on land or shark underwater is essential. I also recommend taking sharpen stone (which is pretty much a must for a ranger condition build anyways) and entangle (grand AoE potentially worth 170s bleed). wep sets obviously include short bow with agony or corruption sigil, runes krait, nightmare or afflicted. secondary set sword (earth) or ax (also earth) and a torch.
Yup, this is pretty much my ideal build. take it or leave it. if you want to try out some ideas of your own, GW2 Guru has a excellent build calculator.
Entangle is the best condition damage skill. it may have little hp, but it can usually get at least 5 stacks of bleed every time. once it becomes affected by malice and equipment, it will be boss.
I’ve been using entangle a lot as a condition ranger (because lets face it, its a godly move with a relativity short cd that can shred anything from ettins to orrians despite its low hp), and i noticed it was doing relativity low bleed damage per pulse. Anyone else confirm this?
Trahearne summons minions occasionally, more as a plot device as anything else. When they appear, its usually to offset a enemy zerg somewhat, or to demonstrate a trap in the environment.
Lets face it, warriors are outrageously op compared to other professions. I say they start by cutting 20% off, well, everything. Hp, attack power, wep skills, traits and everything else a warrior can do is usually much more powerful then any comparable build on any other profession. Undo every other nerf on every other profession or cut the warrior down into what it was meant to be. I realize that even if the warrior 20% cut on everything was actually implemented, the class itself would still be incredibly op, but its a step in the right direction.
We want action now, reduce the power difference between warrior and every other class (except maybe thief, which is probably the only class where it’s supposed to be)

You can always put your pet away. But still, it is a problem how the pet AI can be gimmicky at times and how sometimes it will be reluctant to do what the PC wants, i have this problem a lot when i am downed and when i need control of me pet so much that i’m actually bothering to use F1, F2 and F3.
ANet should fix pet AI best they can and reduce restrictions on stowing and bringing out pets.
One bleed is one bleed, and potentially a lot of damage. Look at the ranger bug list and you can easily find 5 more problematic bugs and issues of the ranger. Skim the other ranger posts and you can just as easily find 15 other (fictitious) issues with the ranger.
Personally i think the problem with the ranger is the (bug) pet condition damage.

I have recently found out that pets always deal minimum condition damage (a.k.a. same as ranger without malice, or any equipment). This makes pets useless for actual condition damage, its only useful contribution to the ranger apart from cheap direct damage or control being poison combo fields for the ranger to use to set up his own poisons. Discuss. Is this intentional? At the vary least, the pet should deal some condition damage above the minimum, especially since around lv80 a condition ranger would probably deal over 4-8 times the damage his pet would with conditions. This also is hampered by the 25 bleed limit. A lynx would waste this with minimum damage conditions.
Tested with a lv25 ranger, 70 malice + ~170 equipment condition damage bonus. Ranger PC did shockingly more damage per pulse of bleed then Lynx.
Nearly all pets that deal AoE damage are linked to a condition field. Pets use the absolute minimum condition damage, regardless of the Ranger’s malice or equipment. That being said, only a handfull that inflict non damage conditions are really worth considering, such as a blue jellyfish’s frost aura.
When a skill shows damage next to a damage dealing condition, it is the expected damage a condition will deal during it’s duration. That said, its unclear if a pet’s skill condition damage(including that from the shortbow’s crippiling shot) use the Ranger’s condition damage or the actual damage. Pet condition damage, no matter the ranger’s investment in malice or equipment, is pathetic.
Look at the GW2G Blu’s guide on condition ranger.
Biggest stat is condition damage (malice), but precision comes in second because it will cause additional bleeds with the proper trait.
I’m ok with the ranger’s #1 in downed. #2 is disappointing, but you should realize that you can still control your pet using F1, F2 & F3 in downed state. that being said, ranger’s downed #2 and #3 are pathetic.
Take solace in the fact that direct damage is the only thing warriors can actually do right. DPS aside they’re a complacently useless class. Still, you raise a vary good point, one that i hope will be addressed.

Pets, while they have their uses, require a unreasonable trait investment to be useful. In groups, more specifically, the pet is a wasted feature beacuse even bear types get killed within seconds. Also, pets in a condition build is a joke. The only real condition-y thing i use my pet murrelow for is a poison field for shooting through. I tried lynx, the condition damage on my pet’s bleeds did way less then half my actual PC’s bleed damage.
Loose the pet, boost in stat, focus trait points into worthwhile investments.
