Tengu for council… that is actually not a bad idea.

Chaos is shown to have ties to draconic magic (Inquest experiments at Thaumanova lead directly to building of CoE, and their studies into draconic energies), ability to affect time itself(the ‘Thaumanova rupture’ pulled beings from other timelines, including the steam creatures that continue to plague Tyria to this day), and to be highly unstable.

If a fractal was implemented, this could be explored, and possibly chaotic technologies could be used in subsequent content to harness dragon energies (for science, of course), and perhaps even explore alternate timelines, such as one in which a vary familiar Asura went mad scientist and took over all of Tyria

This nuclear blast is significant as well. The Inquest conducted a experiment, set chronologically around the time of the PC’s tutorial, that lead directly to the construction of the Crucible of Eternity, and possibly even to the research into dragons.

I do not dismiss the idea that this is a political power play for Magnus to gain unfair power from, but, theoretically, if it was, wouldn’t Magnus deserve this extra leverage? He is the (lead) defender of Lion’s Arch, a longtime supporter of Destiny’s Edge, and a silent supporter of Anti-Dragon groups I.E. the Pact.

Finished the kite basket achievement, nothing. Traded in my considerable stockpile of materials and got 58 scraps. After southsun crates, i’d rather quit GW2 permanently then buy more RNG chests

The engineer has, historically, been argueably the weakest class since the game’s release. It has had well more significant nerfs then buffs with every update, including this update. I would like to throw out the idea of ANet rebuilding this class from the bottom up. (as done in GW1 for the Dervish) While i admit the chance that this will improve the engineer long term is low, i would like to see something tried. I would happily trade my expensive equipment and runes built to the build i used until this update for at least 3 more viable builds for this class.

The comment made perfect sense for PvE which has a lot more players.

I was almost exclusively PvE, with some WvW zergs mixed in there.

Now i am exclusively Rift. ANet has lost what goodwill the dragon bash and free minis have bought.

Elixer gun finally gets some love. Now all they need to do is reverse the kit refinement nerf and we will actually have another viable-ish build choice.

Turrets are broken in nearly every way possible. Flamethower is vary good in comparison, but sevearly lacks when taken to WvW, sPvP or any actually difficult dungeon. Play a grenade build until they add another viable engineer build. And level another class to 80, because engineer won’t be viable for much longer

(which i rage against. I have leveled two engineers to 80, and have more individually invested into them then any other characters, except my elementalist)

This is a shoutout for ANet, ‘thanks’ for destroying the engineer’s best skill and my WvW build.

These RNG boxes are the mistake everyone makes one and nobody (except ANet) makes twice.

I’m working on a engineer for WvW (i prefer the way it plays over the ele/thief/guard).

The skills i’m using are med kit, tool kit, grenade kit, elixer R and supply crate.

I need a weapons/trait/gear set built around it. I’ve been working on coming up with a build, and would appreciate a second opinion. The two traits i really need are grenadier and speedy kits, everything else is undecided.

Also, got around 40g cumulatively from selling prizes out of the crates. No ticket.

(I’m farming union again, now. Lower profits counteract absence of naive hope)

I think challenging content would be great.

I’ve gotten 40g from the crates i’ve opened but the one drop that isn’t tradeable, the one everyone actually wants, never shows up. I’m done.

I’ve farmed around 10 chests, and sold mats i farmed at the same time and bought another 10 chests. Nothing.

Don’t expect to get anything good. I went last evening for 4 hours with 346% and only got 3 crates.

Edit: Other players are estimating a drop rate of tickets being less then one percent. Don’t bother with the black lion toilet, you will never get a ticket.

Made 36g farming skelk on southsun (no ticket), decided to buy gems and buy 10 more crates, still no ticket. I hate you all. I especially hate the troll that is Denravi commander Battlecamp.

A mesmer’s unique use in dungeons are centered around two skills: Portal and Invisibility Mass. Portal has been heavily nerfed, and Invisibility has always been somewhat conditional (in a good way) to begin with, but they are both skills that can allow entire groups to pass exceedingly difficult dungeon obstibles with ease if used strategically. That aside, mesmers lack healing abilities, but have good self-defense if that is included in their builds. They can spike well (shatters) and have good enough sustained dps.

Its comedic when, during the warp worm in 1.2 and a certain jp during 1.3, you end up bouncing as a ‘dead’ (or unconscious) PC. Nice touch is after you land on stable ground, after a second your character gets up like he/she normally would.

A exclusive skin, or everlasting version of a SAB themed tonic set.

We don’t need anything that can give any sort of advantage in the main game.

At the begining of 2.1 you need to jump on one of the mushroom trampolines.

We have mario princess and references, zelda gameplay, a battletoads boss, frogger and Abbadon knows what else, but no Kirby references. We need Kirby something.

Oh my…!!! I just got the best idea. GW2 should have optional “skins” you can get for some of your profession skills!

Like, you should be able to win the “Bun-nado” appearance for the Elementalist’s Tornado elite. Or when the Ranger uses “Rampage as One” their pet temporarily transforms into a random S.A.B. enemy.

Wow…. Bun-nado in WvW sounds truly intimidating…. I like it!
