The seemingly endless wait and complete silence from the devs is really getting to me.

Playing the game less because Im sick of looking at my boring black bo staff knowing that it could be better

If I had 80 levels worth of Tombs of Knowledge Id level another thief without 100% just as many others already have done

Should I just give up on it?

Create a support ticket, just to add to their stats
They wont actually help you, they just just have a copy/paste reply for this issue

I made one ticket explaining the issue and another asking for the ‘thiefs cache’ to be mailed to me as it can not be earnt with this bug

I received the same reply for both tickets

Its a huge issue that Anet seem to be ignoring
All weve got is a response on reddit. Nothing on the official forums

Bug thread is 10+ pages now, still no update

ETA on fix please
be it a resolution or a workaround

Why cant you just remove the cache requirement from the collection while this is being fixed?

This generation of gamers need incentive to play, instead of simply making their own fun,
Its very sad, the vocal minority convinced the developers to ruin this one unique MMO, making it the same boring stat grind as all the rest,

Why they couldnt just play one of the 10+ MMOs with stat grinds I dont know, they had to ruin this one,

This is why we cant have nice things

For me, no matter how much fun/creative the fractals are, Having the masses stand around in one city and never leave is game destroying

I hope the devs phase them out and give the player base a reason to explore the world
Until then simply play another game

To bad like all zones its completely unused and wasted cause everyone is standing in LA spamming LFG LVLX

Yup, after lost shores I only played a bit of WvW
Now that Planetside 2 is out and its awesome Ive stopped playing GW2 all together

Really sad seeing one patch destroy such a good game
Gear Grind and all players never leaving the maincity /sigh

Why should we be nice? They promised a unique MMO, a gamechanger, and within 3months made a 180, completely ruining this games future,
Game was far from perfect, but atleast the majority of players were in the world, now everyone just stands in LA and spams LFG FOTM LVLX

We have the right to be unhappy, Greed needs to stop stomping on innovation

playing significantly less since the ascended gear update causing me to lose most of my faith for these developers,
Fractals as fun as they are, have just caused everyone to overflow LA and spam LFG LVLX, makes this game feel like WoW, everyone just stands in one city waiting

WvW is the only saving grace, heaps of fun on the weekends, but find myself playing less on weekdays

This was a huge problem in WoW, 5 beautiful cities yet everything needed was in 1,
If all cities are even most people will still flock to the most convenient one (I.E Ironforge in Vanilla WoW) but allows others to enjoy the other cities without losing access to important resources

I dont understand why devs dont add all resources to all major cities, portals/gates etc

medium tier3 is the most stunning set ingame, have 5 pieces myself (helm is meh) worth every bit of gold

gear grind already, will lose all my respect for anet if this happens,
going agaisnt one of GW’s key fundamentals to satisfy the worst generation of gamers,

looks like Im going to be playing a lot of planetside

as much as I would like this suggestion, I think it would take away the variation,
during the day I always wear my hood, an at night I get to take it off and enjoy the skin/hair glow,

being able to glow at all times would take away the “wow” factor

and anyway if you want to always glow, buy t3, have t3 medium myself and its beautiful

good god please no, this game does not need a LFG system, a dungeon finder only further removes the social aspect of dungeon groups,

dungeons need to be made more difficult so they cant simply be pugged to force people to make friends with good players and join guilds etc,

Please stop asking for solutions to player laziness, next up you will want instant teleports to the dungeon once the group is formed…………

Im on SoS and always been into RP in mmos, not really interested in joining another guild as Im actively in MERC for WvW

Why do you want this documented? How is rushing through a zone mining all the deposits then logging on 24hrs to do the same fun in anyway?

Why not enjoy exploring the zone gathering as you go?

If gear progression is all that matters to you, and your only incentive to play games is to increase you stats, then im sorry but theres other mmos to play

Myself I love WvW and slowly unlocking Cosmetics without mindlessly karma grinding to the point of boredom

They arent important, why work on something which only enables the awful part of the community to do nothing but focus on the negatives,

I vote to remove forums all together, the only communication between the player and developer should be updates/patch notes from devs, and bug reporting from the players

Guild Wars 2 wasnt even released on the 10th of April 2012

as soon as I hit lvl 35 I bought the chest/shoulders of t1 medium, used them all the way up to 80,

now im rocking full tier2, with t1 gloves (cause theyre cooler) and loving it,
saving for tier 3 chest/shoulders still!

but yeah agreed with OP, would love more leafy goodness options

Or you could just do whatever accounts as fun to your person

or you can play another mmo with a mindlessly boring gear grind under the illusion of content

as a sylvari thief im very happy with my leaves, but yeah agree with op no other medium sets tickle my fancy at all, they all seem so bulky

Why do we have to spend twice as much karma to reskin our weapons just because we dual wield?
63000 karma for 1 dagger, yet its the same price for 1 greatsword,

Seems to punish duel wielders for no reason,

I suggest lowering the price of 1handers to 50%-75% of their current price,

I wouldnt mind paying 47250 karma for each dagger, but having to pay the same amount as a 2her is rough
