I intentionally avoid Lion’s Arch because it brings my machine to a crawl rather than culling things like it used to. My client also seems to crash if I join a spvp match from the world rather than the mists. The mists is a pretty small area, wouldn’t this just bog it down like LA?

Still not convinced this is random. Whenever me and my friends start pvp, and I mean EVERY TIME… The first map is always Skyhammer, then Foefire, then Khylo. We usually just stick around for 3 maps for the daily.

This only happens when we join a server with 0 players. The only way around it is if we join a server with players in it already (but then we risk not all of us getting in).

this is what is left of this pvp: pvers farming hotjoin for their pve laurels and achievement points.

i still remember when they immediately fixed an exploit few days after the release of the game which could have been used to get more karma in pve (or something like that).

It’s going to be the LARGEST and most game changing pvp patch to date! I mean, it has to be. Look at how few pvp changes there has been, so they were obviously waiting to make a LARGE and IMPACTFUL pvp patch.

Online events are basic , LAN events make sure all teams are equal. A online toruny win has no weight compared to a LAN event where you can see who you’re fighting face to face.

yeah like the last one where one team could literally hear the whole enemy team and they had to type in chat to avoid that problem. professional

Hi, I’m Olrun from Two Metas Ahead [Pro]. I know a lot of you are curious as to why we are invited. Let me start off by saying that we were not their first option. We replaced a last minute drop out and were only invited yesterday, just before the official announcement. However, most of you seem to be going off the assumption that we are not a good team. This is simply not true. You look at the leaderboards and question how a team such as ours got invited. My response is that we do not care about our leaderboard ranking. We have experimented with many team comps instead of just accepting the meta, eventually settling on the one we now use. Hopefully, you’ll see the results of our experimentation succeed on Friday. We practice when we do specifically so we frequently end up going against some of the top teams. And all of this is completely ignoring when we are just messing around. Let me give you an example of some of our other “teams:”

Beep Boop We Are [Bots] – 5 huge pink norn phantasm mesmers with nearly identical names
Welcome To The Petting [Zoo] – 5 spirit rangers
We’ve Got Spirit How About [You] – 5 spirit weapon guardians
Five Hundred Blades [Five] – 5 warriors
Minions R Us [MRU] – 5 minion mancers

Also, you may not have heard of us, but shoutcasters in the ASP can, and have, spectated our matches in team queue.

there have been thousand of topics regarding suggestions but they have been completely ignored till now, and now it’s too late and everyone (seriously, EVERYONE) left the game. so don’t say we should give suggestions or feedback because we did it millions of times.

I was rank 10-20 (i don’t remember) 5 months ago, then I stopped playing the game and today I decided to play a couple of games with some friends. I lost both of them, and guess what? I went from rank 131 (decay ownd me) to rank ONE!

how is this even possible? this leaderboard is so kittened up, anet!
