Didn’t the devs said that we would be getting pvp features as soon as they were ready, separate from the monthly patches? Or were they only talking about the leaderboards?
Because, for example, if they could finish features like custom arenas mid-April, I would prefer for them to release those features right at that moment, instead of having us to wait until end-April’s monthly patch.
Anyways, we should at the very least get new balance changes. But with custom arenas, spectator mode and leaderboards coming “soon”, it shouldn’t take much time until pvp becomes at a much better state.

The game and his mechanics are awesome, one of the greatest MMO ever, probably the best one under that aspect (imho), but it has been ruined by a kittenty development from the devs. Features we PvPers are claiming for should have been here from the beta. The game came out unfinished, and now it’s probably too late to regain credibility.

it takes forever to find a match, and I don’t even know if you will actually find one. 3 round tourneys are dead. even 1 round sometimes takes 10+ more minutes to find a match.

I just wanted to say that I feel your frustration, OP, but then I read all these stupid comments coming from rank 10+ players that never played a tournament in their whole life complaining about how much stealth is overpowered or something like that, and I felt depressed. So many newbs… /facepalm
Btw this is an important and very frustrating bug, and if it is not a bug, then it’s a broken mechanic of the game. If I go stealth I don’t want to be hitted by chain spells that have been casted before stealthing

In hotjoin’s narnia everyone can be awesome, like those stupid pew pew rangers (Suiciding when you put them under feedback…lol..)…that’s why lots of ppl like it so much, setting up a team, decide tactics and roles, learn how to play for each other, being facerolled many times and learning from mistakes and becoming better (For real) it’s the hard way….and lots of ppl just don’t like hard ways…i agree owning nabs 3vs1 and watch them whining in map chat it’s fun but it ends there, you learn nothing just roflstomping hotjoin farmers…you learn more losing in tpvp than making top scores in hotzerg, for sure…

I don’t know why i’m still answering to you, lol. If i want to go premade I go with my team and roflstomp everything and everyone, but this is not the focking point. We were discussing that solo que is broken, and IT IS obviusly broken. A full pug team, even if they are good (a rank 1 CAN’T BE GOOD) will lose FOR SURE against a full premade, no matter what. You learn WAY MORE farming hotjoin all day long instead of wasting time in this kittening bullkitten solo que system. Now shut the fock up and go play SOLO QUE, I bet you’ll disinstall after the third try, when you’ll face again a full premade with a rank 1 in your team.

I don’t want exp/karma/laures, I just ask for rank/glory points instead. in pve daily and montlhy gives experience, why not rank points in pvp then? leveling up in pv kitten o tedious and so slow

Arenanet, this is not another thread about incoming features we PvPers want to see as soon as possible or a whine post about the lacks of… pretty much everything in this game PvP-side (there are already tons of topic about this). Every top PvP player loves this game and his combat system, but we are also very tired and bored and we’re leaving due to the lack of new features and the proper attention by the devs to the PvP aspect of the game. The competitive scenario is gone from a long time and the PvP overall is stagnant. Only six months have passed and the PvP of the game is already dead.
This is an advice for you, Anet: the March patch is for real your last hope to bring back old players who left and to save the game. If the next update will suck as older updates, you can definitively say bye bye to the PvP aspect of GW2.
Arenanet, we all love your game and its mechanics. Save it now. This is your last chance.

i was in a 5v5 yesterday where we were celebrating because we beat the 5 guild members on the opposite team and we were all solo-kittens.
So it does happen lol
Once I won 4v5 (we were all solo queuers) against a full premade team (they were noobs), so yeah, it can happen, but it doesn’t mean this system is not broken tho.

every bridge is bugged, 90% of the times my infiltrator’s arrow and shadowstep don’t work (why the heck do you even have people testing maps if you don’t fix basic issues like these??)

Okay, so, we went from winning gems and QPs in paid tournaments to winning only QPs and your ticket back and now you only get shietty chest (I have ALL paid tourney items) and a stupid 200 glory/rank points?? wtf is wrong with this? the reward system in this game is totally worthless! Give us something to play for! Give us properly rewards! I do nothing with 200 rank points when i need 75k to level up. seriously anet, do something about rewards.
