Keep Signet of Vampirism’s ICD but up the healing by 50% (so about 480 per hit baseline).
It wouldn’t show up since the bonus would vary from foe to foe depending on how many conditions they have. Similar to how Right Hand Strength (guardian trait +15% crit chance for 1 handed weapons) doesn’t show the increased crit chance because it only applies to your mainhand weapon and not your offhand.
We can’t have, arguably, the worst profession being any good now can we?
I came onto the forums to rant about this but I guess I’ve been beaten to it. The problem is their new Vuln on chill trait, not chill on blind. If they added the cooldown to that trait instead, it would still grant necros the ability to stack chill nicely but limit their ability to stack vuln so high on their own.
To start off I will say I wasn’t too excited about the Revenant, once I heard about what it was like through announcements. However, after playing a limited part of one, I can say this. I am very excited. I preferred the Mallyx stance (condi orientated) over King Jalis (more support) alongside the mace and axe (also condi). The energy system seems fairly balanced and a vast improvement over the Thief’s Initiative. I had particular fun with the Unyielding Anguish utility skill (creates a field that displaces foes), though it will probably be very abused in WvW. Mallyx felt very much like a heavy melee Necro to, whereas jalis was far more like a Guardian. I also loved the Elites. The ability to use them without having a massive cooldown attached like every other elite in gw2 was a huge bonus.

After successfully trying out a shout build on my ranger I kept wondering why the shout “Guard” has a cast time. Traditionally shouts have never had a cast time and no other shout in the game has a cast time. Rangers also have, arguably, the worst set of shouts of the 3 professions that use them (ranger, warrior, guardian). Perhaps someone can fill me in as to why this is the case?
Whilst playing my Engineer (in Magitech gear with the Gas Mask head piece) I thought to myself; why shouldn’t people, who have gained these one time rewards, be able to use them on different characters and more than once on a character for different armour sets? Anet could make all the one-time living story skin rewards available from Achievement Unlocked Rewards panel, alongside the Zenith, Hellfire and Radiant skins.
