Uh what they say is accurate, but if I recall correctly, if you store any non bound items you have farmed after the hack in a personal guild bank they should still be there after the rollback because it does not affect guild stashes. Anything account or soul bound though that you acquire between now and your roll back will be lost.

Also, you need to learn more, as staff eles we are great at stopping crowds dead in their tracks and dealing extreme collective damage to them. If you’re just going to sit in fire all the time, then you deserve to be called a terribad, especially since you’re meant to repeatedly swap attunements and generate combos. Yes, fire is great for damage, but that’s it – just damage. The other attunements aren’t “50% less powerful” at all, they simply work in ways that you don’t seem (and need) to, understand.

On a side note, d/d isn’t melee. Melee range is considered to be 130, and the lowest range an ele can possibly have is 300. Besides, you don’t actually hit anything with the daggers, they’re just there to help you channel magic.

2nd. this is a game not real life. yes life is hard and in alot of places the environment is not safe or nice
however seeing as this is a game and not real life then there should be a nice social environment free of scamming and other harsh behavior toxicating the social environment.

And I’m not so much talking about the selling paths, but the kicking part. It is obviously not a solution to get rid of party kicking. Selling paths is a controversial matter that i understand people have valid criticisms of (though I do not agree). Party kicking protects you just as much as it threatens you. You can stop leeches and keep people adhering to your party requirements.

however it also opens up a way for people to scam other people by kicking them and selling the dungeon. and the fact is there is very little someone can do against this situation.
this is because naturally when u kick someone and they get removed from the instance. any party chat vanishes. this of course makes it impossible for anyone who did not expect to get scammed to have no way of reporting the criminal(s).

so overall the cons outweigh the pros.

I’m brought to my original advice. Always screen cap account names of pugs so you can report, and always open the dungeon yourself. That is literally all you need to do to prevent this. That’s it.

Let me just give my 2 cents here. I’m a fairly new player (2.5k AP) and I pretty much started doing dungeons a couple of weeks ago.
And funny thing is, I’ve yet to find one party willing to teach new (or old, idk) players how to do the dungeon “the right way”, even stacking is somewhat hard to find, most people just direct you to YouTube.

When you look at LFG all you see is “pX 80s exp”, and new players are not to blame IMO, I’m willing to learn and I would love to finish a dungeon killing every monster, at least once.

The problem isn’t the willingness to teach (not that I don’t think there’s something wrong with not wanting to teach; when is there ever the obligation to teach and educate someone unless it’s your job or like they’re your own children?) but newbies joining dungeons that require EXP runs only.

On top of that, what’s worse is that there’s now an avenue for people who are new to dungeons to seek appropriate mentors to learn about the dungeon.

You do realize that, these two statements are conflicting with each other?. How can you not have a problem with teaching and then go on to say it’s bad that there is a problem with a resource for where teaching is available?.

Yeah I saw DD’s post on the forums and that’s the kind of atmosphere I want to get into but I’m not too sure it’s what I want to JUMP into if that makes any sense. I mean I have all the stacks of potions etc.. but I still haven’t even done every dungeon path. Like I said… I’ve been in TPvP since release and really really want to get out of this hell hole lol… TPvP is just full of a bunch of mean people and wouldn’t mind taking a break from that.

Then I would recommend seeking out LoD. They’re seen as a more casual speedrun guild, but they’re still min maxing and that sort of thing. IM me in game at some point and I can try to get you in touch with a member. Alternatively, pop on over to the dungeon forum and ask around there.

Just a reminder that 3 screens/characters/dungeons are absolutely mandatory for entrance into judging. Certain exceptions (like the Coe photoshop) ARE acceptable but there will be points off in my judging for it not having 3 dungeons. But there absolutely must be 3 fashionable characters of the different weights

They’re a little hardcore but DnT (Dtguilds.com) is a good one. There’s also DD (Daily Dungeons) who are recruiting in the recruiting forum and then LoD I hear is a good start if you are uninterested in trialing.

Not any build with berserker gear is good. A proper dps build with berserker gear, coupled with proper weapons and utilities, can make any class capable of carrying a party’s dps and support (if you’re a supportive class like a guardian).
Rangers give a good dps boost, with potential access to reflects, fire/water fields and potential perma fury. They’re ok in pugs.
All 7 classes are ok in pugs
