Again, even after 2 patches, i still have to report the malfunction of this skill.
Regen is not working properly. Now sometimes triggers, but no icon appear about regen, and duration. And noone in the party get any regeneration.

A simple solution, i proposed yet, and devs didn’t implement:
allow kick just of offline players, and players on afk status ( a simple 3-4 minutes timer, with an icon AFK, will allow the kick).
The group will remain as is. Not be able to kick anyone for any reason except the 2 mentioned.
One player is antisocial? Your fault you picked him, deal with him.
When dungeon is completed, remember to block him.

True, dps matters during this fight. Same time, player’s skill matters.
During a pug, is easy to spot if you’re going to waste 3-5 hours even from beginning:
if you’re pretty slow at beginning with adds, 2 or more keep die at first boss, then attempting lupicus the entire group except you is pwned on ph2, and repeating half is 1shotted when ph2 begins, feel free to leave. No miracles will happens, it’s a group of people without a proper mind to coordinate the sparks, and with a pathetic dps. This kind of players will whine with the Dwayna’s battle, leaving with “amen it’s bugged”.
So, if you detect a noob group. leave them, or offer them to reset and do a path3 noob run, when you realize they are just players who deserve to whine on the noobish HotW doing just path 1 .
This is the best they can do

I don’t believe for an instant, these dungeons are tested by “regular” casual players. I’m sure the testers they have are top notch, but, the vast majority of the player base are not top notch.

This means the testers were unqualified to test these dungeons. You don’t test something from experts, you test something for the average “Joe or Mary” to see a market response.

As it is, only a very few exceptional players in our 120 plus roster of players have the exceptional qualities to beat these death traps.

Guild wars dungeons were fun, and balanced. The ones here are cruel, evil, pointless, and un fun.

Disillude yourself. Noone test nothing, we players on live are the testers. When a patch appears barely stable, is throw out as official. If the patch will mess up groups no more able to join an istance together, or objects disappear from your inventory etc, well, amen, your fault you was online during the bugged patch days

The only real problem doing pug arah, is communication. 99% of the pugs i met, is just by people who don’t read 1 single line of my explanation of the battle.
If you’re lucky just 1 of your group is reading and applying the strategy, others are just a bunch of loser zergs picked from their wvw/DE farm throw in a serious place where wow, you have to dodge, and hell, you have to play smartly too. Gosh

I guess one of the player of your team, urtv.8791 , maybe dodging, moved out of her area a bit. All the team must stay on her area on the side of the exit , where the path continue. Moving around ye, still on door side. You die a bit obiouvsly , others must rev fast, and it’s easily done. Just spread around her forming a semi circle.

Well i found a way to complete this path, waiting Anet fix about crashes.
You just have to fight the boss on her area.
All grouped, dodging and rev others. Just don’t move out of the area, no fear, and she will die.
Funnily you will see a flying reward chest too when finish, but you will be able to do all paths and get your 180 tokens, at least

Don’t care of people posting their funny L2P. Who post in pug threads about it, is just people who must knee and thanks their god to be enough lucky to have found a guild dedicated to arah, organizing runs appropriately knowing the content too. Alone, those guys, are just funny losers.
Block leavers, and start to make a list of the best players you met on pugs, calling them for future runs. Repay, days later.

Agree 100% about the leader resetting the dungeon, but i’ll tell you something strange.. Yesterday i was on arah, at half 1 without a reason left the group, one more went afk then offline. The guy who left, was one of the idiot you described, but attempting to destroy the entire run (he was the leader). Guess what, we wasn’t kicked. Sadly we didn’t found a replace,so 3rd left. Still we was inside the dungeon. I left, the 5th got kicked. Without a reason i became the group leader, the one who leaving reset the dungeon.
This system is not meant to be like this, it’s just bad programming, trash who must be fixed.

Agree 100% to the OP. I’m getting quite bored to play dungeons.
He’s perfectly right, most pugs are just skipping. What’s fun, is how idiot they are to not understand a fight long 2 minutes will worth less stress running back if death (TA opening is a perfect example).
I waste way more money to repair my exotic armor dealing with billion adds skipped who requires me to run, and alone sometimes is not so easy and you’re dead. And dead, and dead. Until finally you’re lucky and your speedboost gave you the good sprint to arrive to the mass of idiot runners.
I was on a TA pug today with a group, not just they made me waste a lot of money to repair, they even chose immediately path 1 (the noob path) as much was clear from invite was a forward up group. Most play on zombie mode, or idiots, i don’t know.
I just left them.
Seriously anet, put an end on this. Triple adds, put walls, whenever.

Absolutely not. I know perfectly this fight, and with proper damage, it’s done in a few minutes. Last time i tried was around 3 minutes, maybe was 5.
And no, it’s not bugged at all this fight, as much i remember. (At least i don’t remember any bug). Curious the text didn’t appear. That’s a bug. Not the fight.

Because if was a pug i’m not surprised, most pug have player who don’t listen.

I guess the rage doesn’t grow until the damage is not high enough.
Seriously guys, it’s pathetic. It’s from last patch we ask devs to fix the group mess, even now with new patch and minifix, it’s messed up.
I completely wasted my health on arah, more than 3 hours, arah path 4.
I explained to the group to read my explanation how to deal with dwayna.
Even showing them it was working, following my explanation, 2 of the group just left thinking (like the most of you reading my post) that boss is bugged.
So, i just went outside, attempting to find 2 more to finish the dungeon.
Guess what happened? Logging out and relogging, i was outside and on a total different istance, no more able to join MY PARTY. I found 2 more guys, we went inside, we was on a total new istance.
It’s pathetic.
Relog, leave and rejoin, map, useless. We had to forget our waste of time, who didn’t worth a kitten and 0 tokens obiouvsly not killing last boss.
This means play with the spectre of lose electricity or the connection, and be ready to waste even 4 hours for nothing, no more able to join YOUR PARTY.
Didn’t devs promised us they was going to fix this idiot bug on monday patch?

For me everything is working correct again and I am really happy about that, because now I actually feel rewarded when doing a dungeon.

But just out of curiousity. Is there any chance we re getting back the tokens that we missed out on during the last week?

And for Zytherion: 20 is the amount you get if you already ran the path once that day so it would make sence you somehow did it after the reset the day before.

You will not get the tokens you missed out on.

Dungeons reset at 5pm pacific time daily.

So you run CoF path 2 at 10pm you will get 60 tokens. After this it doesn’t matter what dungeon or path you run you wall not get more than 20 tokens from CoF path 2 until after 5pm the following day

And this assumption has a proof, or it’s your personal opinion? Because i highly doubt the DR reset triggers on server reset.

I have to report this bug again, new patch didn’t fix.
This skill still don’t work. Heal myself, don’t regen me nor anyone inside the well, nor the power bonus given by traits using wells.
Please fix, it’s a real handicap.

This is your opinion, Wahaha, getting armor+weapon after 10 days.
It’s still not clear if the reset timer trigger every server reset, every 24 hours, randomly, triggered doing a certain sequence like CoE all paths then arah all path THEN just when you complete all arah paths, CoE is resetted giving you 60 tokens again per path.
Now people is happy, we are getting 60 tokens for the first attempt per path.
Still, looking the Hrouda post on this page, seems devs are again playing the game of who find the exploit getting 60 tokens per run not triggering the DR.

Correct. People can speculate about the timing involved and how it works – we will not be divulging this information since it opens the system up to people finding ways around it. While we are confident in the system, we are doubly confident that people are amazing at finding holes in systems and breaking them.

I would like to remember to devs CoE story central poi (the one available killing the last boss) still doesn’t trigger, remains undiscovered

Timing is just to discourage speedruns, lowering the reward. Play normal, do all path and you’ll get your 180 per day.
