Bandwagon guild acting like a bandwagon guild, nothing to see here. I sincerely hope the MERC remaining on BG see what their “leaders” are made of and get a new tag that has some class.

We know exactly what MERC was made of. Ralikh and Tarkus would stay up passed 4 am running the float everyday. For that, we are nothing but thankful for the months of leading us.
@MERC, Hope you guys have fun on JQ, we will definitely miss you. Last night farming JQ at those 2 bays was the best way you could have ended your journey on BG.

That was the intention as I wanted to leave on a high note, yeah I did transfer last night. Its kinda disgusting though that the second that we leave that a lot of the leadership of blackgate turned feral, you wouldn’t have been in T1 if it wasn’t for our help and the way ICoa (Kin), KnT (Rid) and TMD (Choc) has reacted has effectively burnt all bridges. Nice to know all of the hours we put in got turned around so quickly.

From the reaction given to us not 6 hours in I know what server I’ll be focusing in Oceanic and late PST. No sympathy, I would’ve told you in channel but Choc banned me for a false rumor that was spread around in LA and has been continued to have been spread to make the war council feel satisfied with themselves.

Say what you want. Keep spouting Bullkitten on the public forums doesn’t make you look any better. No doubt, people aren’t going to take this move lightly considering you moved at the most crucial time to one of the biggest threats Blackgate has. Not only that but this move has been planned for a long time and kept in the dark. Theres members of MERC that had no idea this was going down. If you’re surprised that people aren’t happy then I don’t know what to say… Countless times over and over again each week was a new excuse as to why MERC would possibly be jumping ship. It went from our SEA is dying to you’re tired of PvDooring and back to Our SEA is dying. Blackgate has worked extremely hard to help you out. All our timezones has supported you to the fullest. Each and everytime something went wrong the amount of QQ from you guys was very dramatic. You’ve managed to kitten of a lot of people and decapitate a server for your own needs. No reason you give will be good enough at this point. Bridges are indeed burnt and Blackgate will live and move on. We aren’t done and see you on the battlefield Tarkus. I’m sorry if this message offended anyone I’m just speaking the truth. Lastly, You can respond but I’m not posting and further. This didn’t have to be taken to these forums.

I can’t tell, do people like the changes or not? Or does no one care one way or the other?

On the long run I can say that SoR will complain about the world point per kill XD but if they were what they always claim to be they would have a very high % AND IT DOESN’T SHOW that because they have been always making fake statesment that noone believed ever at least now we have game data providing true colors.
BG 36.32% and n°1 from every servers in the “farm your ennemy” % XD
JQ 30.46% and n°9
SoR 29.38% and n°13 (lol)

This would be twisting the data that is collected to what you want to perceive. The analytics do not show 100% of the fights that are going on out there, this would only prove that BG places priority on the middle cap points instead of objective holding.

Consider the following, BG on BG BL, primarily rolling 40-60 deep in the middle of the map at the cap points, SoR and JQ from what I have seen attempt to send smaller squads in, they get farmed. Each small team that gets farmed is another 5-10 stomps, this translates in to score. What the score will not show is when JQ or SoR counter blob or zerg the middle and clear the whole middle ruins out. It is this period that neither SoR or JQ has bloodlust to translate this in to score, hence the factual data presented as to “whom really does play for points” is not reliable. Again, this would go for whoever has a server playstyle of placing priority on middle caps as opposed to objectives.

Just take this outlook when you analyze the data that is presented, these are mechanics that should be clearly defined when posting such “factual” data.

Pretty correct. I was commanding BG BL last night and I was the only commander. Thus everyone centered around my tag. You guys had DA, SF,Pro. The 3 pronged made me have to constantly move fast across the map while still trying to maintain the orbs. I did try to break off splinter forces though for the center. Overall, I had a lot of fun fighting you guys. Very enjoyable night for me.

The one time. I tried to assault your south tower and you guys poured in and built arrow carts on the fly was pure win BTW. Very well played. GG

Fun times in South West camp in JQBL. Seriously had a fun reset and I have not seen fights like this in a long time, not since the first few weeks of EB/BP/AR streak. BG, you guys are relentless.

Just so you all know what RATS is composed of, the majority are up leveled Asuran characters. So, if you get steamrolled by an upleveled group of new to WvW players being trained, there may be an issue at hand

I know we didn’t get steamrolled though. You can even see in the video linked ! we were having fun the GvG was over and we knew they were coming.

I really checked the video from minute 33:00 to 40:00 (i was making breakfast as RATS went down south) and as the engineer of RATS doing the stream goes down, your blob leaves to the left and behind you is a large green force around a pin. If you you continue to watch that fight keeps going (on both sided of the water) until you lost 60% of your force and run through south camp after losing all but 5 of you.
If you really call that farming, I no longer wonder why BG keeps recruiting guilds.
You need every single corpse as a meat shield to cover your “farming”.

back to yesterday. Thanks to everyone involved in wvw. It was a really funny night with RATS, even on a level 23 warrior in the front line. Thanks to RET from FA and the bg guilds involved on JQ bl.
My personal highlight was the last attack on our field trebs near hills. Our zerg went to get supplies and I was eating breakfast while “guarding” the guys on the treb as I saw the bg map zerg coming down northern hills. I don’t know who the commander was, but i really felt sorry for him. He ran up to us through massive ac fire and aoe and getting killed right before my position while his zerg was at least 20 seconds behind him. If I hadn’t stopped my stream after the first part of the night, I would have made a braveheart video of this. Freeeeeeeeeeeedom! (no pun intended. I really liked that)

Sorry man. our 25 players could compete with the awesome rat 40 to 50 man force with constant respawns. We did kill an awful lot of you and we didn’t respawn till the very end where we were actually trying to run away because we had other GvGs to do. Either way it was fun.

That is probably the only fight that had manageable skill lag from all of reset. Pretty disappointed to see AoI running 60+ and not breaking up into a couple groups after the first 10 minute rush on reset but I guess if that’s how deep your guild runs more power to you.

Honestly I’m pretty happy to see this matchup so long that you guys realize you can afford to run smaller than 1 map zerg/map and get much better fights. Looking forward to fighting KnT and LotD if they are still around and not doing the blob.

AoI- is OnS and Work on reset nights. We generally have 50 since everyone wants to play on reset. We normally break off a group of 8 for Small ops and Ninja tactics. You should expect what you fought during every reset in T1. No matter if its. SoR or BG. Your Garrison will get hit with a full map zerg 80% of the time.

Legendaries are getting a second change, you will be able to change weapon stats off combat, so if you wanted to you could have a sentinel ascended legendary, then change it to a berserker ascended legendary, back to sentinel and so on.

So, I’ve had my Legendary Twlight Greatsword for a very long time. During this time I’ve transmuted it many many times and changed the sigils on it as well. I’ve even changed the character in which wielded the weapon by transmuting it into a level 80 white and transmuting it back to an level 80 exotic to make it account bound. Right at this very moment my Twlight has Sentinels Stats with Superior sigil of bloodlust attached. What will happen when this next patch comes and a Legendary turn into Ascended weapon?

Will My legendary not change?

Will I have a Ascended Sentinel Legendary?

Will my Legendary be reverted to a default stat combination that’s ascended?

Playing for fights and playing the PPT game is not the same thing.

Also SoR is “hiding its strength” and playing badly on purpose so we can recruit more guilds to compete with BG, as this is recognised as the most effective method for mass recruiting on SoR.

The lord was bannered as the tower was capped, leading to our lord being revived in an enemy tower w/ a buffed enemy claimer. Our lord lost the fight and when we recapped the tower the lord didn’t respawn – sorry about that, but it was completely unintentional.

That is correct, SoR will still be Rank 2. The thing is, that the gap between 2/3 and 4/below is a little closer now (unless JQ eventually pulls ahead by so much as to start gaining rating off of TC). So the likeliness of the usual triumvirate is a little less likely, but only a little.

If they tighten the spread on the RNG soon, which they probably will because the middle tiers have more or less finished sorting in NA (though EU still needs work).
