If you are using Chrome, you can just add English to your list of languages from the Language settings and you will no longer be redirected. I don’t know if it works the same for other browsers though.

SUPER ADVENTURE BOX: BACK TO SCHOOL

General

  • Fixed a bug that prevented players from completing the Bachelor of Baubles achievement.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented players from completing the Forbidden Honey achievement.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed players to enter World 2-3 in Tribulation Mode before completing Worlds 2-1 and 2-2 in Tribulation Mode.
  • Added missing French and German localization.

Balance

  • Spin flowers have been changed so that they will only launch players to a pre-determined location.
  • Damaged inflicted by Rapid Water has been removed and the knockback distance has been greatly reduced.
  • Bears will drop an orange bauble when defeated. (10 Baubles)
  • Raccoon Kingpin, Yeti, and Assassin mini bosses drop a red bauble when defeated. (20 Baubles)
  • Red and Purple Assassins, and Bananas drop green baubles when defeated. (5 Baubles)
  • Getting frozen by a Banana or sucked into an Orange Frog will no longer tick health away. It takes one less struggle to break free.
  • Geysers will always remain up and will never go back down.
  • Geysers were removed from Piranha Bend in World 2-1 and been replaced with more piranha for overall difficulty reduction.
  • Additional bear fire warning signs have been added to the first encounter of burnable trees in World 2-1. The signs become breakable after the trees have been burned.
  • Camera radius has been increased for the area surrounding the cage boss in World 2-1.
  • Additional Infantile Mode clouds have been added to the cage boss area of World 2-1.
  • The bauble behind the first dart trap in World 2-2 has been moved up the hill, and replaced with a 1UP that can be acquired once per day per account.
  • Three dart traps have been removed from the Gong Temple in World 2-2. Two dart traps have been relocated to the opposite side of the wall they were originally located.
  • Three additional checkpoints have been added to World 2-2. One checkpoint has been moved.
  • Two Tribulation mode checkpoints have been added to World 2-1.
  • One additional checkpoint has been added to World 2-3.
  • Additional Infantile Mode clouds have been added to World 2-2.
  • One additional Infantile Mode cloud has been added to World 2-3.
  • An additional dig spot has been added to World 2-3.
  • The vertical rock tunnel in World 2-3 has been made easier to climb up.
  • Difficult jumps in World 2-2 have been simplified.
  • An additional platform has been added to the vertical falling logs in World 2-1. Piranhas have been reduced.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the Tiptoe achievement from being awarded properly.

You are free to link the video itself. What we are asking is that you provide points for discussion in the first post. Commonly what happens is only a link or only a link and transcript are posted, and points for discussion are not brought up by the OP. That is what is seen as promotion.

By providing discussion points first, it tell us and others that you have watched the video and these points stood out as something you would like to discuss with others. By just posting the link, it feels more like somebody coming to the forums and saying “hey, my friend/guild mate/whatever made this video, everybody go watch it”.

Think about how many PvPers have youtube channels or twitch streams. Now think about what the PvP forum would look like if we allowed all of those people to post a link to their videos and streams in a new thread with every new stream or video.

That is why we have linksville. It serves as a place for people to promote their videos, streams, blogs and whatever else they want without pushing discussion threads out of the other subforums.

Ideally, a thread to discuss content of the video would start with the points for discussion, then lead into the link and possibly a transcript.

Past threads linking to Helseth’s videos (including a duplicate for this week) tend to be just a link and the word “discuss”. The one you linked happens to also contain a transcript.

Because of the length of the transcript, I missed the points for discussion in the OP’s last post. So, on good faith, I will return that thread to the sPvP subforum so that discussion can continue.

In the future, please open with discussion points to clarify that the thread is a discussion thread and not just an advertisement for a stream or blog post.

Helseth’s stream links belong in linksville because they are links. If somebody was starting a discussion, and happened to link his stream as reference to a point they were making, that would be different. What’s been happening is his stream is linked either with no discussion or with a transcript of his stream. In either case those belong in linksville, as that is what that subforum is there for.

LIVING WORLD
Super Adventure Box: Back to School
Moto is back with the next installment of his hit entertainment-education hybrid. Find him in Rata Sum and hop into his newly renovated hub map to party up and party down! This time, players will explore three sprawling zones in the Mountain World. Get ready to get wet in the rough and tumble Rapids! Learn the way of the assassin in ancient temples precariously perched on the Pain Cliffs! And prepare to be challenged while venturing through the puzzles, traps, and inclement weather of Storm Top, where players will find their toughest foe yet: the STORM WIZARD!
But for those who find all of that too easy, Moto has devised the most heinously difficult challenge the world of Tyria has ever seen. For players swimming in extra lives and continue coins, activate Tribulation Mode and try to defy Moto’s capricious and unfairly invisible instant-kill traps—but be prepared for death around every corner! Tribulation Mode will be available for both worlds, and special color variants of the Super skins await those who have the skill and tenacity to overcome.
And finally, for those who don’t enjoy jumping challenges, there’s Infantile Mode, which allows players to easily traverse Moto’s world by walking over beautiful rainbow bridges.
Achievements

  • All World 1 achievements have returned, and all-new World 2 and Tribulation Mode achievements have been added.

Rewards

  • Collect Bauble Bubbles to complete the blue Super skin weapon set. Gather ingredients in World 1 Tribulation Mode to create green Super skins or World 2 Tribulation Mode to create yellow Super skins.
  • Also available from Moto: Mini Moto! And keep a lookout for Princess Miya outfit pieces randomly dropped in the world. Who knows…maybe putting the pieces on Mini Moto in the Mystic Forge will make Mini Princess Miya!
  • Players can only receive rewards from dig spots and the reward chests found at the end of each zone once per account per day.

At the Gem Store

  • A new trio of minis is available: Super Yeti, Super Raccoon, and Super Banana. Combine them with a continue coin in the Mystic Forge to create the magical Mini Assassin.
  • Back by popular demand: the Super Adventure Box o’ Fun! Players can now bring the spirit of SAB with them wherever they go.
  • The Super Explosive Finisher has been upgraded to be permanent. Players can now keep the warmth of this bombastic PvP fun close to their hearts forever.
  • Tired of scrounging baubles to buy continue coins? The Infinite Continue Coin is the perfect solution. Never worry about running out of lives in SAB again!

NEW FEATURES AND CONTENT
Changes to Crafting

  • Weaponsmith, Huntsman, and Artificer can now be leveled to a rating of 500.
  • Crafting experience for all disciplines has been updated to accommodate leveling to a rating of 500. As part of this, the total amount of leveling experience that comes from leveling a crafting discipline now requires leveling all the way to a rating of 500.
  • New ascended material refinement recipes now unlock at a rating of 450.
  • Ascended inscription recipes are available for purchase at all master craftsmen and require a rating of 500 to craft.
  • Ascended weapon recipes are available for purchase at all master craftsmen and laurel vendors and require a rating of 500 to craft.
  • Crafting discoveries for exotics have been reset to allow for rediscovery that gives bonus experience and facilitates leveling to a rating of 500.
  • Some of the new crafting recipes, including those for Ectoplasm Refinement, have cooldowns that must elapse before they can be crafted again.
  • There is a new collection in the bank that holds ascended crafting materials.
  • The wood cost on crafting staff shafts has been reduced from 6 to 4.

Changes to Rewards

  • Drips of Liquid Karma from champion loot bags have been replaced with Piles of Bloodstone Dust.
  • Open world bosses, temple bosses, WvW keeps, and castles now drop Dragonite Ore in addition to their regular loot, which can only be earned once per day per location.
  • Dungeons, minidungeons, jumping puzzles, WvW camps, and towers now drop Empyreal Fragments in addition to their regular loot, which can only be earned once per day per location.
  • Daily and monthly achievement rewards now include Essence of Luck. To offset this, the amount of karma earned from daily and monthly achievements has been reduced.
  • Event failure no longer rewards karma in order to encourage players to succeed at events.
  • Liquid Karma dropped from dungeon end chests have been replaced with Empyreal Fragments.
  • Ascended weapons can now drop anywhere ascended materials or other ascended items can be found.
  • Loot dropped by the Karka Queen has been improved; she also has a chance to drop Settler’s inscriptions.
  • Sentinel’s inscriptions can now be purchased from the guild vendor.
  • Salvaging exotic items now produces Globs of Dark Matter.
  • Salvaging fine and masterwork items now produces Essence of Luck.
  • Salvaging Globs of Ectoplasm now produces Essence of Luck.

Changes to Account Magic Find

  • There is now a luck progress bar for account magic find in the Achievements panel. Consuming Essence of Luck will incrementally fill the progress bar. When the bar is filled, the player’s account bonus to magic find will be permanently increased by one percentage point.
  • All existing players have been sent mail with enough Essence of Luck to increase their account magic find to 20%.
  • Weapons, armor, and trinkets that had a magic find stat combo have been flagged as account bound and Soulbind on Use. These items will now allow double-clicking to permanently change the stat combo. Items that were already Soulbound to a character will continue to be bound to that character. This is a one-time ability, and the options are dependent on where the item was acquired. All trading post listings for these items have been cancelled and the items returned to the poster.
  • Infinite Light, Immobulus, The Crossing, The Mad Moon, Arachnophobia, Cooguloosh, and Seasatchel will all allow their stats to be permanently chosen as a one-time ability but not become account bound.
  • All existing crafting recipes that produced items with Explorer’s stats now produce Assassin’s stats (Precision, Power, Critical Damage).
  • All existing crafting recipes that produced items with Pillager’s stats now produce Hunter’s stats (Precision, Power).
  • All existing item drops with Traveler’s stats now drop Dire stat items (Condition Damage, Toughness, Vitality).
  • The Wayfarer’s stat combo has been retired from the game and is no longer available.
  • Copper, silver, gold, and platinum doubloons now give boon duration instead of magic find.
  • Rune of the Pirate now grants power instead of magic find.
  • Rune of the Traveler now grants all stats, condition duration, boon duration, and movement speed.
  • Rune of the Noble now grants condition damage and might duration.
  • Rune of the Scavenger now grants condition damage and life steal.
  • Sigil of Luck now grants a random boon on kill.

Changes to Legendary Weapons

  • Legendary weapons now have increased stats to keep them in line with the new ascended weapons as “best in slot” items.
  • Legendary weapons now have functionality to allow their inherent stat combo to be changed to any other stat combo when out of combat.
  • The Bifrost: Updated the effects and texture to be more detailed and vibrant, enlarged the footfall effects, and added a new projectile.
  • Adjusted the position of the golden arrow on Kudzu and updated the effects on the Kudzu projectile.
  • Meteorlogicus: Updated the texture, effects, and animations; added a day/night cycle for the effects; and added a new footfall effect.
  • Frostfang now has larger, more impressive footfall effects.
  • The Juggernaut, Bolt, Incinerator, and Rodgort now have larger footfall effects.
  • Quip now has more impressive footfall effects.
  • Updated the texture and effects on The Moot.
  • Updated the effects on The Minstrel to be larger, more impressive, and more frequent.
  • Updated the pommel on Eternity and added a unique footfall effect.
  • Added a new footfall effect to The Dreamer.
  • Added a new projectile to Frenzy.
  • Added a new skill effect to Howler.
  • Updated the effects and texture on Kraitkin.

BALANCE, BUG-FIXING, POLISH
General

  • The amount of karma granted from consumable karma items has been increased. Karma boosts no longer affect the amount of karma gained from consumable items.
  • Training manual text descriptions have been updated to be clearer.
  • Fixed a bug with Tears of Itlaocol mini dungeon that would prevent one of the puzzle patterns from displaying.
  • Fixed an issue where the incorrect artwork would display when previewing armor that had been transmuted.
  • Fixed a bug where confirming a transfer to an overflow shard opened the currency wallet.
  • Optimizations in the audio engine have been made which reduces the issues of audio loading slowly at map load and audio drop outs during scenes involving many players and sound effects.

Living World

  • Several Clockwork creature invasion locations have been adjusted so creatures do not spawn in the terrain
  • Fixed an issue where Twisted Watchwork Portal Devices failed to work properly when the player only has one.

Personal Story

  • “Retribution”: Reduced difficulty of the Risen Plaguebearer.
  • “Critical Blowback”: Reduced difficulty of Admiral Feiste Bakkir.

Items

  • The Mystic Forge recipes for The Mad Moon, Arachnophobia, and The Crossing have been temporarily disabled. They will be updated and return at Halloween.
  • The Miniature Yellow Moa is once again only available via Moa Racing.

Profession Skills
Guardian:

  • Protector’s Strike: This skill will now trigger if an attack is blocked while the guardian is in midair.

Necromancer:

  • Grasping Dead: This skill now applies two stacks of bleeding instead of three (PvP only).

Ranger:

  • All spirits can now be launched, knocked down, and knocked back.
  • Storm Spirit, Frost Spirit, Sun Spirit, Stone Spirit, and Spirit of Nature will now begin their recharge when the spirit dies instead of when the spirit is summoned.
  • Storm Spirit, Frost Spirit, Sun Spirit, and Stone Spirit: Recharge has been reduced from 60 seconds to 25 seconds.
  • Spirit of Nature: Recharge has been reduced from 240 seconds to 180 seconds.
  • Solar Flare: Fixed a bug so this skill no longer applies a duplicate infinite duration blind.

World vs. World

  • The WXP Booster has been changed to be account bound rather than soulbound.

Gem Store

  • Mini Hylek Amini from set 2 is now the advertised red skin color instead of green.
  • Corrected Mini Hylek Cuicani from set 2 to look like Cuicani instead of Amini.

BLACK LION TRADING COMPANY GEM STORE
New Items and Promotions

  • A three-pack of minis from Super Adventure Box World 2 is available in the Minis category for 500 gems. Players can get their own Super Raccoon, Super Yeti, and Super Banana minis. Combine them with a continue coin (purchased from Moto outside the Super Adventure Box) in the Mystic Forge to receive the special Mini Super Assassin. Available until September 30.
  • The Infinite Continue Coin is now available in the Upgrades category for 600 gems. This super-useful coin can be used an unlimited number of times to gain 10 lives at the Super Adventure Box “Game Over” screen. Available until September 30.
  • Permanent Super Explosive Finisher is now available in the Upgrades category for 600 gems. This finisher creates a Super Bomb explosion to be used in PvP and WvW. Available until September 30.
  • The Transmutation Splitter is now available in the Consumable category for 300 gems each, 5 for 1350 gems, or 25 for 6000 gems. Transmutation Splitters will return the two current source items from any transmuted item and will also return an applied upgrade separately. All items returned from splitting a transmutation are soulbound. Items using a skin will return a base item with the original appearance. Another Transmutation Stone will be required to reapply the skin.

Hey everybody,

In the best interests of all involved, we have decided to move the GvG organizational thread over to the In-game events subforum instead of its usual home in the WvW discussion forum. The impetus for this change is primarily due to the ongoing, negative conflict between the WvW and GvG communities. We feel the hostility between these two groups detracts from both the GvG thread and WvW topics and requires a disproportionate amount of moderator attention.

The In-game Events subforum will be a good fit for the GvG organization thread, as it is an ongoing, player-organized in-game activity and therefore fits well into the intended purpose of that forum. For other related discussion of GvG that does not fall under the general organization thread, please use the Guild Wars 2 Discussion subforum.

  • Updated the advanced event scaling system to slightly reduce the rate of champions created by events scaling up in difficulty. Some of these events can now have lieutenant mobs appear as the event scales up.

Highly rated posts is a bit of a misnomer (though don’t feel bad!). The page shows all of your posts that have been +1’d by anybody else in descending order from highest number of +1s. So, at least one person agreed with what you had to say for each of the posts on that page.

You can also make that page and the one of posts you have +1’d public through a setting in Edit Profile, if you desire.

The settings to change your culling are labeled as “WvW Character Limit” and “WvW Character Quality”.

Clockwork Chaos
The nefarious villain, Scarlet Briar, has made herself known to Tyria! Chaos ensues as she unleashes her clockwork minions across the world!
Closing Ceremony

  • Witness the high point of the Queen’s Jubilee! Attend the ceremony and hear the Queen’s Speech in the Crown Pavilion of Divinity’s Reach. It’s sure to end with a bang.

Clockwork Minions Invade

  • Scarlet’s clockwork minions are invading entire zones across Tyria.
  • Watch the World Event UI for new invasions.
  • All overflow maps created within 10 minutes of the start of the invasion will host a concurrent version of that hour’s event.
  • Complete additional waves of the invasion for an increasingly lucrative map-wide reward.
  • Map-wide rewards are limited to once per account, per day, per map. For example, players who claim the map-wide reward for an invasion in the Gendarran Fields will not be able to claim invasion rewards in this map until the following day.
  • Complete all waves of an invasion to unlock a bonus battle with Scarlet.
  • Defeat Scarlet for a daily world-boss reward of two guaranteed rare items.
  • All possible maps will be invaded at least once per day.
  • Invasions will not occur in Orr, Southsun Cove, or maps suited for character levels below 25.
  • After the Clockwork Chaos release, the invasions will continue at a less frequent pace.

Scarlet’s Funhouse

  • Scarlet has claimed and occupied a prominent structure in Tyria and twisted it into a demented fun house.
  • Help Emissary Vorpp at the Crown Pavilion reverse-engineer Scarlet’s portal technology to find a way into her fun house.
  • Defeat Scarlet to restore the fun house to its proper form.

Ongoing Festivities

  • The Crown Pavilion and Queen’s Gauntlet will close for maintenance on September 3. Look for their return in the future!

Achievements

  • Two achievement categories have been added to the Living World achievement group:
    • Clockwork Chaos contains all release-related achievements and the meta-achievement for this release.
    • Emissary Vorpp’s field assistant contains achievements related to the Living World story for this release. It serves as a guide to completing key achievements in the Clockwork Chaos category.
  • Completing the Clockwork Chaos meta-achievement awards the player an Infinite Watchknight Tonic. Completing this meta-achievement requires players to complete 18 achievements from either the Clockwork Chaos category or the dailies related to the Clockwork Chaos release.

Exotic Drop

  • Play Clockwork Chaos content for a chance at the exotic Twisted Watchwork Portal Device Recipe.
  • The recipe requires a level 400 artificer. The ingredients are 25 Watchwork Sprockets, 25 Pieces of Candy Corn, 25 Pieces of Zhaitaffy and 25 Flawless Snowflakes.
  • The Twisted Watchwork Portal Device is a single-use consumable that teleports the user to a random place in Tyria. The destination may be very rewarding, very dangerous, both, or anywhere in between.

NEW FEATURES AND CONTENT
World vs. World

  • Trebuchet Mastery has been added to the Ranks and Abilities tab.
    • Increased the damage of trebuchet skills.
    • Disease Cloud from cow ammo now drains supply from enemy players.
    • Increased the radius of trebuchet skills.
    • New skill: Healing Oasis—Fires a shot that heals allies and creates a water combo field.
    • Basic shots that hit enemy supply depots will now destroy some of the objective’s supply.
  • WvW Ability Points are now equal to the earned WvW rank of each character. All rank 1 characters will have 1 World Ability Point.
  • Liquid World Experience is now available as a drop in WvW rank-up chests. When consumed, characters receive a set amount of WXP.

Culling

  • Server-side culling has been removed from all PvE maps.

BALANCE, BUG-FIXING, POLISH
Achievements

  • The character-select screen now displays information about several achievement categories in addition to unlocked account medals.
  • The watch list in the Achievements panel now supports drag-and-drop functionality to organize achievements.
  • Additional visual and audio polish has been added to the achievements system.

General

  • The amount of karma granted from consumable karma items has been increased. Karma boosts no longer affect the amount of karma gained from consumable items.
  • The minimap and objective list no longer disappear when a character is downed or defeated.

Story

  • “Last of the Giant-Kings” – Korag is now flagged as a veteran to match his difficulty.

Profession Skills
Elementalist:

  • Signet of Restoration: The signet effect will now play at the start of the cast for this skill.
  • Glyph of Elementals: Removed an unnecessary range fact.

Engineer:

  • Flame Turret—Overcharge: The skill fact now displays the correct radius.
  • Elixir Gun—Elixir F: Added a bouncing skill fact to the base skill when it is traited with Rifled Barrels.
  • Thump: Updated the damage skill fact to more accurately reflect the damage done.
  • Jump Shot: Fixed a bug that caused the vulnerability applied by this skill to be unblockable.

Guardian:

  • Purifying Ribbon: Added a skill fact for the number of bounces.
  • Signet of Wrath: Added a damage skill fact.
  • Faithful Strike: Updated the healing fact to display the correct value. Added a radius skill fact.
  • Bane Signet: Added a passive skill fact and changed the knockdown fact to display the correct duration when this skill is traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
  • Signet of Judgment: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
  • Signet of Mercy: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
  • Signet of Wrath: Added a passive skill fact that is also updated when traited with Perfect Inscriptions.
  • Virtue of Resolve: Updated the buff skill fact to accurately display the healing per tick.
  • Hammer of Wisdom: Updated the damage facts for this skill as well as its Command skill.
  • Sword of Justice—Command: Fixed an issue that caused the Command skill to go on full recharge without activating properly when used without a target.

Mesmer:

  • Power Cleanse: Removed the range fact as it was unnecessary.
  • Mind Spike: Fixed a bug where this skill was checking for a boon on the mesmer instead of on the target. The extra damage will now be correctly applied when the player’s target has no active boons.
  • Moa Morph/Tuna Morph: Fixed a bug that caused this skill to appear unselectable while underwater.
  • All Phantasms: The ghostly effect on phantasms should no longer fail to show up in low graphics settings.
  • The Prestige: Fixed an issue that caused the blast finisher to occur at the point where the skill is cast, rather than on the mesmer.

Necromancer:

  • Putrid Explosion: Added an unblockable skill fact to indicate the skill’s functionality.
  • Bone Fiend: Updated the range skill fact to indicate the creature’s actual range.
  • Lich Form: Updated the skill fact description so that it doesn’t indicate it removes spectral forms.
  • Plague Form: Updated the skill fact description so that it doesn’t indicate it removes spectral forms.
  • Chill of Death: Changed the radius skill fact to a range skill fact.

Ranger:

  • Swoop: The charge portion of this skill no longer spams “miss” while running toward an enemy.
  • Juvenile Lynx—Rending Pounce: Updated the bleed skill fact to display the proper amount of bleeds.
  • Frost Spirit: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Cold Snap: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Sun Spirit: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Solar Flare: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Stone Spirit: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Quicksand: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Storm Spirit: Added a radius skill fact.
  • Call Lightning: Added a damage skill fact and a radius skill fact.
  • Crippling Talon: The projectile thrown will now travel the full distance when traited with Off-Hand Training.

Thief:

  • Infiltrator’s Signet: Updated the signet’s effect to properly follow the thief when activated.
  • Flanking Strike: Removed a redundant damage fact.

Warrior:

  • Seismic Leap: Fixed a bug so that this skill will now properly be a blast combo finisher.
  • Rampage—Dash: Fixed a bug that allowed the character to move further than intended.
  • Whirling Axe: Updated the skill fact to include a radius.
  • Banner of Discipline, Banner of Strength, Banner of Defense, and Battle Standard: Updated these skills to properly display their duration. Battle Standard now displays the casting range of the skill.
  • Banner—Sprint: This skill will now properly strike a target when it reaches the target while underwater.
  • Kill Shot: Fixed a bug so that this skill will no longer drain the energy of a target that reflects it.

Racial:

  • Asura
    • Pain Inverter: Replaced the range skill fact with a radius one to more accurately reflect the skill’s function.

Structured Player vs. Player

  • Minimap is now always centered and cannot be panned or zoomed.
  • Secondary objective icons for tournament maps have been repainted for clarity.
  • Map art for tournament maps have been repainted for clarity.
  • Downed icons no longer overlap profession icons.
  • Spectate camera icons no longer steal mouse focus from capture point icons when not visible.
  • Profession icons are now a fixed size regardless of map zoom level.
  • Player icons now show names in their tooltip.
  • Removed the capture point text from the map.
  • All capture point icons now properly show their name in the tooltip.

World vs. World

  • The Outnumbered buff now provides a 25% boost to all WXP gained.
  • WXP rates have been increased across the board. All activities that award WXP should now reward much more.
  • The Siege Decay buff is no longer visible to hostile players.

BLACK LION TRADING COMPANY GEM STORE
New Items and Promotions

  • The Zodiac Weapon Skins are now available for purchase from the Black Lion Weapon Specialist. This weapon skin set is inspired by the classic Guild Wars Zodiac weapons. For one month only, until September 16, these weapon skins cost only 1 Black Lion Claim Ticket. Claim Ticket Scraps can be acquired by opening Black Lion Chests. Black Lion Chest Keys are available in the Gem Store in the Consumable category for 125 gems each or a pack of 5 for 450 gems.
  • Mini 3-Pack Set 2 is now available in the Gem Store in the Minis category for 300 gems. Open this pack to get three random minis from an entirely new set of miniatures! Each pack contains two common and one uncommon mini from set 2. Collect all 46 new minis! The Mini 3-Pack Set 1 is also still available for anyone looking to complete their set 1 collection.
  • The Permanent* *Twisted Watchwork Finisher is now available in the Gem Store in the Upgrades category for 800 gems. This upgrade gives players unlimited, account-wide access to this twisted finisher.
  • The World vs. World Experience Booster is now available in the Gem Store in the Booster category for 150 gems. This consumable grants 50% more WvW experience for one hour.

The setting adjustments you can make currently will expand beyond just WvW, and simply be a game wide setting you apply for culling rules. For most folks, this means you can adjust the settings to actually improve your performance over current performance if you wish, since fallback models and name-tags are cheaper than full model renders.

If you do want to turn everything up to insane, you also now have that option to see an extremely large number of people in all their graphics glory. The choice is entirely yours!

In other words, yes you will be able to adjust culling levels the same as WvW.

How the people can talk of a WvW match in EU forum if the servers talks in this forum?

There is nothing preventing you from creating a matchup thread in the ES forums regarding the matchup you are currently engaged in on NA servers. The forums are not restricted by region. Plenty of players on EU servers post on the EN forums. There nothing preventing players on NA servers who speak Spanish from posting on the ES forums.

Currently all game discussion subforums except for WvW and PvP are PvE oriented and the profession subforums are open to discussions of both. Cutthroat Politics

  • Updated the Candidate Trials so that the first mate of each candidate will only offer conversation options for the tiers unlocked by the player.
  • Fixed a bug in the Candidate Trials which prevented some of the Aetherblade waves from spawning.

World

  • Cursed Shore
    • While attacking the Champion Risen Giant at the Promenade of the Gods, most of the risen defenders will stop spawning once the “Risen Presence” objective is completed.

Profession Skills
Necromancer:

  • Dhuumfire: In competitive PvP only, burning duration caused by this trait has been reduced from 4 seconds to 2 seconds. Burning duration is still 4 seconds in other areas of the game.

Ranger:

  • Sun, Stone, and Storm Spirit: Fixed a bug that caused downed players to be able to use the spirit effects without gaining the internal cooldown.
