Not that, you mad? I see, if already with 500 it’s an huge lag when players do Zergs and Flood and the map, I can’t imagine 1500, not even the servers would handle that, 4500 players? Sure xD

I agree about the TimeZones in the FR case.

For example the French Servers do Have also alot of Canadians, soo they can usually be in CAP 24h a day!

What happens it’s when the international server is “sleeping”, they are taking everything and by the morning they have an HUGENESS of Points we can’t beat anymore.

Our server lost during an week with the FR Jade Sea, they did have 4X more Points than the other 2 servers in the end.

Also yesterday we was 2 DE servers vs us (international), and they for some mad reason JUST ATTACKED US, 2 servers vs 1, no chance!

And the solution for this is….?

I don’t know, but since people will start to complete Story and PVE… WvW will increase Queue times every day that passes.

They must come with something to give all players the chance to get in, who play just 2,3 hours a day CAN’T play WvW since the queues times are usually more than that. =/

Except “lousy language” isn’t really “lousy language” its just the way language has evolved. Language changes over time and the only people saying grow up are the ones that are still living in the past. Saying things like crap and even butt where heavily frowned upon even like 15 years ago but now no one even flinches if someone says a word like that. It’s how language changes and A-Net just seems to be a bit behind the times where other companies are more lenient.

Indeed, in MMO’s it’s getting usual that kind of “lousy language”, it’s not that it messes up our community, it’s just that it became normal, NONE OF US is an angel that do never breaked the rules or did things like the “F-Bomb” or "Heat conversations", ANet just ban even if the player never did that before… That “ban policy” messes more the community than players breaking the rules in first place.

Wrong, that vast majority does not care at all. We are on the internet after all, just thought I’d remind you. And if someone did care so much, a simple /ignore and check box in language filter would do the trick.

Good point, why report if there is an Ignore Button? Unless it’s something more about “global chat” or serious issues I can’t understand why players report any more “heat conversation”.

So if the “Legal” documents are a warning, then take this as a warning: don’t bother giving this company your money. Very liberal and very ban happy.

Not to mention banning players for using in-game vendors. This company needs to learn what an actual exploit is. It’s definitely not using the official UI to buy and sell items. Players don’t control the cost. Don’t blame them when they craft an item then sell it to a vendor. Don’t follow current leadership and blame others for your incompetence.

If the GW2 staff keeps this up, this will be the shortest lived game on the market. I think their marketing strategy is to sell people a $60 game, ban everyone and profit.

I surely agree with the “ban happy” policy, but about vendors even if it was their mistake, abusing of it it’s not right, it will mess the game economy.

But they can’t take their fault from this, it wasn’t the players that mistaked some prices of karma and gold shops that allowed this in first place. The players abused it and if a player did that a bunch of times they did know what they were doing.

I just say this: This is timed bomb that will bring BAD REPUTATION to Guild Wars 2, players get mad and with reason, even if they did something bad, ban without any warning it’s quinda too rude from ArenaNet, first offenses should never be banned 3 days.

This way:
- Support will be always flooded will tickets about bans without know why were they banned in first place.
- People will get mad because the first time they did something wrong they were blocked from the game for days.

I don’t think we want to know what we said to get banned (Or atleast I don’t need to). I can understand how my racial slurs were taken offensively but I think we’d all rather have a warning rather than a ban right off the bat without getting a slap on the wrist first. It’s easier on yourselves and the player to get a slap on the wrist first, for the first offense, then a ban if or when they continue to misbehave. Obviously with this “automated” system of 3-14 day bans you’re just getting people upset and inconveniencing players for a first offense. I get the fact Arena net wants a nice community, but banning for first offenses is not the way to do it. Yes it does smack the player hard and tell them you mean business but it probably also makes players leave and gives a “harsh” name for the game.

TL;DR, Message us a warning before you ban us. Please.

I guess it depends how some players may not be aware “how far they can go”, and User Agreement won’t explain that, it’s just general about that. That’s because if a user do or say something that he may belive isn’t serious and get banned, it’s something it will be mad about.

Block this way accounts and for soo many time, won’t bring bad reputation to the game?
It’s for the best for sure, but thousands of bans already make me doubt that.

That isn’t the GPU fault, because the Trade Post is an Webpage, and the Styling of that page did not render in that example.

If you may relog the same that may work, if not something on your settings may cause it, I doubt that was something to do with our graphics card.

I Supose some areas are not optimised, because it’s the samething for me, I can be with 40 FPS but if I look at some textures or places in-game, it will take my FPS down to 10~20.

I don’t know if it is suposed to have such huge FPS Drops.

Also the Conversation Screens Underwater (5FPS), and the Cinematic Intro of the Durmand Priority (10FPS), are things that strangely Kill my FPS.

The game in general is fine.

They already said they can’t “refund” that, even if it works or not they have no way to verify it.

I notice Audio bugs in VOICE, in Cinematics and Conversation Screens.

Sometimes at the Ascalon Dungeon Intro, in the first 3,4 seconds we can read but we can’t hear what he’s saying. That also happens in conversation screens arround the Story Mode.

Sometimes when I login, I try to chat in my guild, but it says “You are not in a Guild”, i go to Guild Panel and I see there, and it’s representing also.

From nothing it can work, as from nothing stops working again.

The question is that some points because the MAP Layers are not working that fine, it wont show that’s underground, or where you must go, soo it drives us crazy finding how to get there.

Sometimes they just break by something, I was in coast now and an Risen became stuck in a Wall without possible hit, and the event will not progress untill the server get an restart this morning with the new build (I guess there’s a new build).

That’s the sound of gates to the Underworld closing, very common in Godslost Swamp. Though the gates are confined mainly to this area, you can hear them all over Queensdale. They’re definitely too loud, cover too much area, or something.

Yup that’s it, it was strange when that sound came in in all over the places and I was looking arround with the camera “Where does this come from?”

Yup what I know it’s not an overload thing, because other players can enter and you try and try to open again and it gives the same error, something they must have a look at.

I’m wondering and Tryed several times, when I edit an Post, I click it shows “Loading…”
After some 2 minutes if shows me “There was an error” popup.

Wondering if you are with same problem or it’s some overload issue?

EDIT: It’s working now, but sometimes keeps giving the same error. ^^

I did have that Error Today in all “O” options, Gem Store, Trade Post, etc…
After I restarted it came back normal.

They did new safety things after the “hacker invasion” at guild wars 2 accounts, that’s why you must contact support in a right section.

I’m usualy with 40 FPS in game, it’s fine for me.

But at some places, as the Dragon Fight in that Charr thing (forgot the name), I get 5 FPS, It’s unplayable, I don’t think that’s optimised but it is an terrible experience, not even WvW does that to my FPS.

Your account may be hacked then, Gold Sellers are somehow using accounts for spam everywhere and the accounts get banned then

What happens with me it’s another thing, it’s “Network Error” when trying to Join In, or nothing happens. I usualy need to restart the game and Join In works, most of the times.

I agree, the camera can be hugely frustrating in some areas or situations and I must manage to get camera right and play at the same time. It drives me crazy in some Jumping Puzzles.

Indeed when servers restart it fixes some, but it bugs another ones, it’s an eternal fight that isn’t allowing us to 100% maps. =/

That’s the question, they are starting to invade guild wars 2, and without know how to report such things they may flood the system with that.

Yes with me I noticed that if you use waypoints or teleports it’s going to reset.
And that’s surely and bug.

WvW needs us to see our Queue Position and also, something else for spread players for instances (like the underground) for free slots, or players still will start to be mad at waiting HOURS for get in.

Also there was an Bug with the EXP achiv that did reset when we waypointed or teleported. For some mad reason.

Yes you can disable it, it makes no sense in EU servers because people talk plenty of languages in them, in our Portuguese guild we can’t say “fica”, that is “Stay”.

Sometimes, when I start to play, I do get an error when trying to chat in guild chat:
“You are not in a guild”.

I see guild panel, it’s there, and I’m representing.
I’m not sure if any others have this issue also, but it happened again today, it usualy after some hours comes back.

Yup sometimes the game “stops” for some 2, 3 seconds of lag, I check my network but is stable, I ask another players and stable it is.

Then, why is this happening?

I do also get that Spam Mail with Gold Sellers.
