The bots adapt to the scripts an tricks the game itself as to detect them.
A new update came, they all gone… But they didn’t gone forever, they were just adapting to the new way to keep botting without detection.
This is an eternal fight that I supose ANet can’t beat, they can only controll them enough to don’t let them affect the economy as they did before that updates.
…Caused many problems, and new bugs in areas that was nothing to do with the patch notes itself?

I’m wondering, this way the game will never get fixed, if they fix something other thing gets broke! O__o
The jumping is a stealth fix for the teleport hack, is what I’m guessing. I would like youtube videos but it’s a violation of board codes. There were apparently a lot of graphical fixes. Asura Ears have had a graphic bug in them since beta, and I assume that’s what that is for.
În our case it may say “Full” in the world list, but when we are playing we notice little people, in PVE, Dungeons, WvW, it’s getting sad me playing alone in a MMO all the time…

Sadly I must agree… Somethings they do just mess the game alot and drive players mad, making somethings unplayable.
I Agree if it is to put buggy and things that going to bug systems without any problems… They must have an test server or make better tests. Because this patch broke the jumping puzzles because jumping is crazy already… Broke the Giant Fractals alot… It’s madness.
All MMO’s got their bugs, but when they start to go unplayable to players, your quality assurance… Well….
They must balance the fun of this game. Some nerfs they are doing really take the interest in somethings. They aren’t aware that they must balance to still make it fun, not just balance and make an skill / gameplay balanced to others and become useless.
With an dungeon finder it can even come an general PVE finder…. We just may post “Need Party to do this X Event” and people open an explorer to find suitable parties in the Map they are. Then it will be much more social than it is now with only map spam
Even for stories and something that may be awesome for do it with more people.
I Hope that will be not just for dungeons, it can be expanded to many things in this game.
I Heard also in my server that 2 commanders as been hacked and they were Online walking arround but it wasn’t them.
I’m not sure if it is lack of their acccount’s safety… I don’t see high ranked players to do so. It may be strange that commanders are getting hited by this in a community of soo many thousands of players.
But it may be normal, I remember in the launch that huge wave of lost accounts there were thousands and thousands and support went overloaded trying to verify and get accounts back to their owners, thing that keeps happening today.
In the last days I notice lag sometimes, delays in skills, chat, and today random disconnects. The connection is fine soo i’m wondering what’s wrong .
For me when the lag happens it’s about 200~400ms and after some seconds usualy get’s fine. But today with disconnects I’m stoping Fractals because can’t complete it without an disconenct. =/
They must add content to force players to explore and go several places, not focus everything in just one place like LA that is now full-time overflow.
Even Mini-games as the brawl are kinda empty already O.o
I must agree what I did and What I do now… Changed Alot.
And what I do now it isn’t Fun. It’s boring, sad and frustrating most times.
I don’t like the actual status of Guild Wars 2.
ANet should really go deep into theese things that are causing the “empty PVE”, dungeons madness, etc… And put effort to make an major patch and try to fix and change everything what is needed to put this game back to it’s golden days!
The game changed alot in it’s community, sometimes it is really a singleplayer game because we are simply alone. Not even Guilds are helpfull anymore in theese things. =/
Even with the lack of motivation to keep playing this game, I don’t regret in buying it.

At least in PVE, Dungeons, it’s like a SinglePlayer Game. It makes everything in PVE Boring, we are at a event, and must skip it because with Bosses or alot of monsters we wont handle it… In Dungeons it’s a nightmare to find a party, I already gave up, not even with guilds, guilds help finding groups but still not suitable ones for what we need.
I wish this game to have sucess but some “major updates” to some systems are needed to people keep exploring and having fun and we don’t see the “empy PVE maps” anymore.
For me the game isn’t social intuitive, soo I just wandering arround do my things, sometimes there are groups and something, do 1 event and all go their lifes again.
The ANet idea wasn’t this, but what’s happening in PVE is not an example of a social intuitive game. I’m already playing alot less, I will keep waiting for some kind of major update (if there is one) to add social things, and more things for people do at PVE at endgame, since for me I don’t like PVP.
I agree with most of people saying that it’s because of the content and endgame. Even with new content updates, they came with plenty of bugs, and some even frustrating like the karka events.
I finished story, map, my gear, and all dungeons. I don’t like PVP and WvW really. Then, for me it’s all since PVE will start to be repetitive if I continue playing.
Well even with the good ideas ANet did have for this event. The server perfomance was an issue greater than the fun the event allowed us to have (not for everybody).
Now Fanboys will say “You get it for free, you can’t complain”.
Even some F2P MMO’s don’t act like that.
About the event, the One-Time events was a complete failure, I agree. The Bugged NPCs and everything, including the lack of info helped.
I loved the new Dungeon and the new Area is OK, but I wont really come back there, spend more time killing monsters and everything for no drops? Right….
It’s not because this is a free mini-expansion that ANet may not do it right and fix what went wrong.
For now it’s already too late anyways. I Just hope they learn from this one for make an better next one.
The One Time Events was the most frustating thing I ever seen in GW2. Worse than the BETA Events. =/
But the Dungeon and new Map are fun, I just hope ANet to learn to not do huge events in just a stop for cause this really bad perfomance from the servers.
You will only loose a few minutes of Hard Lag, FPS drops and Invisible Mobs/Npcs/Players.
My experience with the last 2 events was that. I will not care to go to one time events again.
What actually confused most of us was that Phase 2 was stated to start with ‘Take Back Lion’s Arch’ which a considerable number of us didn’t get to see or even know if it happened, it took 40 minutes for anything to even happen after the posted event start; then all of a sudden it was just go to the Island. How did we reclaim Lion’s Arch exactly? Our treb/Cata never even got built, at the point we all boarded the boat, it was still lying in ruins.
Yup. When I read the event I though an Invasion… But lol, it was something in a place, just simple for some 7 min or less…. I would hope LA at least for get less lag invaded in several spots… But they like the focus the tsunami of npcs/people in the same place for we lag… a bit more. =/
I can’t understand at all, why in the new Event, people that talk “hay this event was awesome” nothing is done but if someone gives negative feedback over this event (constructive feedback also), the thread is usually closed?

It’s obvious how good of a platform for expansion this dungeon is. I think it’s highly possible that they will keep adding new fractals from time to time, it would be a waste to not to.
Yup the platform is very good for that thing, they can do plenty of things inside fractals that wont fit inside the actual World.
There must be something with the respawn in the new dungeon that is wrong. What Happened with me:
- I Died and all Party didn’t came for RESS Me.
- They Killed the Final Boss, get Chest and wanted to travel.
Then, I refused to Travel Untill they came for Ress Me or Die for I Respawn, after some Flame War with lots of insults ( =/ ), they did all suicided, and I did get the Chest...
And I Hope ANet changes this for nobody be in this situation again.
The One Time Event was the BIGGEST FAIL of Lost Shores by now. Where I was just terrible, skills with 15 sec delay… Chat with 10 sec delay… FPS gone from 40, to 10!
The Event Idea was awesome… But this event was not an sucess, sadly for me it was unplayble. =/
For Not Talking About the Invisible Monsters and Players, what maked things.. Interesting.
The new Dungeon is Amazing, the awesome work done in the ambients, things for do (without stay in a place just killing mobs) and the variety of things, is the BEST Dungeon I ever played in a MMO. They did listen to the community and the results are there. :P
I’m wondering, is ANet thinking in add more Fractions in Future Updates to expand this dungeon?

Saying your server sucks because all the good players are leaving is like complaining you can’t kill mobs because you don’t have any equipment and you don’t know what your skills do. Go out and GET some good players. Make friends with them. Form a guild and offer them some leadership, or join a guild that already is. In WvW showing up is literally more than half the battle and it’s intended that that half be as much a test of skill as the rest.

The answer is: mostly time. Lose a couple of weeks, like I said, and you’ll be up against servers just as hopelessly unsociable as your own, and you can ravage their poorly defended keeps like a hungry dog finding a garbage bin full of meat.
This is one of the worst things I have ever read on this forum.
How are smaller guilds supposed to stop the bigger guilds from going ‘Yep I want to easy mode through WvWvW’ and joining one of the handful of servers where all the other WvWvW focused guilds are going? That is one of the most elitist things I have read.
I understand why they kept free transfers open while people find one they are happy with and the population constantly changing as people leave the game after the first month. But attitudes like this are just causing everybody to flock to the top servers. Eventually its just going to be the same few servers constantly fighting each other while all other servers WvWvW zones are empty except for a few people trying to finish map exploration.
Indeed. Size matters alot in WvW, even with strategy… And then with the night hours when our server get’s plenty empty, with an server that as Americans or French, they will have an total festival at night.

Sometimes I enter in WvW, it’s kinda empty, it’s like thousands of invaders but our server is in vacation, not much we can still do in WvW, raid some supply camps, troll a bit, now the real stuff that demands organization, commanders… NAH….
On average there’s 40,000 accounts per server. The wvw maps hold supposedly 666 players (if each map holds 500 capacity for all 3 servers). So there’s most all of a server that’s not on the wvw maps at any given time.
Since it’s such a small % of a server that does wvw, one or two guilds leaving (or immigrating) can really change how many go out for wvw. On the other hand, the rest of the server will find it hard to notice.
I wonder if it’s possible to fall down the server rankings so much that you end up competing against servers who are just full of bots farming in PvE/totally apathetic to WvW that you basically steamroll the non-existent opposition every single time…

I know what you mean. But let’s say this way:
-Most big guilds doesn’t want to take the effort, it’s easier transfer for an more WvW Hardcore server, and it will be much easier for them. Since all our major guilds are now with their doubts about staying in this server, and Guilds are really powerfull in WvW, I don’t really know if this server can do that.
People just mad because things like: – We are getting attacked in our keep, people ask for help, nobody comes, people come even to Lions Arch asking for help in WvW and players look like “defeated” already and wont come. =/
Trouble is, Anet decided to show us server rankings.. which are for the sole purpose of matching up servers of similar ability over a period of time.
People decided to use this list as a way of saying “look we are the best!” and a very competitive element is added to a game style that doesn’t really ask for it, now I don’t entirely think this is a bad thing.. it builds community and gives competitive focused players something to fight for..
but! it gets taken too far.. entire guilds leaving servers on a weekly basis.. people yelling inside eternal battlegrounds for people to leave so there guild members can join and much much more are becoming the norm.
I Belive something as to change for WvW can be balanced, really balanced, because Guilds represent much power in WvW, since they are self-organized, have commander’s and everything, they can make diference, KISS did, but they left, and that is an huge hit in the core of WvW in our server. Yes, it’s only one guild, but one huge guild that did changed the rankings several times.
Max – WvW matchups are based on a ranking system. If you stick around on your current server you may have a couple of bad weeks as you sink down through the ranks, but eventually you’ll bottom out fighting servers as terrible as your own and you’ll start to have semi-competitive matches.
To put it in perspective, as of 2 November, Gunnar’s Hold is ranked 16th out of 27 servers. There are 11 servers who are objectively worse than you, who lose more often, et cetera. You can look forward to having some really slapstick fights against the dregs of the league in a couple of weeks as you meet Underworld, Fissure of Woe, or Ruins of Surmia. And based on your current performance you’re likely to dominate those match-ups.
I know that also, but what happened of the 3 biggest WvW Guilds that represents thousands of WvW Players…. It’s causing an huge negative impact in our server, and guilds thinking in leave, really all the big guildd are thinking in that, and if that happens, without commanders and organizations, what will save WvW in our server?
