I usually fall asleep during the afternoon, so I miss the few people who are roaming in the BL… only good fight I have had are two from warriors. Irony! Those seems to be the only ones that last for more than two minutes. :/ hopefully there are people on after 12 PM PST.

This match-up is the pitts.

I was the Warrior in Lemon , And let me tell you holy kitten the first time my mouse and keyboard was being a kitten. Number two it’s (almost) impossible to beat this build unless you run a ton of condition cleanse because the stacks last for a very long time. And running away is a terrible idea because it just makes the fight run on longer. The part he/she didn’t show before the second stomp was the 5-10m fight where half of it was me running away and avoiding using abilities while stacks wore off. Reason I lasted so long was because of Zerker and balanced stance, but as you saw it’s easy to even wear a healing signet warrior down and I’m hitting 3k Armor in zerker gear. Unless you’re a super cleanse bot don’t expect anything besides a loss or a stalemate….. His/Her raw damage alone isn’t enough to kill anyone 1v1, but the confusion stacks take care of that.

I think SE went to IOJ? I’m not too sure, but no. They didn’t say anything about leagues when we were given a reason for why ABYS left. It’s not like its the end of the world, guilds come and go when they feel there are greener pastures. DH honestly is a PvE server through and through and our 3 straight losses, even though we have numbers, proves it. Well that and no oceanic presence. But like I said, guilds come and go and it does no good to get all bent out of shape about it.

As least the roaming is mildly entertaining as always. For now.

Abys and SE gave us most of our numbers, they’re gone, and because of the scarlet events that happened, we lost more players than was good for our WvW. Plus CD seems to have a night force where as we have none at all. Our server is more or less out of the running for any wvw at this time.

IT really is kind of nasty, first time running into one today Warrior did pitiful damage, but the confusion runes made up for it. Got 20 stacks on me one time. Zerker stance is on a 1m CD, and burst skills 7-10s CD, and even then if you miss your burst skill, no cleanse for you, and your stuck running around for the next 20s because you might kill yourself from 2k procs. What is this?

Meh, I don’t mind, it’s just sad. We used to be, metaphorically double teamed by servers we were winning against. Oh how the not-so-mighty have fallen xD

I guess the new WvWvW meta is to prey on the weakest server for points… sigh

It happens to me as well. While not too annoying, it could use a fix.

I see… Well, I’ll get there when I get there…. I find doing well with less popular builds are always more interesting.

Is P/D really that kitten that it takes even a good player to force a stalemate?

I am interested in WvW than PvP. Domination game modes don’t appeal to me as much as open world combat. I probably won’t get my thief to 80 anytime soon, but it’s good to know some of them still exist, and that I have some time of advice for the future. Thanks for the help.

It’s 5 AM, and I’m tired of leveling my alt, so I guess I’ll go trolling for fights on my warrior.

I was bored of my Warrior, weird right? Anywho I was going through weapon combos, And I thought P/D might be fun, but I don’t see alot of discussion on this build. Are there people who still play this kind of thief in this day and age, and if so where can I find a post/video about it. Any help is appreciated. If not I’ll still play it. Looks more fun than any D/X or S/X combos I’ve seen a 100 times already.

How goes the fight…. I have been asleep for like 8 hours starting from 3:00 PM. It’s 1AM now, if anyone is even on.

Doing PvP on my P/D alt thief…. man I am really bad at that class…. whichs sucks because I dropped money on that alt… ah well.

Gonna be running around the crystal desert BL in my PvE spec because I’m bored and I have never used GS in a fight before. If you see a Human Major Warrior with MERC tag on, wave and bow so I know you wanna fight. Or just attack me out of no where, either works.

Its really disheartening to see you guys leave (or abandon) us.

We cannot fault them for their choice to leave, apologies for derailing, but As they are a WvW guild I believe they go where they believe their talents and numbers will be better suited. On Darkhaven they are the spearhead and main fighting force in our NA Primetime, and then late into the evening. We cannot leave everything to them, as we kinda have been for a few weeks. Our pugs can’t hold onto what we keep after we tag along with SE to take it. That said, I hope SE has better luck wherever they go, and it was fun fighting with you guys.

love how all DH are so gargabe they only can zerg. 1v5 then the last one runs to there zerg commander. A mesmer cant take people roaming so he pops his commander tag and hides in the zerg so many bad kids in this server. LOL

To the DH at SW tower this morning on the SBI BL, kudos to you for not giving up and eventually taking the tower. That was fun.

Also, as to whether SBI have skill. Individually yes, they have good fighters, but blobs are just that blobs. Blobs don’t take skill, whether you’re in the bottom tier, or you’re blackgate. The issue is kind of moot to be honest. It seems like SBI will get more transfers soon enough though.

The idea could use some tweaking, but it could potentially work. Unlike in other games where there is a passive way to find the rogue archetype, i.e if they pass right in front of you they pop up in stealth, or subtle sounds that tell you if a thief or such is nearby. Because once a thief is stealthed, you will never find him unless you were to put down a stealth trap, which is kind of cheesy.
