i kinda want to see the new borderlands similar to how EB works. all 3 on it at once. would be interesting.

so for agent brie, the last boss of arah p2. If a guardian does the first 50%, how fast should it be? since when i do it i get it in about 6-8 seconds. not sure if i should be getting that faster or not.

lol i saw you practicing that jump for about 10 minutes before they actually uncontested it. (have to admit i was practicing for a few minutes as well)

I’m obviously gonna be disappointed and it IS going to be something ridiculously sad (a friend of mine on ts just suggested a phone application, lel!) such as a living story 3 – just paid, but I’ve always been a hopeful son of a kitten. Wouldn’t be here if I weren’t.

I do believe that we have a respectable chance of at least seeing a small DLC.

P.S. There was a discussion on ts about it and the general consensus is that, if anet dares to kitten this up and announce something appalling after renting the BIGGEST room in the kitten pax and hyping to hell and back, people at the event are gonna jump on the desk and hang Colin or whoever’s available by his buttcheeks.

Thats the thing man, Anet isnt hyping all that much about it, atleast for now. Most of the hype has been through reddit who digged some buried stuff. If it were an expansion wouldn’t it be logical to have more hype about the pax announcement by Anet themselves?

spoiler alert maybe. but in the final cutscene of the new LS stuff they advertise themselves for pax. found it kind of funny.

That’s a possible 15 seconds save for extremely bad players but a 5-10 second loss for good players. I don’t even see it being used in any serious speedrun and if, just to get a safe kill done and not to go for the quickest time possible. You’ve got two elementalists which both hit for more damage in the open, just like the thief – even on moving targets.

Even tho I was not around or active when the discussion about the ruleset was made, I agree that having the same starting rules/restrictions in both categories would be beneficial. Would make things a lot easier/more interesting.

fixed it for ya pal. Zerk gear isn’t the only way to play, you can complete all the content in any gear at all. It is just that berserker gear is the most efficient gear to wear while doing so.

Yet again, you fail to understand the definition of meta and the type of meta that’s being discussed in this post.

and you fail to understand the type of people that frequent this subforum. Nearly everyone in this subforum is in either a speedclear dungeon or follows the meta used by the speedclear dungeoner’s. So when “META” is in discussion here, 99% of people talk about the builds termed as meta. And they are meta because they are the most efficient and useful builds for that class.

I’m not speaking on base of minimalist profesional and proper party specs and calculations. I’m speaking based on PUG meta and in PUG meta, warrior is easy top 3 DPS because to out-dps a warrior with a guardian/ranger you need greater knowledge to skill rotations and find proper use for them.

Even in proper groups, warrior is still easily top4 DPSer, sharing 4th place wiht guardian probably – don’t take my word on it though.

I think it goes ele, thief, engi, guard(with unscathed contender), ranger, warrior, mesmer.

I left necro out because nobody uses necro. And I might have gotten guardian and ranger mixed around tho with their spots.

Edit: for proper groups, not pugs.

Not really, it’s just probably people getting sick and tired of doing exactly same thing they did 2 years ago. Stack, buff, spam dps – 0 complexity, 0 challange.

At least I am sick and tired of it. Most of posts against current meta I’ve read are from people disappointed with the fact that their prefered professions and playstyles aren’t as efficent. And I understand them, it’s totally true and it needs to change but there are too many people enjoying the comfort of mindless buttonbashing and easy grind.

please tell me in what situation inside a dungeon would you just button mash and it being mindless? And there is complexity and challenge, but it is stale, 2 year old content. So for that bit I agree with, that we need new content. But sadly Arena Net disbanded their dungeon team and are no longer paying any attention to dungeons.

What is your most hated weapon in this game, and why do you hate it?

Mine would be any of the fake precursors. Mainly because they get your hopes up when you see their icon and then get disappointed when you read the name of the weapon.

pretty much saying that it turns into something like the bank golems you get with the digital deluxe edition. use it once, and you have 2 weeks of unlimited use before it runs out, then it runs out. And have the permanent one like the permanent stuff they have ingame, like the bank access and tp express.

I do not see how the game punishes build diversity, you can run whatever build you want and still complete the content. It might not be the most efficient build, but you can still complete it. In any game, there will always be a most efficient build for something, and trust me, nearly every single build possible has been tested inside dungeons and how useful they are, if not every build.

2 things you should know. First of all, there is no dungeon team that Arena net has for gw2, so even if they did want to update dungeons, they couldn’t in an “EFFECTIVE” manner. The second thing is that dungeon revamp topics come up like once or twice a week, so in an essence you are beating a dead horse with a stick.

yeah it works. what i usually do when i am not the only guardian in an arah pug and we get to lupi. stops him dead in his tracks.

if i was EU i would so totally help you with Arah. but keep up the work, only a matter of time before you got lupi down. then on to the fun part of alphard (most annoying boss in arah on warrior IMO)
