How do I get a memory seed for the Point of No Return story quest?
Even worse, I get a bunch of bloodstone dust and those dastardly purple things, which I physically have to destroy. Can’t even get a copper for them.
Look up Mawdrey II, and Star of Gratitude.
One would guess that in the near future, a similar item will be released for Dragonite Ore.
Which is why I have a toon who is currently full of stacks of bloodstone dust & dastardly purple things, plus I have over a thousand dragonite ore laying around too lol
Anyone who’s played this game long enough knows never to throw anything out.
My point remains. I am having to constantly destroy the first 2 items & would at least appreciate being able to merch them and get a copper or something
eotm is great for several purposes. It wasn’t meant to be a viable “game mode” in and of itself. It was meant to be an overflow relief for wvw queues, & a new place to explore combining all 3 major game modes.
People can pretty much do what they want there and get away with it.
I’ve benefited a lot from eotm ktrain. Don’t regret one minute of it.
It’s intentional for the sake of the economy: The Gold Standard
ty for this, good reads
imo, after playing gw2 for 2.5 years, the most frustrating part of this game, above and beyond anything, is the reward system.
It is deflating, and it’s a grind.
Every other game I’ve ever played it’s been “oh goodie, a chest!! How exiting, I can’t wait to see what I get!”… until GW2.
Now, chests/bags mean almost nothing. There’s no excitement or anticipation. “It’s a bunch of time spent, double-clicking, with disappointing results”. Even worse, I get a bunch of bloodstone dust and those dastardly purple things, which I physically have to destroy. Can’t even get a copper for them.
“I want that skin!” Sigh, great. Now I have an untold amount of hours/days/weeks of grind-farming/harvesting ahead of me.
If it wasn’t for the fun I have with friends in WvW….
I want to stick around and keep loving this game, & after reading your article "Breaking the Paradigm: What "Beyond the Point of No Return Really Means, I do feel a bit more hopeful.
I thank you for that Tacktix.
There are no downsides to ToK. If you have to many, then use them for skill points. (take the time to read about the game and find out what skill points can be used for. they’re a bit like a currency in the game)
People have been asking for some time about ways to get more of these. Now we finally get more of them, and there are complaints?
I agree w this, although I’d settle for just being able to salvage the dang things for mats instead >.<
F I N I S H E R

I could care less about SAB, I just want it’s FINISHER FOR WVW
Even if you don’t plan on bringing back Super Adventure Box, please please please, will you at least put the Super Explosive Finisher back into the gem store.
I’ve been waiting to buy it since it was last available…. and that was a looooooooooong time ago :*(
ps.: more than willing to pay rl monies for this
You could make the yaks more durable if they were invulnerable until caravan escorts are killed. I don’t support ideas of increasing capturing time, as it will negatively impact player experience.
this is an awesome idea, & i would think, relatively easy to implement
I’ve always thought yaks should be harder to kill. And, their guards are laughable, at best, even without the wvw ability.
But, I don’t care for the longer camp cap. I could already take a nap during one if it’s just 2 or 3 of us…. boooooring
Is this post for real?
nerf nerf nerf
seriously?
if this nerf happens, then they should buff swiftness somehow cuz they’ve already nerfed it in the past…
and as I’ve said before, stop nerfing warrior. buff other classes instead!
Here’s my list, in no particular order:
No subscription
No stat treadmill
No Pay-to-win
Cooperative PvE
Generally friendly community
The art style
It’s funand would like to add BLTP to the list of what’s done right.
The character models and scenery in this game are unmatched, as I’ve been saying for over 2 years now.
Dodging, is a mechanic that I can’t actually live without now tyvm.
I’d like to say I’m tired of hearing people complain about the gem store when, after 2+ years it is still NOT P2W. This is huge. Some of the prices can be a bit high on things & I cannot say enough times that I can’t stand their ‘impulse buy’ marketing strategy but, it’s still NOT P2W and I am extremely thankful for that.
I am however struggling to keep playing simply because my main game-mode is neglected badly. If WvW doesn’t get some major love soon, I’m not sure if I can keep hanging on.
I am grateful however, for all of the positives & certainly their tremendous effort to keep the community respectful.
*edit: forgot to give props for excellent customer service!
Server specific LA has been begged for since “the change” & I still fully support it.
However, that would render my gendarran airship pass almost useless >.>
It would be the only thing that would actually get me back into using LA again.
I think 5 is more than enough if they just changed the storage system somehow.
Even if they just uber-lowered the price of bank tab expansion instead to something like 50 gems.
This could help reduce guild management issues for the many guilds out there that are 100% rep. (along with encouraging gem store sales for bank tabs)
However, if one wanted to the option to belong to a separate guild for each game mode, then yes, an expansion would be necessary.

agreed even without all the maths :P
Agreed. Been asking for chat box improvements for a long time.
ALL chat should be saved when switching characters. Party chat should NOT disappear when party disbands.
Been asking for the ability to change chat colors & designate color difference for certain guild ranks.
the list goes on but, I would settle for retaining all chat as a start for now…
This is a lovely idea +1
I’m down with the barefoot thing. One of my biggest design challenges in this game is footwear. And there are some ‘looks’ I’ve seen that would be great with barefeet.
Anet needs to just open up the gem store and stop selling time-limited items.
I understand the impulse purchase marketing strategy, but it is just one possible strategy and there are so many better marketing strategies that don’t leave a sour taste or punish the player base.
Personally I find impulse-time-limited marketing distasteful and underhanded and I won’t support it.
If they open up the gem store, I will gladly purchase the stuff I want, but if Anet only offers the stuff I want in a time limited way then I can live without a new skin and there are other games that I play whose honest marketing strategies I am happy to support.
this
After spending so much time and resources on the new wardrobe, it is mind-boggling that outfits are not skins.
I have never worn a complete set of anything in 2 years. This translates to ZERO outfit purchases previously, & forever and ever and ever to come.
I am just barely hanging on to this game after 2+ years of waiting for:
notable improvements/changes to WvW, fixes to 2+ year old ‘bugs’ & hacking, permanent world expansions, non-recycled content etc.
I have never been this patient with any other game I’ve played!
I am at my wits end with the fact that you make so many important changes to this game without player feedback beforehand, & STILL implement huge changes with no Player Testing Server.
This change was an absolute smack in the face.
~ taking away our ability to buy in small increments
~ leaving us with useless gems that we paid for with no fair warning
~ taking away the information that enabled us to make informed decisions with our money
AND, (it looks like) screwing with the figures behind the scenes….. are you serious?? Did you really think this would fly??
The player confusion excuse…. ridiculous. IF anything, the old UI taught people something.
Suggestion:
Change it back to the old UI
If I wanna buy gems according to how much money I make each day or week, I should be able to do that. Like I have been for the past 2 years.
NO ~ forced ~ increments!
Hi Gaile!
First, thanks for coming back after your initial post in this thread. I think there has been some valuable discussion here and I’m glad it wasn’t missed. Gathering our input on endgame is a great first step. I hope that discussion comes full circle and we’ll get to hear what direction the company feels is right for the future of the game.
The game has major problems when it comes to producing content. After watching nearly all of my friends leave because there’s not enough new challenging content coming out and hearing similar complaints from other forumers, I don’t see how that is debatable. People who want more than casual LS content are leaving, it’s clear as day.
When we try to give constructive feedback, we’ve been ignored or told “Naaaaaaaaah, everything’s fine.” Now ANet seems to be listening, but it’s a one-way street. We’re telling you what we’re looking for, but we aren’t hearing if our interests align with those of the company.
So rather than some specific suggestions of what I’d like to see added to endgame, I’d love to see ArenaNet take a stance and share their vision for the game’s future; nothing too specific, but what forms of content do you have interest in adding? Will there be more multipath dungeon systems added? Will conditions in PvE get fixed to create actual build diversity? etc etc. These are the things people are being vocal about wanting — if you want to stop hearing the same questions over and over, give us some clear answers =P
Right now…all we can do is guess based on what we see, and I haven’t seen anything challenging added to this game in about a year. That, and I’ve seen a video saying that there’s nothing planned in the near future. So, what does “endgame” mean to ArenaNet? I think that’s a valid question.
Spot on friend
~ Add GvG with leaderboards & tourneys
~ Add permanent, instanced, group content with it’s own unique vendors/tokens/rewards (similar to fractals)
~ Raid sized party’s with UI support for PvE & WvW
~ Let us choose our fractals
~ Get rid of Defiant. Worst mechanic ever, making for the most boring fights ever. Most unique skills that we work to be proficient with, we can’t even use against this mechanic
~ New weapon skills with the ability to arrange them in a preferred order
~ Less outfits, moar armor skins. Or let us piece out outfits for more customization
~ More permanent dungeons
~ Cpl of new WvW maps on a rotation
~ Reworked WvW structure upgrade system
~ Ability to craft siege
~ Rework the Commander system
~ Make everything in the game salvageable
~ Remove or extend limit on Diminishing Returns. This will reduce event exploitation among other problems
~ Introduce destructible things that we can seek out or stumble across & smash for potential goodies
Great Ideas suggested:
~ Home instance reflecting out accomplishments or at least some kind of additional use for home instance other than 45 seconds of collecting and then leaving.
~ Crouch mechanic with maybe crouch ‘walking’ (love this)
~ Much better world completion rewards (which should also somehow be displayed in home instance)
~ Underground exploring levels similar to D&D dungeon crawling
If for some reason you can’t do alliances, a good temporary fix is the ability to create chat channels that people can ‘subscribe’ to and name.
They have this is Rift and a couple of other games too.
I think people would be pretty happy with that as a substitute option game-wide.
1. Guild alliances coupled with the single guild option:
~option for alliance chat tick
(alliances can only be server-wide due to potential wvw enemy status)
2. Guild Chat:
~guild chat does not dissapear when switching toons
~motd in guild chat upon logging in & switching between guilds
~guild members logging in/out shown in chat
~option for account name & guild tag in chat next to character name
~tick option for rank chat by color so that officers/leaders/important announcements stand out amongst the chatter or some kind of Announcement System connected to Guild Chat
3. Complete guild panel rework:
~the ability to choose every permission individually by member
~separate permissions for cave/trove
~offline = acct name + last played toon name
~join date/last represent date
~guild ban log for newer members/officers/recruiters
~guild rename/tag rename options (can be directly linked to the gem store thru panel button)
~guild upgrades build queue removed, replaced with instant purchase
~guild panel tab for mission statement/guild rules
~tiny commander icon next to members that have tags
~guild panel tab showing each members character names & whether or not they are representing the guild
~ability to add notes to a member, with hover option
~ability to send mass mail by ticking members thru guild panel
~guild panel events calendar
~guild panel tab to create guild advertisement that links directly to a guild public recruitment board in all cities
~guild emblem integrated into the guild panel with more options
~option for guild tag upgrade
Great discussion so far! I came back from a couple of meetings and was blown away to see so many excellent ideas and constructive posts.
The exhaustion idea that I kicked out there has had some mixed responses. There were some amazingly good ideas to make it work a whole lot better. For example, I really liked the suggestions that the cool down time is reduced for each member of your squad. I am really concerned though about the affects that you guys brought up on small havok groups and defenders. There were some suggestions that I think would make it work. For example, a couple of suggestions were along the lines of if you are actively playing it will clear your exhaustion. So if you down an enemy, break down a gate, destroy enemy siege etc. your exhaustion would be cleared.
If we tweaked Exhaustion to this would it work? :
- When a player places a piece of siege they receive a stack of “Exhaustion”
- A stack of “Exhaustion” expires after three minutes
- If a player has five stacks of “Exhaustion” they can no longer place siege
- If a player downs an enemy, destroys siege, breaks down a wall or gate their exhaustion is cleared
- A commander’s exhaustion is reduced by 30 seconds for each member of his squad
We aren’t tied to this idea at all. I’m just collecting and shaping some of your suggestions on this idea in large part because a lot of people seemed to like it. I’m wondering if there is a version that would work for everyone.
Some sort of community policing also came up a bunch in this discussion. I think there were some great and promising ideas there. But, generally the concern with that comes down to a few things. How many people would be needed to get a person banned? What if not that many people are on? At what lower number will we have to start worrying about groups kicking members of another group because of petty arguments?
Finally, regarding swinging ye olde banhammer, that’s an option but if we can make some reasonable adjustments that greatly reduces the need for that option it will really be the better way to go. I would very much like to steer clear of falling back to that option in this discussion.
Thanks again for all the great suggestions!
John
John,
I totally appreciate this discussion and the fact that you guys have your attention on this problem.
However, some of these suggestions seem more like complications. Especially the exhaustion debuff.
The more complicated wvw is, the less people will be willing to ‘give it a try’ or stick with it after they do.
You stop siege trolling, they’ll buy merchants during an attack. You stop that, they’ll suicide golems. You stop that, they’ll run around your towers, turning all your siege backwards (yes, I’ve seen this).
You have to stop the trolls directly.
Just look at the dungeon exploit situation in this very game. Band-aid fixes like invisible walls for two years did nothing but temporarily slow down exploiters. And now (finally) Anet has GMs joining parties to ban people.
Yeah, as I said earlier, as much as we can try to automate the process, at the end of the day, we will still need someone to come in, evaluate the situation, and make a judgment call on whether somebody is being a troll and take punitive action. If it is not feasible for ANet to provide a team of GMs to do so, then perhaps some of the monitoring could be turned over to the community, by way of a Player’s Tribunal, volunteer GMs etc.
A WvW Reporting System that is monitored, a Map-wide Voting System, or Match-up Moderators are what I believe is really needed.
Giving select people control over the existence of something as important as defensive siege is a huge mistake. All people should have equal access to the use/building of siege.
And there is no need to complicate this issue any further with debuffs/buffs, squad requirements etc.
There are 2 ways to to combat this. Many people have been asking for quite some time now (including myself) for a revamp of the Reporting System.
Add:
~ Siege Griefing
to the Reporting Options.
And to take it a step further, add a few more descriptive terms to streamline information coming from the reporting system to speed up the process. example:
~ Underground Exploiting
~ Teleport Exploiting
~ Emote Spamming
~ I saw this dude flying… w/e, etc
I believe making the effort to utilize a proper report system is the key. (As long as there is and adequate response team for the system.)
This report system could be specifically for WvW & the bans applied could be so as well.
The second way IS policing. However Anet, if need be, I am quite sure you could find many available, & qualified players willing to donate their time to moderating wvw for the good of their server and their personal gaming experience.
Likely all the ways you can think of to ‘fix’ the issue of troll siege could actually have serious unintended consequences and punish the wrong players while not having a real effect on ‘trolls’.
I cannot think of any preventative mechanic that wouldn’t cause more problems for people playing the game as intended; things like supply caps or siege caps per player would be unnecessarily burdensome, especially as on more organized maps all siege placements tend to be funneled through a few individuals.
This is something that is best policed by the community; there are relatively few siege trolls, and a minimal, intelligent system should be able to deal with it after the fact.
See, I knew this would happen. Rather than just dealing with the tiny minority of people who perpetuate abuse by handing out bans (trust me, only a few bans would be enough to make people think this wasn’t so cool anymore), we’re gonna end up with a convoluted system which penalizes everyone and makes it a lot more annoying to legitimately siege up our towers and keeps.
gg.
Ban the tiny, tiny minority who are partaking in this now and set the precedent that it is an actionable offense and it will all but eradicate it forever. We do not need changes to the core mechanics of how siege and supply work.
I think we are going too far in talking about adding new or changing existing features of the game. The only features in this case that need to be implemented are a better and smarter reporting system. We are talking about a very small minority of individuals and independent mass reporting of individuals shouldn’t be too difficult to investigate. Please dont change gameplay over a few people. This could change the whole culture of “reporting doesnt do anything” and help restore the faith.
I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating. The single biggest action that Anet can implement to reduce trolling is putting a fast trigger on the ban hammer.
There have been several situations where massive numbers of people were banned due to exploiting market/crafting bugs. Due to these situations, the entire playerbase is now (rightfully so) extremely wary of exploiting things that smell like bugs, for fear of getting banned.
there needs to be an incredibly strict banning policy with regards to trolling/griefing/hacking. Once people start getting permabans for this behavior, the number of people doing it will drop off precipitously.
I think a fundamental problem here is that we’re trying to find a game mechanic to predict/fix player decisions. Any mechanic that gets put in place would just shift the troll behavior to something else without fixing the issue. I don’t think you can program your way out of this kind of problem.
I honestly think sending some GM’s out with a banhammer to exterminate trolls with extreme prejudice would do a lot at combating the trolls. It’s gotten out of hand because there’s no fear of repercussions. Show them there are consequences and many of them will either leave or get banned. Those that are left will be the die hard griefers but at least there will be fewer to deal with.
Equal Enforcement:
- Whatever solution is reached, Commanders should not be exempt from them. I’ve seen dedicated trolls who are themselves Commanders that intentionally divert the army in a hazardous direction.
Naz pls.. OS arena acknowledged and verified GvG and Dueling.
um Karn plz, only cuz of ‘what went down’ & you know it ;P
(edited by Naz.2607)
you have to walk for hours again just to get to play the game.
Most people that play WvW make their characters run instead of walk, then it only takes a few minutes to get across the map.
L O L
Seriously though OP, you’re best option is to join a wvw guild. Changes the whole experience for the better
For a lot of ppl that play wvw, it’s all about their guild/guildmates. The mode itself can be fun, but wvw is too broken to fully enjoy it w/o the guild aspect.
This Game has 9 playmodes
- GvG
- WvWvW – Fight Club -
Anet has made it clear that these 2 ‘game modes’ are not supported by them in the least. Try at your own risk lol
- Roleplaying
Roleplaying has been all but destroyed by megaserver
Take your pick and go have fun.
This game was made for you to dabble in what you like.
but, don’t expect to receive balanced rewards for each ‘gamemode’
WvW is an absolute blast. You really should try a dedicated WvW Guild before giving up on it altogether.
I started this game pve, beat it in 3 months & was about to quit gw2 out of boredom. Then I entered wvw. . . . It is now almost 2 years later
(edited by Naz.2607)
Ah legendaries, remember when you were in WvW and you saw a player showing off their legendary. They died in seconds
Having a legendary in WvW just meant that you were a PvE scrub with no skill and so an easy loot bag kill. I felt sorry for them.
I am a wvw’er in a wvw guild & I have a legendary. However, it took me a long time to get it and I’m not interested in EVER going through that again.
It IS possible to have a leg in wvw and not be a “pve scrub” >.>
Also please give a thought to us water eles in WvW, we’re the Kenny of Kennys in WvW, healing our groups so that they can get all the loot, whilst we are left with scraps
Only a full time water ele will hear in WvW “OMG the loot keeps on dropping! I got 50 bags in that fight!”, the water eles looks around and finds one spike on the floor.
Lmao, thank you for this.
I know it all too well Finally shelved the ele for a bit. Enjoying my loots now
I’m def up for some kind of a change.
The fortification upgrade times would have to be reduced or a complete revamp of the system would be needed. (which I, and many others, have submitted ideas for previously)
Honestly, if they would just fix:
stuck in siege bug
dying from sloped terrain bug
…and add:
pre-determined color commander tag system
improved rewards for defense
maybe a cpl new masteries (since I have nothing to do w my rank pts now)
they’d probly have a relatively quiet wvw forum….
I’m no programming genius but, just focusing a cpl of people, intensely, for a short period of time on those things, they should be able to accomplish them & then quell the wvw qq’ing for quite some time…
its simple, buy gem with gold when gems are cheap
just lol
TL;DR
Theres something wrong with both ends in this community. From whom it started doesn’t matter.
Yes, but they’re supposed to be the grown-ups in this situation
Shouldn’t this be under general GW2??
If I’m not mistaken, all game modes use builds…
Please move &/or combine this post for more input from the general playerbase.
Or, make a CDI, which again, should be under general GW2 Discussion.
check on youtube –
GW2 Truth/Anet/Devs/WvW/ESport/GVG/Leaks/RevealsDev:“WvW is not about GvG”
Sac:“Wvw IS about GVG”Thanks for posting this man.
Totally supporting you. I got burned out and bored of ppt a long time ago already.
To all who reading and think it’s a good minds, please support this thread.
I would like to thank you for ‘linking’ this video.
FINALLY, I now understand why wvw gets no love, no money, & little dev attention. (literally none at all now)
This has helped me a lot.
I do however, disagree with op, wvw is not mainly about fights.
That’s personal opinion from someone who hasn’t been given their desired game mode in a game.
I like a little bit of everything myself, & we’re not lesser life forms because we use siege… They wouldn’t have made siege so prominent in their design if it wasn’t meant to be used & enjoyed.
However, I can see now where things are heading with gw2. And while I don’t like where they are heading, I do like knowing what’s going on & why.
Yes, it’s long, yes the vid is a bit of a rant at times, but it certainly brings something to light that I did not know.
Also, clicking on the links is quite interesting.
Again, ty Hvaran
*edited to interject my own opinion >.>
(edited by Naz.2607)
You really can’t, and there’s no reason why they shouldn’t. “Skill groups” are some of the worst players in WvW I ever encounter and contribute absolutely nothing most of the time, coupled with having a horrible attitude towards WvW and everyone that’s not them.
Good, larger groups that have a focus on PPT are lovely to be around most of the time however. Good groups can and do have a large input on PPT, whether that group consist of two or 20 players. “Skill groups” purposefully ignore this fact in favor of “finding the good fights”, probably because they don’t really have any idea how WvW works and have no interest in learning.
^^
ppt and fights go hand in hand. best way to get a fight is to knock on a t3 structure.
Yeah, get fights against cannons and arrowcarts…
Would be awesome if they removed all siege and leave only rams. Those things are in the game because it’s NOT meant to be all about blobs of players slapping each other in an open field.
You might want a game mode designed around groups of players fighting each other in an open field for points, but Anet has not provided you with one so joining a game mode that’s clearly not designed this way then complaining that everyone keeps sieging up castles and holding objectives for the tick is ridiculous.
^^
I’m sure this has been suggested before: An instanced arena for GvG (no balance required). Use a subset (e.g. condensed/trimmed set) of the current maps (including EotM) which are randomly spawned when entering. Set a limit of 20 players, 30 players, 40 players each (pick a tier). Set a timer, at the end of 15 minutes, or 30 minutes, (again tiered), calculate the GvG points based on number of players and time <waves hands here mathematically>, take scored points (use multiplier or percentage) and add to PPT.
Means taking GvG off of the maps which will have a different impact on WvW. GvG battles will still contribute however.
Allows for balanced GvG fights.
Impacts ANet’s servers (for those instances) and requires investment.
/top of head simplistic post off
Implication of course is that GvG is still server vs server.
^^many have been asking for this for a while. Would be nice to free up spots & remove these attitudes from our maps so we can get down to organized wvw business…
+1
I would buy this
I go in, mine my nodes, and hit exit immediately.
still waiting for this. But, it has to be more than 1 slot. 3 would be good.
1) my guildmates
2) wvw
3) my wvw servermates
This defensive mentality then lowers the individual reward for others, because suddenly there are now defended keeps and an uncoordinated blob isn’t enough to ktrain, because now it takes longer to secure a keep and success may not even be possible.
You ask me, Why fight?
I’m asking YOU : Why aren’t you fighting ?Boo hoohoo people are defending and it’s not as easy to ktrain ?
Unless you’re willing to fight for it, and win, you don’t deserve that reward. You don’t deserve that dragonite. In fact, you don’t deserve loots, AT ALL!
This carebear-like “Why are j00 fighting?” bleeting is EXACTLY why I fight. I fight to keep the lot of you away from the dragonite. I fight to farm you and your zergling friends by the 50 when I tag all of you with burning oil. I fight because if the bags on legs walk into my slice, they don’t deserve to walk off unchallenged.
I fight to crush your choochoomander’s spirits and show them that just because you can blow 100g on a blue corn doritos doesn’t mean you have the capacity to fight and lead other players in a pvp environment. No pity for choochoomanders.
I fight…. because that’s what I do. It’s what I’m here for.
Coincidentally, Frostkeep is also an excellent “Maguuma command simulator” since you’re outnumbered all the time. So you have to make it work with what’s available. And believe me when I say this : Your tears empower me.
get help dude
+1 to this. good idea
Ya, I’m starting to feel reeeeeally hopeless about this stuff. I’m a pretty patient person but, things are starting to look kinda obvious here.
I would have taken bug fixes & colored comm tags/guild tags over season 2 any day
They don’t even talk to us anymore about anything…
Since megaserver implementation, at least for me, there is very little motivation to be involved in WvW. Any sense of dedication I had was drowned into a sea of seemingly endless unrelated players. Is there anything ArenaNet can do to resolve this sense of meaninglessness in the present state of WvW? Some way to band players together again in a concrete way? Victory does not feel like it used to.
I find this to be the opposite for me. I dislike pve even more now bcs of megaserver & cling even more to wvw bcs that is the only place that still has my original ‘community’.
If I’m in a city, I often turn off map chat & I don’t stay there long. It’s just a bunch of random strangers now everywhere I go. (at times, insulting each other/being rude which was rare for my server)
I paid rl money to move to the server I’m on now for it’s community. Now, that is gone, & it sucks hard.
I care less and less about the game now bcs of this.
Please anet, I beg you once again, can we have major cities (or at least just LA) be server based?!?!?!
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
sure hope this gets fixed soon
I do not see anyone in one’s right mind doing the events again after the achievements are done.
Yep, had to force myself to push thru it to get the calf tonic & will never go back in there again. Disappointing.
Heads up Anet: gamers think getting loot is fun
It’s also the sound of in-game fireworks and it’s VERY annoying. Get’s glitched continuously unless you wp out :/
Imagine the bugs that would come from collision being implemented. Not to mention the griefing.
WvW maps are not large enough for this anyway. The impact would be far reaching & mostly negative.
